They are very friendly and they take the time to explain what needs to be done and how it will be done, They repaired our toilet leak last year and this year they replaced some frozen washer and dryer valves that would not shut off. Our 11 year old washer died and we needed to turn off the water and remove hoses to put on the new washer. They cut through the dry wall to get to the sweat welded copper fitting and reattached new valves with compression fitting in the panel so next time we don't have to sweat weld and remove the dry wall. The dry wall patch was very neatly put back and basically good as new. I like that they are from Sebastopol and know the area and are local. I had one plumber from Santa Rosa last year and they were not familiar with the water tank and pump system that us country folk have and not on city water. Leave a voicemail as it seems to work the best.
