Went there yesterday, the Hot and Sour soup looked good, but had absolutely no taste! I don't know how they managed to do that. It used to be good last year and prior. Now, no Hot and no Sour, totally void of taste. Very few dishes had green peppers, only a few slivers of carrots, and mostly broccoli and onions for veg. Also, absolutely NO taste. We had a similar experience a few months ago, so we avoided the place, but figured maybe it was an off day, so we went back. But that's the end of it, not paying for tasteless food any more. read more

Food is Better than Y'es which Failed in Brandon and now the same crap in wpg. Lot of variety in Meats, Seafood, Vegetables, Noodles, Rice, Soups! Limited to only 2 Sushi rolls, Salad and Dessert Bar could be Improved. For Friday it was busy!!! Lots of Birthday Parties! Nevertheless food was replenished extremely fast! Servers on top of things, cleaning tables removing plates as needed. And for $20 a person for supper was Very Nice! read more

My first visit there and if I didn't live so far from it, I would go at least once a month. The food was excellent and prices very reasonable. The servers were friendly and very busy. I wasn't expecting such a large place or such a large spread they put out. My only complaint is that the plates are too small as is my stomach but I managed to eat every single thing piled on my plate. Bring the whole family and large appetites! read more

Mediocre Chinese buffet for Garden City area , not extremely busy on weekends which is a plus. Pricey (but what isn't now these days) 19.99 +tax/adult weekends, weekdays are cheaper and quieter . Service was great . read more

Buffet Square - This is me paying a high price - Buffets Near Me - Winnipeg, Manitoba

The price was alright. But the food was bland. Could have used a little more spices or sauces for better review on the flavour!

food was tasteless had to get a waitress for more water and napkins new owners apparently u can tell food is awful I mean awful read more

The food wasn't bad at all but the plates were sticky and the cup were kinda dirty and they also had sugar packets from 2013, but the food was good but when I had the ice cream the bowls were hot so my ice cream melted read more

Horrible experience about a week ago. First there were no plates when you got to the buffet. Having said that they were getting slammed. I'll give a soft pass on that one. However, the young lady who poured our water had major attitude and was completely unfriendly. Lastly and the main reason I will never step foot in this establishment again. The food was horrible. ZERO flavour in any of the food. The beef in the beef and broccoli was inedible as it was the consistency of mush. All the noodle dishes were not even warm. The egg roll was chewy. The spring rolls were slimy inside. They used to be a decent ulcerative to Foody Goody. Not now though. Save your money for a better place. read more

Went here there was a whole bunch of empty trays and very few options. Granted it was 7pm and they close at 8 . Even then the food that was there was disgustingly stale and tasted like it had been there for a few hours. Only reprieve was that after complaining about a lack of options the owner cut my bill in half. Never going back. read more

Staff are nice. Waitress kept my water glass full. The food was ok but not the best I've had. They have 'mystery meat' chicken balls. Iceberg lettuce salad looked old. We went here at 13:30 and it was not busy at all...nice quiet lunch. I didn't have dessert as I was full, but I did see custard tarts, various bars, Jello, and about 15-20 flavours of hard ice cream. read more

What a pleasant service we received, meal is great! We feel welcomed and staff are friendly.

I gonna give it three cause the Asian waiters were hot but I'm not a fan of Chinese food so go find out for your self.

It's your typical buffet Chinese food. Just watch out for the hair (and I don't mean the one on top of your head) in your dessert. We told the manager about it but he didn't even apologized, he just blamed their vendor Sysco. Where did the mysterious hair originated? No one knows. read more

Everyone always says only bad things about this place to me, yet its always packed with people. I think the food there is A-OK, I would definitely go back again if the price was a bit lower because the quality was not the greatest. I have witnessed a few people not feeling too well after eating with me at the buffet, I was alright, perhaps we did not eat the same things. read more

Father's Day dinner. I thought it was good. We booked reservation so we went right in but the lobby was full. They cleared it out and it was empty for 10 mins and then a bunch more people came in and filled it up again. I like the buffet so after a bad experience at another restaurant I thought this place was good. My family will go back again. Thank you read more

awesome buffet ... always hot and consistently predictable. noodles were all cooked perfectly. the veggies were always cooked but not overcooked and maintained their colors.especially their broccoli. beef dishes were tender and tasty. the general tae chicken was perfectly flavoured but a little tough to chew. the rice dishes were also well done. didn't care for the meatballs., had a lovely time. read more

I will never go there again, people are going up and filling there already eaten on plates.I mentioned this to the waitress ,she did nothing. The same people did it again right in front of her and she said nothing. If they do not know the proper food handling methods, or can't follow the rules put in place while serving in the public eye, I don't even want to think of what they do behind closed doors. read more

My daughters and I went to this restaurant today to celebrate mother's day but was surprised to see the sign in front of the reception area saying " Mother's Day rate for adult" or something like that is $16.99 from $12.99 original rate! Wow!!! So that's how they wanted to say "thank you" to all moms and adult who's celebrating mother's day today! If other restaurants are giving free meal or discounts to mom, this restaurant charged you more on Mothers day in exchange of one single stemmed flower. So the flower cost $4.99! Highway robbery!! read more
