Place is awesome made a quick visit signed up for my free race for my bday the following day. I unfortunately couldn't spend my bday there as I wished was in and out of the hospital just to find out that I have high blood pressure ‍‍‍story of my life. We had so much fun Go-Karting! The go-karts went much faster than I expected. The staff did a great job orienting us to the vehicle and how to use all the controls. They provided us with the appropriate safety equipment, making it a very fun experience! They also gave us print outs of our lap speeds for each round we played. I would definitely come back and play again! They also have axe throwing and a virtual reality game which we didn't have the opportunity to try, but other people looked like they were having a great time! read more

This is a great spot to try go-karting as the staff were helpful and friendly and the facility is spotless. We were here for a corporate event and they did a great job keeping everyone safe by following Covid-19 procedures while still having a good time. I wanted to do a company outing/bday celebration for an employee since we work remote most of the time. I contacted Boss Pro-Karting for more information. When Brad (co-owner) contacted me, I could tell he was appreciative and wanted to make sure our experience was great. We had a corporate Go Karting race, with a trophy, did axe throwing and then I added the vr room. The staff was amazing. Rosie was our main point of contact and took pictures, great care of us, and became part of our group by the end. The other staff gave us multiple axe throwing game recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The final event, vr, was a last minute add on and was unlike anything we have ever done. We had so much fun, we are now planning an annual event for the office I will take my children within the next few weeks to experience everything. I was a little hesitant because of the pricing, but Boss PRO-Karting provides a complete, safe, and fun experience. It's very easy to make a reservation online and the staff was flexible when I arrived to make sure that everyone in our group was able to ride together. They have lockers, parking, food and drink, and plenty of sitting areas to wait for your round. The driving itself goes by pretty quickly, so make the most of it! If you have long hair, bring a pony-tail so it doesn't get caught in the helmet. It's a fun time! read more

I had my first visit to Boss Pro-Karting this week for a work event. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everyone in attendance was having a great time. The building looks similar to an airplane hanger with a separate *air conditioned* party room in the front. The track was set up inside the building with a small part curving outside. We were debriefed on safety and strategy prior to ever setting foot in the cart. There was a small concession stand that offered plenty of goodies for you to get sugared up for your race. Alcohol was also available at concessions for after your race. Dogs ARE allowed (and loved) at this venue. read more

$45 for 2 rounds of go karts, came in with a group of 7 people and they wouldn't let the karts go full speed due to the single rider outside our group who kept crashing. Last round was even cut short. Spend your money elsewhere read more

Booked a Mini Grand Prix for a Bachelor party. It started off with a 7 minute heat to set starting positions for a 10 lap race. We had one of the guys drop out the day of and the employee was nice enough to remind us that we could get our money back on that guest. They quickly refunded the money and we were off to the races. Was very fun for the whole group and most importantly the Bachelor loved it! read more

To be completely honest, the first time I ever visited Boss PRO-Karting I thought I was going to die. I mean sure, I was driving around the track like a granny, but it was definitely spiking my adrenaline. I've been back a few times since and I've had a ton of fun while placing last each race. When you first visit, there are a few steps you have to go through, but after you're in the system it's pretty straightforward. The place is great for events, group outings or small groups. Boss PRO-Karting isn't the typical go-kart experience, but that's why it's so fun! (And it's definitely better than playing Mario Kart on the couch. Sorry Yoshi.) read more

Wow! I am so happy we decided to go to Boss Pro-Karting for our team building event while visiting Cleveland. It will be impossible to top this with future events. The staff were incredible, the venue is modern, clean, and safe and the prices were very reasonable. Brad communicated with me promptly and often as we planned our event. He gave me many options and we chose to the the multi-race package with the trophy. My team was thrilled to see our logo on everything from the welcome kiosk, to the trophy, to the race results pages. The winner prominently displayed his trophy at his booth at the conference for the rest of our stay. One of our members decided to wear the optional full racing suit and really enjoyed the option! The wine was very reasonably priced and we loved that they blasted "Thunderstruck" over the speakers for the last few laps of the championship race. My folks can not stop talking about this event! We booked an event here for our group, roughly 10 people. The service we had was phenomenal and we couldn't of asked for anything more. You can really tell that Lee is passionate about racing and getting people intro the sport. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a go keying experience. Absolutely awesome way to spend an afternoon (or longer, if you can handle it)! Everyone is incredibly helpful for first time drivers. My brother-in-law, dad, and I drove while my mom and sister watched with my niece and nephew. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a stationary kart off the track for the younger non-drivers to take pictures with. There is plenty of space to hang out while resting between races, with a great view of the track, and a well stocked snack bar if you're hungry/thirsty. The karts are fast and the track is fun; what more could you want? You can even track your races with their app on your phone! Fantastic addition to the Cleveland area. We had an event booked for someone's birthday. They mentioned they had mistakenly overbooked us but we noticed on the paper they had that they had us in for a later time slot from the beginning. It was an hour and a half later than we booked for. They were really nice until we asked about the option of getting a refund so that we could leave as we had the day planned for for a birthday outing. They said "THE ONLY reason we can do this for you is because of the glitch in the system". It was our first time here, not like we are a familiar group asking for a refund. Also some of the employee come off as inconvenienced or seem to be disengaged and frustrated. The axe throwing is in a weird spot and I would suggest going somewhere that just does axe throwing if you're hoping for that full experience. read more

The entire experience, from setting an agenda, providing lunch, ensuring everyone was able to race as many times as they wanted before the Top 10 (we had two arrival times due to out of town colleagues) went flawlessly!!! Not a single detail was missed during the planning and execution. Brad, Grandpa Joe, Mariah, and everyone who worked there, were professional and beyond accommodating to all of our requests. Went on a pretty empty Friday night which was cool, the workers didn't seem to like their job, I understand we all have to wear mask but the little eye rolling and deep breaths when asked a question really wasn't necessary, I mean if I knew the answer I wouldn't of asked and if I could pour my own drink I wouldn't of bothered you all (MY BAD) We felt RUSHED throughout the whole entire process. I don't think I'll be going back no time soon. It's probably best to keep a pocket size hand sanitizer in your pocket.....from Typing on the keyboard to touching helmets, go karts etc., just can't be too careful!! read more

As far as go karts go this is definitely 5 star. Karts are super fast and fun to drive. Great course, very clean and good staff. My biggest complaint is that you had to pay $6 for a "license" . Now I might not have a problem with this had there been some sort of test or qualification for this license, but there just handing them out to anybody who's got 6 bucks to spare. How am I suppose to brag about having my special kart "license" when they give them to everyone. Either have some institute stringent testing guidelines or just call it what it really is, "membership card". I know it's not as cool but it's a much more accurate description. All and all this is an awesome experience and would definitely go back if I'm in the area. read more

What a huge disappointment this weekend. We kart here often and have fun but Sunday we were put on the track with negligent, reckless and inexperienced drivers. My daughter was badly bruised by a collision caused by one of them. When we complained it fell on deaf ears. Guess we'll be going back to High Voltage in Medina. read more

This place is seriously great! Perfect for get togethers with friends or family celebrations, which is why we came here for my Dad's 68th birthday. First off, the place is easy to get to off the major highways right outside of Cleveland and the joint inside is immaculate. I honestly did not expect the indoors of BOSS to be so nice, but it really was - drinks and snacks and plenty of seating to watch the races. The track itself is great and fairly large from others I have seen, with lots of twists and turns to keep you on edge. The karts themselves are electric, which means no fumes, easier driving, and a cooler arena. Everyone who worked here was also fantastic and extremely nice and helpful - My Dad was a bit tired after a couple races so the owner, very kindly and considerately, offered us a refund for the two races he couldn't go on for; couldn't ask for better customer service. The owner also stopped by our whole party multiple times to ask us how our experience was, talk, and to fist bump us on our way out - awesome guy. Whether you want street-cred against your buddies for being a better racer, a fun corporate event idea, or a celebration - BOSS PRO-Karting is legit and one hell of a time! read more

My favorite go karting location in northern Ohio. High Voltage is great as well, but the karts here are much more consistent and balanced. The track surface is also more abrasive here allowing you to drive harder and carry more speed in the corners. read more

Fantastic place. Really professionally done. Very organized and fun. OK so might have wanted to throw up after my second race secondary to the G forces throwing me around. Buuut that was my own fault- guess my stomach isn't suited for this sort of excitement. I think that I'll take some meclizine before my next visit, so I can handle the fun without getting dizzy. But it was a great time. I'll probably do it again at some point. Definitely a better deal and safer than getting my own sports car to thrash and have to worry about insurance, etc... read more

Granted this was my first time on a true, high speed kart, but the whole experience was a total rush! I went with a bunch of friends on one of the first days they were open and our experience was great. They were able to put all of us in the same heat which made our race even more fun as we were able to compete against each other and see how we stacked up against one another. The mobile app that tracks your statistics and compares them with your friends is a nice touch as well. The employees and owners are clearly dedicated to not only the business but the sport as well, and the karts are unlike any i've ridden before. Definitely worth checking out. read more

This place is great! Our family came here over the holidays - half of us raced and half of us watched. We had a 5-month-old with us and it was no problem. For the spectators they have beer (at a reasonable price), tables, and couches. They also had music going but it was at a comfortable volume. The drivers went through a safety class before getting in the karts and wore neck braces and helmets. It was really nice not to have the fumes from gas (these karts are electric) as well as being able to watch the races (other places have a wall, blocking the races). The staff was extremely personable and friendly. We were there with one of the owners, Brad, his daughter, and a couple more employees. They were extremely hard-working. read more

Absolutely WORST kart place we have been to! Not only did we wait a little over an hour to not even race they were not pleasant employees once we requested a refund. We watched several people walk in and go straight to racing on top of a huge group of 10+ walked in and raced too. They ordered online is what they told us. By far one of the coolest venues in Cleveland for a work meeting or just a day of indoor competitive racing with friends. This place has state-of-the-art electronic go karts to go with electronic time and race statistics. In addition there is a lounge area with TVs and a comfortable place for spectators to watch the races along with a bar where you can enjoy a few drinks after you're done racing. Our first visit and the family had a blast. The Go Karts are fun, the track is fun and the scoring is cool. It is expensive though, the more track time you buy the cheaper it goes but roughly 40 per person or so for 2 heats. We dropped a couple hundred dollars for a family of 4. The only issue that we had was the "learning class" before the race, we could barely hear the staff speaking because of the track noise and he spoke really fast so it was hard to understand him. Our group ranged in age from 12-22. All of them felt a bit unsure of what to do even after this guy spoke. All in all a fun time. There is a $6.00 license fee...kind of a strange thing but a fun summertime break. read more

I would love to give this place more stars however my experience was tainted. I booked a party for a private event for a group of adults, the staff was very excited our events included go carting and axe throwing. The first round was meant as a practice round where we were told they would give us pointers to help us get ready for the "big race". during the practice round the "manager" stopped all the carts and singled out one of the girls by scolding her and telling her she was being disrespectful to the track and stated she was a bulldozer. we understand that it's their job to keep the track safe however she wasn't purposely trying to be reckless. She proceeded to apologize and explain she didn't mean to upset him and he continued with his speech and called her a liar and said he wasn't fooled by her and that she should take her own car and crash it out in the parking lot. Not only did he embarrass the woman he also made the whole group uncomfortable. He then continued to scold her and single her out while by-standards listened. After the painfully awkward practice round another staff member attempted to apologize for the rude scolding however for the amount of money we paid the way the manger approached the situation was very unprofessional. The team picture was rushed by the staff, as well as the event races. The young man manning the axe throwing was very nice and constructive when it came to teaching the staff how to properly throw an axe. Again some of the staff was very pleasant, my main complaint is the "ego macho" manager who could of approched the rules of the track in a different manner. the rest of the evening was unconformable for the staff. We tried to make the best of it however for future staff events we will take out business elsewhere. read more
