Working with the designer over the phone, I asked if we could swap out the lilies on the right side for more sunflowers, and she said she could! I placed the order, but after thinking about it a bit more, the next day I called The Flower Gallery in Medina back to ask if we could personalize it a bit more by moving out some roses on the left side and replace them with more sunflowers, and that also was possible. The second designer mentioned that sometimes sunflowers can be smaller than other times of year and even not as beautiful, but they would use their best judgement to make it beautiful. We are having a fundraiser in June to help with costs associated with his care and time off work. Ask them to donate a 50.00 gift card. Their representative told me we had to be associated with a non-profit organization. He said they weren't in business to give money away. They had to be able to deduct it at tax time. I suspect this policy makes sure they don't have to contribute to any individual causes that the surrounding community may have. I regret supporting this heartless company for all these years.
