Their mosquito spray was useless & whatever that roach bait paste was, probably came from the toothpaste isle at the pharmacy. He mentioned the Minute Maid Park using the same techniques as himself to seem legitimate, but gave absolutely no evidence of working for the stadium, so who cares?? Stay away from my home Tommy boy! **Five stars. I can't recommend Bug State highly enough!**…read more Another "highly regarded" termite company inspected my home and told me I had a termite infestation in some beams on the exterior walls. Their recommendation was to tent the entire house, which would have been very expensive and a major disruption to our lives. Before committing, I read some reviews online and called Bug State for a second opinion. Ken came out, did a preliminary inspection, and wasn't convinced we had termites. Rather than guess, he recommended removing some of the exterior wall panels to see what was really going on. Once the panels were off, he came back and inspected again: no termites, just ants. What a relief. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He took the time to find the actual answer instead of selling me an expensive treatment I didn't need. If another company is pressuring you into tenting, get a second opinion from Bug State first. Or better yet, call Bug State first the initial look.

My girlfriend and I recently bought a home and one of the fabulous home warming presents we…read morereceived was a German roach infestation that was clearly hidden while we would come to view the home. It slowly got worse with time until we realized that our own attempts to get rid of the problem were useless. We scheduled a service with Bugs or Us and have been completely satisfied with what they have provided. Everyone has been incredibly helpful throughout the time of getting our house serviced and their staff has been responsive and detailed in getting our service set up. We purchased the "warranty" with our service as we knew that German roaches are difficult to get rid of and they advised to do so in the event that they kept popping up. If you have ever had German roaches or attempted to get rid of them, then you know one time is not enough especially once you start seeing the little ones crawling around. They have come out three times to service our home. Every experience has been professional and overall great. We still have time left in our 90 days for them to come again and they clearly have no issue with using the warranty. We currently have not seen one roach or even a dead body in a couple of weeks. Love the customer service and the service overall from Bugs or Us. Highly recommend using them!
