I think most small businesses in niche categories get a bad rap from customers who are more used to…read morebeing petted and coddled by major retailers than actually getting to know an establishment. Aero tech may not be perfect, but like anything, it is what you make it. I'm new to the hobby, and the staff have answered my questions completely every time, whether they be dumb questions or misnaming a part I need. As for the other reviews here, they seem out of line to me. Especially mr. "I'm a big important businessman, I'm important!" This is a pretty good local business, with prices that are in line with what a certain online retailer offers. Plus, from what I can tell, questions are welcome.

They said oh yea we will call, let you know, you are local we appreciate that, blah, blah, etc etc, yet I had to follow up multiple times and finally after I reached out they had something. Didn't send pics or info that any professional and reputable shop would have done. So I had to ask a few simple questions that quite frankly should have been volunteered. In the 5 min after I told them i was interested and asked the questions they reply back oh sorry it's sold. Pretty scummy and questionable experience all around. Won't be back and you shouldn't go here either.

Great service! Super sweet owner! Family owned which is a plus. Thanks for the honest help!read more

FOR YOUR NATURAL OR RELAXED HAIR NEEDS!…read more If you are visiting the area and staying in Fairlawn, you are in look because this store is located along Market street and very easy to find. I needed to pick up some hair supplies so I just had my husband drive in a particular direction and there it was! The store is cavernous and has everything you could possibly need when it comes to hair, products, implements, accessories, make-up, various hats and other related Items. It was like the Las Vegas of hair and beyond! As I walked in, I was warmly greeted. I needed some assistance and advice so a helpful employee as well as the manager assisted me with my purchases. I was able to park my husband in a chair while I ran around exploring everything. It was perfect. *** I loved the urban vibe of this store and plan to return to purchase a souvenir prior to leaving the area.

Good selection of hair products. I usually find what I am looking for here at a reasonable price.read more

Keith Unbelievable…read moreand terrible business ethics in your part, you contacted us yesterday asking for the laser of the machine , we took your word and order it to Japan without payment , just on your word because you told us you were in a hurry, The payment was going to be first at 6:30 PM and then at 9:30 PM then the next day, then no payment.... After several messages , The first excuse is that we send you a payment request and not an invoice via PayPal and that was suspect of fraud?..seriously?... we have helped you in the past with parts with payments via PayPal. But then we provided with the office invoice as well as the Paypal invoice, and still silence on your part, we know now that by then you had already decided to screw us but you didn't have the balls or the professionalism to let us know immediately. Then after we called , the next excuse was that somebody was offering you six months warranty?, you could have asked us for the same warranty, but in reality, I don't think who you bought the laser from is going to be true to the warranty because it's very difficult to warranty a laser unit and not knowing the rest of the physical state of your old QSS32 furthermore the laser will most likely still come from us, I will be paying very close attention, they probably offer you six more warranty just to make the sale. I'm pretty sure of that. We were also considering purchasing the boards for your E6 machine, but at this point that is not gonna happen FYI , We are now one of the very few companies in the country that deal with old equipment , printers, scanners, film, processors, and everything related to photo finishing and actually have inventory in our warehouse and pretty soon will be the only one as two of the other companies are closing. DoNot contact us ever again, we only do business with professional , ethical people and corporations.
