I don't know what kind of company this is but the customer service needs improvement. I recommend that no one to go through what we have gone through with this company. After a week I called them again and asked for an update. He stated that he was planning on arriving in an hour. I asked when did you call to arrange that? He stated wait what is your address? At that point my patience had run out and I was frustrated. Instead of apologizing he stated "if you're going to bark at me you need to cancel."
