A group of five of us decided to spend the evening doing an escape room, followed by axe throwing. We chose to visit on a Friday evening at 6pm, which was surprisingly not too busy. Someone in our group decided to choose the Harry Potter escape room. Unfortunately, the rest of our group was unaware it was the hardest escape room at this location. We had a fun time in the escape room. Our group was a mixture of experts and amateurs, so I think this room was a little too much for some of us. The clues in the first room seemed hard to find and understand, but we also had an issue with one player holding on to all the clues. We did manage to make it to the last room, but we needed a few extra minutes to complete it. I'd love to come back and give one of the other rooms a shot. We finished off our night with axe throwing. I've always wanted to go, as well as Andrew. My weapon of choice was the axe, but everyone else seemed to like the ninja stars more. We'll definitely be back in the nearby future! read more

My wife and I have never been axe throwing and decided that we needed to give it a try. I was able to book our time a few days in a advance. When I did I accidentally booked for the wrong day; however, after a quick phone call with the friendly and helpful staff I was able to rectify that issue. I also received a confirmation email which was helpful as well. We arrived about ten minutes early and followed the directions and parked in the rear of the building. When we went inside we were able to check in and were greeted by staff. They directed us to read their waiver and sign the appropriate paperwork. A staff then gave us a several minute tutorial on throwing the axes and stars as well. We did the traditional axe throwing. They also had a virtual one which I will have to give a try. The space was small but there was enough room for us to enjoy our experience. They had a score sheet which had different games that you could play and the staff were helpful but not overbearing. We did the Museum Heist with two people and had a fun time. Was it difficult? Yes. I think this room especially would've been better with more people. Regardless, we still has a blast. The worker was super kind and explained clearly how the escape room worked. The axe throwing looked fun and something I may come back to do one day. read more

I love this place. I think I have completed every room they have to offer some I've even done more than once. A favorite of mine is the Wizard themed one! If you're a fan of Harry Potter then this room is a must it's so detailed and the puzzles are not only challenging but well thought. I always have a great time with friends here and I definitely look forward to trying out their other locations. One thing that should be taken into consideration is that occasionally some of the trap doors or locks get stuck. I definitely don't fault this place for things like this though sometimes things malfunction but the staff always quickly resolves the issue and even adds time to your timer for the inconvenience! read more

Went for the axe throwing. Our host was welcoming and courteous. We had a great time! I think that the wood could be replaced more often because it seemed fairly chopped up causing some difficulty with the axes grabbing. But hey - we're not pro axe throwers - so not a big deal. This was actually a really cool experience! We were looking for a fun activity to do with our neighbors and our kids so we decided to try and escape room. This particular escape room runs about $20 a person and you have a choice of six different rooms. Because we were in there with kids I was thinking they would become a hindrance but it turns out they are really great problem solvers. What are the first rules is you can't take your cell phone in the escape room with you pretty much because they don't want you videotaping all of the clues and then ruining the surprise for everybody. It would have been better if they would have just asked you to turn your phone off. Now I've never done one of these but I thought it was going to be stupid and cheesy but it was actually really cool. From an engineering standpoint between the switches magnets and lights that are required to make this function it was amazing. Our particular escape room was National Treasure mirrored after the movie of the same name. Our room consisted of four separate rooms and it looked a whole lot smaller on the outside then when we get on the inside. Don't worry if you're claustrophobic the ceilings are wide open and you can hear people in the other rooms. The only real negative is one of the pieces for escape room was broken and missing so it kind of ruined the surprise cuz you kind of had to pretend it was there. I think we'll definitely go back and try this again we did have nine people in our escape room I think that was probably a few too many. Pretty cool place. Only did axe throwing. They had stuff for beginners and more advanced games that are projected on the board. So if you've been there done that with axe throwing, this would be a good place for you. It's also BYOB and food so that's awesome. A very tight place though so call ahead for a larger group and don't bring small children. read more

Went last week to try out the new Missing Link room. It was amazing. The setting is the 1980's and everything about the room was right on point. Even the vintage containers of things throughout the room. The music was a huge plus. We may have had a bit too much fun dancing along to some great music from the 80's while we worked the room. The puzzles were great! Some were very challenging and really made us think, which we love! We did not get out but we will for sure be going back to finish! read more

Oh my gosh We have never laughed so hard! We were the first to try Boardwalk for my best friends 21st birthday and it was awesome! Never thought I would be in a real board game !!!""The attendants were awesome, helpful and funny too! We all had a great time and laughed as much as we argued about how to solve the puzzles. The puzzles are quite clever and it is such a charge when you figure them out! Highly recommend for anyone that has a good sense of humor and adventure! read more

I loved the illusionist . The clues were interesting, the decor was realistic and the challenge was just right! Not too easy but not too hard. It was so much fun. A different way to spend some time while visiting family and friends. read more
