    Party room set up.

Had my daughter's 12th birthday party here yesterday and it was great! We chose the Epic package and the kids had an EPIC time. With it being the summer we chose to have it during the week in the early evening on her actual birthday and it was not crowded. This meant our party had full access to everything in the park without a lot of other patrons. The staff was great and they took care of most of the details. Water, pizza w/ soda and punch, a party waitress, icees, cool socks and a take home goody bag for the jumpers, t-shirt for the birthday girl, all the cups/plates/napkins and utensils, we did bring our own cake and chips. I've attended other parties at different activity centers in the area, but never for my own child and in my opinion Skyzone was well worth the cost.

Do you have kids? Or do you feel playful? This is the place to go! My 6yo loves this place. We made his birthday over here and celebrated other kids' birthdays. The place is huge and has several areas to play including basketball area, foam zone, dodgeball zone and other. The party rooms are located upstairs and one room is on the first floor. Sky zone offers different packages for the birthdays starting from 150$ and you can choose something for your budget. The entrance prices varies depending on the age, duration and when you come in. I would suggest to sign in for the newsletter bc they send offers every month. Don't forget to bring socks if you had been before, otherwise, you will pay 3$. Good place for your child and all family to hangout.

I've never been to another SkyZone so I had nothing to compare this place to, but I liked it. We showed up around 7pm and there was no wait. If you don't fill out the waiver online ahead of time, you have to do it when you walk in. Inside the park there are 6 separate jump areas. One basketball quart, one free jump area, two dodgeball sections and one free jump with a foam pit. We didn't have any problems with the staff being rude or scarce, actually it was the opposite. I will say however, the staff seemed really young. The experience was pretty fun. We weren't planning on going for the GLOW jump, but it was going on. During GLOW night all the lights are off and everything is glow in the dark. Be forewarned, if you are not wearing a glow in the dark shirt you do have to purchase one. *The photos are from GLOW night, which does NOT happen every night*

Save time in line and fill out waiver online before you go for entire party - or you'll be redirected from check out. 30 min was just enough time as the facility isn't really cool enough for all the activity. Most children were sweaty and white in the face within minutes. Two zones were closed but mid work day it wasn't too busy. Staff was wonderful when my guys tummy got upset, asking if he was ok prior to taking care of mess while I took care of him.

Employees are rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. This will be the last time I take my kids to this money pit.

My nephew and I met up with a friend and his 2.5 year old son. Both of them had a blast and could play in almost every area of the trampoline park. My nephew loved diving into the blocks and running down the long trampoline track. He had so much fun for the entire two hours. If you have two kids you can almost monitor both of them at the same time if they are at opposite sides of the park. I appreciated Get Air allowing my brother to enter the park for free if he wasn't going to jump. This allowed him to take pictures of his son. Though I didn't use the massage chairs I think they are excellent for parents who want to do a little self-care. Just a couple of concerns. One parent had a child who was not a toddler who was allowed in with his sibling who was a toddler. That's not a concern until his behavior threatened the safety of my nephew. I had to move my nephew away from the school-age boy whenever he came near because he was not aware of how his actions were affecting the safety of my nephew. Then towards the end of Toddler time with 30 minutes remaining, teenagers we allowed to enter the park. Thankfully they did not threaten the safety of the toddlers as they seemed to stay away from the toddlers. Their are small locker to safely secure belongings. You have to bring your own lock. I like the variety of activities. Obstacle course, basketball, dodgeball area, slides, etc.

Kids loved it, fun for adults too…read more I took 3 children here 6 and under during a week day. I didn't really know what to expect or how pricing worked. When I showed up we had to fill out waivers and then pay for your timed ticket and buy socks. No explantation was given on the types or passes and I didn't see any signs that really laid out the pricing. So that part was a bit confusing. It did see kind of expensive for an hour of jumping. They have an area with shoe cubbies so you can store your shoes and put on your special grip socks. After that you go up the stairs into the trampoline area. They have a room full of trampolines, dodgeball area, ninja warrior obstacles in one corner, foam jump pits, and arcade and other table top games. They also have a separate section for smaller kids with all the same stuff. I decided to jump with the kids and had a great time. The trampolines felt safe and strong. The socks really do give you a great grip so you don't have to worry about slipping or sliding. There were only 2 employees as well so the rules were pretty loose. By the website I was worried it was going to be a stricter environment but we had a really enjoyable time. On the food side they only have vending machines so you will want to plan to eat a meal before or after coming. Bring drinks too because you will need it. Also I would suggest buying tickets from their website in advance. I think you could of had a better deal overall.
