I think everyone is obviously familiar with bdubs so this review is largely a comparison of this bdubs to other ones I have visited--not of the franchise itself. This location is really nicely laid out, and the walls are these super expansive windows that let in a lot of natural light. It's probably one of the more nicer ones I've been to. Food wise, I got the lemon pepper wings on their BOGO Tuesday promotion. Heads up this location only supports the BOGO promotion for the smallest size. That still means you get 10 wings for 5 wings price but it would be nice if they honored on their whole menu. The food itself was decent. The chicken was fried crispy and it was plenty juicy. It seemed like they added a very little amount of seasoning (salt or lemon pepper), but that's fixable by getting a side of seasoning and doing it yourself. All in all, I'd come back again but its not the best tasting bdubs I've been to. read more

The family decided to have lunch here today. We were greeted with a smile and promptly sat in a decent location in relation to all the televisions. Our waitress, Taylor, was great and wasn't pushy. Our waitress literally sat down a few tables over and had a long conversation with her morning kitchen staff while we sat waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. She never told us there were specials and her demeanor was a little abrasive but ok.... We ordered a burger and some boneless wings, which we were told were 2 for 1 that day, and although the burger was really delicious, the boneless wings were just gross. The breading was extreme thick, if you tried to pick apart, there was barely any chicken, and it came drowning in sauce. I took one bite and almost wanted to gag. Definitely don't plan on going back. First off, you should never have let Wayne move on--he was the best. Next, you shouldn't have cancelled the online trivia games. Oh, and your new manager, Jason--walks around like he's lost, and doesn't seem to help anyone. Well, he did deliver some food to a table. (Cringe.) Jason wears a droopy mask, and nearly always wears it without covering his nose. What's the point? I watched him spray some menus with disinfectant, and take them over to the front welcome station. Only one problem, on the way, he lowered his mask and rubbed his hand across his nose and mouth several times. Time for some COVID training folks, starting with the management team! My family has benefited from Buffalo Wild Wings all pandemic long. We were able to order food when the dining rooms closed down. Food was always hot and checked over to make sure it was right. Every server has been great. Tonight was date night with my daughter and the first time back in the dining room since before the pandemic. They've added some new things to the menu and I tried one tonight. Orange Chicken. It was good and even came with a fortune cookie. Looking forward to trying other things as days go on. Our server Lexi was amazing!!! Too bad she is dealt with a bad kitchen and horrible quality control. We went on a Monday at 430. Yes, we had a table top of 9, which we know takes awhile. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Mind you they had approx six other table tops at the time. Every single plate came out cold, Multiple wings, a cheese burger, and the salads. We were fine with the salads being cold. Some wings to the point it felt like they came out of the fridge. We sent the entire table back, the manager came to help clean the table and said "sorry." Some how the whole table was served less than 10 minutes later with all new food.... Microwave... i only say that as everything was dry and lacked sauce. Anyways the entire table top was approximately $340. No other words from management no here's a dessert sorry. Nothing. Needless to say despite how much we love BWW's we will not be back and go elsewhere. Needless to say apologizing for poor food quality needs to go beyond I'm sorry. I am used to paying a lot of money when our clan goes out but with poor food I don't expect to pay top dollar when Walmart freezer section and my oven would have been better quality. Our tip did not reflect poorly we still tipped our waitress as a table top of 9 deserves a generous tip. I have to admit, I do not go to BWW expecting too much as far as service is concerned. But Eli was great. Prompt, efficient, friendly all without hovering. It would have been a solid 5 stars had we not gotten sauce on one order that was supposed to have been on the side. But Eli fixed that very quickly as well. read more

Service was adequate and expedient, great facility and friendly if young and unaware staff. Little loud but it's only fair to expect such from what is a more family-friendly version of a sports-bar. What was disappointing is that my whole family suffers from a gluten allergy, and where the staff sell themselves as the champions of protocol for this (such as serving the specific meal separately, using a color code to quickly identity the allergy, and appear to be trained on the necessary steps when handling such a case) what I quickly learned was that this was a facade aimed at those who eat this way out of fashion and not those medically required I discovered this when i learned they do not have a single dedicated frier for non-breaded courses (kuddos to Chief for being honest and upfront about that). This renders the entire menu not Gluten-Free, a menu that was already formatted in a difficult to read borderline frustrating way that aims more to protect them from liability then actually help those with allergies enjoy a meal. Though I'm the least reactionary medically out of my family, this disappointing very preventable guise of being gluten friendly put me into a position where I had to ether play Russian roulette with my health, or embarrass my date by having to find another place to eat. If you do not have any food allergies than this no doubt a great place to eat and hangout, with good food and a friendly staff, but I am personally disappointed not at their inability to serve me safely (that is something that comes with the territory) but false-security they marketed at my risk. read more

Awesome service!!!! I would give 10 stars because the service was very much appreciated! We have a severe peanut/tree nut/soy allergy and to get the type of service we've only ever seen at Disney was amazing!!! The manager, I presume, in a red shirt came out to the table as soon as our server went to find out about types of oils used to fry in and the ingredients in the sauces. He kneeled down to our level and answered every question, double checked items he wasn't sure about and was very knowledgeable on his ingredients. This was a credit to his professionalism, his knowledge of his business but also his commitment to customer service. It also is a credit to the brand- cannot say enough. YOU GUYS!!!! I went out to the Porters Neck BWW today and I was in awe! I know this place was new BUT the TVs were amazing and the layout was pretty cool. Also, can I mention that they have 4 giant TVs at the bar and when I say giant I'm not talking about the big projector screens at the other locations, I'm talking legit TVs! This bar has TVs when you come in so that if theres a wait, you can still watch your favorite team dominate. They also have an open concept bar which is really cool. Down the road, they may have an issue with space and wait when more people find out about it but currently there was no wait and all of the staff was so friendly! This BWW is tucked in the strip mall near the new Wal-Mart in Porters Neck but it's worth going to. The manager even came over and spoke! If I lived closer to that area, you would be able to find me at the bar during every football Sunday! Keep up the good work over there Porters Neck BWW!!! read more

The kitchen staff here is horrible and inconsiderate. When I ordered my side salad I specifically asked for no cheese. When my meal came, my salad was covered in cheese. I told my waitress and she brought it back, and when it came back the top was not covered in cheese. As I was eating turns out they scraped the top of the original salad and left the bottom which was covered in cheese. I again had to tell my waitress, and she got the manager and ended up getting my meal on the house. The costumer service among the waitress and waiters where amazing, but if you're looking for a place to get the meal exactly as your ordered I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Kristinia was our server, she was from the start, wonderful!!! Nona with 3 kids, most servers, would try to pass off. Not, Kristinia, she came up, took our drink order, we declined appetizers, past experience with kids 3,6,11, they eat that and dinner never gets touched. Our drinks arrive, she was thoughtful enough to bring small cups with lids for the 3,6 year old to not spill, chocolate milk. Kristinia checked in again, the food arrived, everything was done to order, the only problem was I like my wings close to the burnt, and they were not quite to that as I ordered, however all else arrive at one time and great. Kristinia came by, suggested a fruity drink for me, she was spot on! The kids dine out often so they know to clean plate, use napkins, and try to clean table to make easier for server to clear, never to early to teach a child to help another. If you go to this store request Kristiani you will not be sorry, and they were buy! FYI, not just here, but any place you go please tip servers with CASH, they do not have to wait for check with all taxes taken out. read more
