Here goes my experience, my realtor selected this company because of his "previous relationship" with this company. For a 5 spots "tropical sprays" for a 2 units property, this company charged me $2000.00 for the sprays, and another $2000.00 for his "carpentry" work, totaling a $4000 bill. First off, the sprays max cost around $1200, as I was told by another big name termites company that start with a "D". And the carpentry work, replacing about 4 wood plate that's worth about $20 each, and a 4x4 stud that's worth about $15, he charged me $2000. Not to mention that he missed 2 very obvious spot of terminates on the edge of the outside. This can only be explain by how unprofessional this company is. Later on I called this company back because I found more terminates in the house, a tech (most likely the owner) did came in and spray some "his own special mix" and called it a day. The worst part is that later on in that day I was told by another terminte inspector that the spray doesn't smell like any killing sprays that he knows of and was mostly a reperepellent. So now the termite would not eat that room but will likely move to another room, it was just great...... Enough said, stay away from this rip off company and spend your money on a more honest company and stick with fumigation no matter what your realtor told you.

I decided to find someone close to come over and see if anything could be done. I called and spoke to the K part of the business and he was very nice and asked various questions about the problem. He gave me an appointment for Tuesday August 7th between the hours of 3pm to 5pm. Finally tuesday came and I left work early to meet up at my house and by 4:30 pm nobody showed up. I tried calling and nobody answered. It was very upsetting that nobody even bothered to call me and let know they couldn't make it and didn't answer the phone. I didn't ever get a call back either. I was very dissappointed and had to call another professional company who actually showed up on time and was able to help with the problem.

He also found rat poop in the attic from previous vermin we had in 2019. Ugh! He took pics as proof. Marco also found discarded cardboard and rolled up carpet under the house, left behind by plumbers. This was all termite food!! I had tons of questions and he explained everything. At the end of his inspection, he gave me a rough estimate. The cost was very reasonable and closely matched 2 other estimates. What sold me on My Pest Geeks is that Marco said he could clean up the attic. Marco neutralized the rat poop and urine before vacuuming it up. (That stuff causes respiratory problems.) Thank goodness we didnt have to tent because we had the subterranean termites. This treatment requires treating the soil under the structures. He crawled under the house, cleaned out debris, (5 garbage bags) and treated. The other treatment is done by drilling deep narrow hole around the perimeter, piping in the treatment, then filling them back up with cement. (The sealed holes blend right in!) When he completed and cleaned up, we did a walk through. We are completely satisfied and relieved to lift this worry from our shoulders! I payed him via Zelle. A strong recommendation to you homeowners, declutter your space. Also, if you have subterranean termites in the garage, move your items into the middle floor so your exterminator can better drill and treat. Thank you, Marco.

Joe and Ivan arrived at the scheduled time and I tagged along to maybe learn something. Joe and Ivan were very personable and respectful and proceeded to inform me that we did have mosquitoes in the pool drains and that they would be treated. There is much more to the visit, but bottom line, Joe (primarily) took the time to give me a brief education on mosquitoes and how to prevent them from breeding, as well as recommending certain repellents. My many questions were answered and they didn't leave until I finally shut up and allowed them to treat the infested areas. I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by these employees.

The…read moreprevious owners of the house we purchased used this company's services, most likely because they were less expensive than others, but they handled their responsibilities very unprofessionally. All the crawlspace grates they installed fell apart within days - terrible quality - and they missed live and dead rodents both under the property and in the attic (found by my plumbers and electrician). They also missed rodent entry points they were supposed to seal into the property. When I called them about some issues they avoided me and when finally set up an appointment, they wouldn't appear. They finally came after 2 "no shows", and after doing almost nothing they committed to, they charged me for their service. They had a chance to redeem themselves by providing a full refund, but they chose not to, which is ultimately why I wrote this review. The company owner Gerald in fact wrote me a very aggressive email, threatening that he'll take me to council if I try to get a full refund. When he refused to refund I tried to get my credit card company to refund me for the service - they contacted the company about the issue. Gerald lied to me saying that he agreed to provide a refund - by the time I found out that he lied, my opportunity to get a credit card refund expired, so he kept the payment. Overall one of the worst experiences I had with a company, I highly recommend against using them, learn from my mistake!!!

And not just your creepy crawlys, but your flying stingys!…read more As soon as it starts to heat up, the wasps come out and love to make themselves cozy all over our backyard and under our eaves. After several attempts of trying to get rid of the wasps myself, it was time to call for backup. We got Moshe's contact from a friend who recommended him highly. I called to get an estimate and check availability and he was ready to come immediately! I only knew of 3 nests around our house and he removed at LEAST 7. He found a bunch of nests on our roof that we didn't know where there! Wasp issue was resolved in a flash! Moshe brought all his own supplies and did his thing while I safely hid inside away from the wasps. Hurray! In addition to the removal of the existing nests (both active and dormant), they sprayed the area which is supposed to last about two months. Here's to hoping for a sting free summer!
