First time for me at Buford's Pub, my family had each been there before. My mom and I were greeted by a very friendly waitress and the bar dog. The bar was full, but she would get us a table as soon as she could. So we waited at the bar. We were still waiting for two others and not in a hurry. While waiting, we saw wonderful looking cheeseburgers going out to tables. It is a great bar with several tables and very friendly people. I and my mom ordered the breaded pork tenderloin- it was not only gigantic but delicious! My SIL ordered the half order of chicken nachos- it was huge! We were all surprised about the nachos. My brother ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it looked delicious. We sat and ate our lunch and had a great time! I will be back to try the cheeseburgers! read more

if there was an unlimited star this place would have it. Starting with decor it's an All -American stop it honors the those who serve us Military, Police and Fire the ones who keep up safe. It's not big is but filled with small town charm the staff is outstanding the food came out quickly. Finally made the trip to Sadorus to try out Buford's Pub on a recent Saturday night. Good crowd, but a few empty tables allowed for quick seating. We ordered fried portobello mushrooms as a starter along with a Riggs beer brewed locally and a Diet Coke for the wife. I had always heard about the giant pork tenderloin, so I went for it while my wife had a half order of pork bbq nachos. The nachos order was still huge and enough for four people. Very good, but really, really big. The breaded tenderloin was massive as expected. I asked for a bun and cut it into fourths. I ate half on the sandwich and took the other half home. We normally don't do many reviews unless it was exceptional. Today we drove 2 hours to Bufords, and what a gem this turned out to be. Small town, only a couple things around...but this is the place to be. We ordered drinks, my wife hose the Bloody Mary, she was very happy she did. I had Flight in an ice cold mug...great start. We ordered the breaded tenderloin and a half order of nachos. Soon the wheelbarrow brought out the orders. Huge is an understatement and tasty, another massive understatement. Altho it was a Sunday afternoon there was live music in the beer garden which is completely covered and seats many patrons. The price was very fair considering the massive amount of food and the great taste. If you are looking for a great little out of the way place for awesome food this is your place. We will be doing the 2 hour ride again...the menu is outstanding and we may try other things but...maybe not. Pretty stuck on what we got. 10 service and 10 food. read more

We went as a family to Bufords tonight because we have been wanting to see what all the hype has been about. We did not leave disappointed. The jumbo tenderloin is delicious. It was cooked perfectly and will make a couple more meals! The kids meals were reasonably priced and were more than enough food for our 7 and 9 year old. My husband got a burger with bacon and barbeque sauce on it and it was so good. The bacon was great quality and cooked well and the sauce had a great flavor. The people were very friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the pub dog is adorable. We can't wait to go back and try out some more items from the menu! read more

I went with a group for an monthly outing. We had called ahead but ended up with more than we thought we would have and they were gracious with our every growing group. I had a chicken salad which was very tasty. Our group ordered a variety of sandwiches from the tenderloin to fish and everyone liked their food. I believe they have an outdoor area but it was rainy so I didn't see it. If you want to take a short drive out of town take a trip to Sadorus and check our Buford's Pub. 12/3/22 we stopped in with our granddaughter (3.5 yrs old) Hadley got chicken strips and fries, with her sprite. Stephanie got the small tenderloin and a salad and Diet Coke. I ordered the brisket sandwich and fries and Pepsi, was supposed to come with beans I was told. Hadley loved her strips, Steph was eh ok with the tenderloin, it was very dark on the fry. My brisket was good but now extra flavour or pizzazz to make me want to get it again. I would love to try it again but I had waited a year for this trip. It was pretty pricy as well it was 60, not convinced the food was worth the price, the waitress was excellent, (she told me I was supposed to get beans that the server forgot along with silverware) Overall I enjoyed the location and if in the area again I would like to try it again. We were in town for a few days & met friends for supper. We sat on the newly renovated patio, which featured tables, padded sofa (that would be one part of a sectional), and a nice fire pit. Nice, very typical bar with a large sandwich menu. It advises itself with a first responders theme. The dining area is sufficiently removed from the bar so you could comfortably hold a conversation without yelling. The sandwiches were tasty and large enough for a dinner. Sadly the service was not great for a nearly empty restaurant. Wasn't able to get a refill until the meal was finished. Also, an added 3% for using a credit card which we were not told in advance. Made an impromptu stop at Buford's pub craving a hamburger. We were enticed by the appetizer selection and ordered the southwest egg rolls and corn nuggets. The egg rolls were fresh and good, dipping it in the sauce provided gave it even more at a zesty kick. The corn nuggets were none like I've ever had. Creamy goodness and also has a little kick with the jalapeño. We tried the cash burgers and they were heaven. Messy as all get up but just the right greasy goodness you desire in a fresh hamburger. We also added waffle fries with cheese. A little shy on that order for the price, but we were full. Obviously. Now the service was ok- there were only two people working, one in the front of the house and one in the back. And customers were seated and still coming I . So we were patient. And it was worth it. Drove 20 mins- 1 and done...really not even 1! I was so excited to try this place out for Bloody Sunday! Walked in at 11:05 and started out the experience picking out items for out Bloody. Someone brought us menus didn't ask if we wanted drinks and took a large order elsewhere....no biggie. Then other groups came in and weren't served either. Literally 30 mins later we hollered as the waitress was walking by having taken two orders from people that entered after us. She then proceeded to give the excuse that it gets crazy at first. I said it's been 30 mins. Please let's just give you the order. She says there are lots of other people here. We said yes but there weren't when we got here. I finally said, you know what never mind and walked out. We would have been fine if the apology was sincere and not covered in excuses, multiple times! They really need to work on service and being staffed to handle things. Not sure if we'll ever make the drive to try this place again. read more

Ordered something special and jeff was willing to accommodate . Extra cheese without jalapeños. Was told no problem. Had been running errands for several hours , husband home and hungry so I thought this is great. My husband has bad stomach problems and cannot tolerate any type of spice so we never order peppers . Hence the no jalapeños. When home and opened all you could smell was jalapeños. We were so upset. Called and told by jeff i made it i know its right. well bring it back we will remake it. Nope. Im home I do not wish to go out again. The waitress didn't write our order correctly. So the solution . A gift card. Okay, so now I have to figure out what to feed us but oh well, I'm fine with that.
