I think everyone is obviously familiar with bdubs so this review is largely a comparison of this bdubs to other ones I have visited--not of the franchise itself. This location is really nicely laid out, and the walls are these super expansive windows that let in a lot of natural light. It's probably one of the more nicer ones I've been to. Food wise, I got the lemon pepper wings on their BOGO Tuesday promotion. Heads up this location only supports the BOGO promotion for the smallest size. That still means you get 10 wings for 5 wings price but it would be nice if they honored on their whole menu. The food itself was decent. The chicken was fried crispy and it was plenty juicy. It seemed like they added a very little amount of seasoning (salt or lemon pepper), but that's fixable by getting a side of seasoning and doing it yourself. All in all, I'd come back again but its not the best tasting bdubs I've been to. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Lemon Pepper TRADITIONAL WINGS (after dumping a lot more salt and lemon pepper on myself) - Sports Bars Near Me - Wilmington, North Carolina

It was clean but the wings were tiny and overcooked. Kinda disappointing. Service was nice

I used to go to BWW all the time for lunch with my attorney friends. It used to be great. It is the worst now. I ordered 6 wings and a salad. The salad was bad...lettuce old, 2 small cuts of cabbage and left over soggy tomatoes. I had three bites and left it. 6 wings turned out to be really 2....a wing used to be 3 pieces...the wing end...the middle and the drum part of the wing. They were dry and over cooked. What a waste of money and a horrible lunch. Never again. I see some places are closing. I asked the waitress at 1:30pm...we're you busy today...she said no...not really. The place was empty. Last time for wings at BWW. read more

Food was great, staff took care of our needs. However if your staff is wearing coats, sweaters, and heavy undershirts and you customers are complaining it's cold. It's to fucking cold in your restaurant. Temperature is for the comfort of the customer not the staff. read more

5.stars; I ordered boneless wings and a side of cheese curds. It was so good, and the server was really nice. He was fast and good at his job. It took about 15-20 minutes; it was so good. read more

Ordered to go. Missed over half of the order itself. I got all of my celery. But nothing else. They have us less than half of the order that was worth over 60 dollars for sub par wings to begin with read more

Extremely disappointing. The wings were barely sauced--completely dry and flavorless. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and got a plain chicken wrap with zero buffalo sauce. To top it off, the dipping sauce that's supposed to come with the fried pickles was missing entirely. If you can't get basic orders right, why even bother? Pathetic and a waste of money. read more

The food is so gross. It's like it's manufactured. I had a salad that tasted like plastic and my son literally spit out something unidentifiable in his boneless wings. The bill was $125 for 3 of us. It's a rip off. Zaxby's has better food and service. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. read more

Hot, crispy, saucy wings!!!!! Is exactly what you will get from this place and that is EXACTLY what I like! We ordered a large bone in wings with an array of flavors and a large basket of wedges for dinner tonight . Everything was made fresh to order! My favorite sauce is the Asian Zing. Also the manager is very nice, last month we ate here and had a problem with our order, he immediately redid the whole order (which was very large) and made us feel like our business was important. He was very kind and courteous. I highly recommend this location. read more

The family decided to have lunch here today. We were greeted with a smile and promptly sat in a decent location in relation to all the televisions. Our waitress, Taylor, was great and wasn't pushy. She offered suggestions and was always smiling. She took our orders and the food was delivered fairly quick. The food was great. We ordered wings, a Buffalo Tender Burger, and salad. We were all satisfied with our meals. We liked the fact our son was given a tablet to play games during our time here today. Overall a great experience. We'll be back. read more

Wings are huge and loaded with flavor. I had the lemon pepper sauce and mango habanero. Both great. Mike is one of the best bartenders/waiters you will ever have. You won't be disappointed read more

We came on a Monday night for trivia! They had $4 appetizers from 4-7pm! The street tacos, pickle chips and mozzarella sticks were great and what a deal!! Trivia starts at 7pm with Dutch and he does an awesome job! Our server, Quintin, was very attentive and was always there right when you took your last sip! Restaurant was clean compared to other BWW's. read more

Not at fan at all. We were sat right away. I like the location and the way it looks inside but the service was lacking. Our waitress literally sat down a few tables over and had a long conversation with her morning kitchen staff while we sat waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. She never told us there were specials and her demeanor was a little abrasive but ok.... We ordered a burger and some boneless wings, which we were told were 2 for 1 that day, and although the burger was really delicious, the boneless wings were just gross. The breading was extreme thick, if you tried to pick apart, there was barely any chicken, and it came drowning in sauce. I took one bite and almost wanted to gag. Definitely don't plan on going back. I don't think they will be open much longer. Their menu is subpar and leaves a lot to be desired of the whole experience dining there. read more

I ordered online for pickup as usual. I got to the bottom of payment and a new feature was there. TIP. My choices were 10%, 15%, 20% or custom amount. No option for no tip. I ignored it and when I got to my total, it added 15% as a default. I canceled the order and won't go back. I tipped very generously during covid so restaurants and servers could stay alive. Now it's an expectation that I won't do. read more

Vegetarians here! The asian zing cauliflower wings are delicious. We've ordered here on several different occasions at different times of the day purposely and every time the cauliflower wings are hot, fresh, and delicious. Also the potato wedges are the best I've had. If you're vegetarian or just want to have a meatless meal, go for the cauliflower wings. You won't be disappointed read more

We visited your location 140 hays lane b15, Wilmington North Carolina 28411 today 7.2.2022 We stopped for lunch on our way to Myrtle Beach for vacation. We had a group of 11 and had the best service with the sweetest server Alyssa B. You guys are so lucky to have her on your team. She got our order 100% right. Checks split correctly. And the food arrived promptly. As a manager, I would hire her in a heartbeat based on her amazing customer service skills. I hope you guys let her know how awesome she is. Thank you Alyssa... you will do great things in life! read more

First off, you should never have let Wayne move on--he was the best. Next, you shouldn't have cancelled the online trivia games. Oh, and your new manager, Jason--walks around like he's lost, and doesn't seem to help anyone. Well, he did deliver some food to a table. (Cringe.) Jason wears a droopy mask, and nearly always wears it without covering his nose. What's the point? I watched him spray some menus with disinfectant, and take them over to the front welcome station. Only one problem, on the way, he lowered his mask and rubbed his hand across his nose and mouth several times. Time for some COVID training folks, starting with the management team! The place was full of people--hope Jason isn't a super spreader. read more

My family has benefited from Buffalo Wild Wings all pandemic long. We were able to order food when the dining rooms closed down. Food was always hot and checked over to make sure it was right. Every server has been great. Tonight was date night with my daughter and the first time back in the dining room since before the pandemic. They've added some new things to the menu and I tried one tonight. Orange Chicken. It was good and even came with a fortune cookie. Looking forward to trying other things as days go on. This restaurant has been faithfully consistent through it all and I'm grateful for their service. read more

Our server Lexi was amazing!!! Too bad she is dealt with a bad kitchen and horrible quality control. We went on a Monday at 430. Yes, we had a table top of 9, which we know takes awhile. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Mind you they had approx six other table tops at the time. Every single plate came out cold, Multiple wings, a cheese burger, and the salads. We were fine with the salads being cold. Some wings to the point it felt like they came out of the fridge. We sent the entire table back, the manager came to help clean the table and said "sorry." Some how the whole table was served less than 10 minutes later with all new food.... Microwave... i only say that as everything was dry and lacked sauce. Anyways the entire table top was approximately $340. No other words from management no here's a dessert sorry. Nothing. Needless to say despite how much we love BWW's we will not be back and go elsewhere. Needless to say apologizing for poor food quality needs to go beyond I'm sorry. I am used to paying a lot of money when our clan goes out but with poor food I don't expect to pay top dollar when Walmart freezer section and my oven would have been better quality. Our tip did not reflect poorly we still tipped our waitress as a table top of 9 deserves a generous tip. Lexi there are many other restaurants hiring, looking for your amazing service and I promise you will get higher tips. read more

I have to admit, I do not go to BWW expecting too much as far as service is concerned. But Eli was great. Prompt, efficient, friendly all without hovering. It would have been a solid 5 stars had we not gotten sauce on one order that was supposed to have been on the side. But Eli fixed that very quickly as well. read more

Love this place. Came to watch NFL. The food was great and the bartenders (Mike & Alyssa ) were amazing. The managers are awesome too. Very accommodating and lets you pick your game on your tv. Will definitely come back next time I am in town. read more

This is the worst Buffalo WW I've ever been to. Tasted like T.G.I. Friday's frozen meals from the grocery store. Save your money!

Service was adequate and expedient, great facility and friendly if young and unaware staff. Little loud but it's only fair to expect such from what is a more family-friendly version of a sports-bar. What was disappointing is that my whole family suffers from a gluten allergy, and where the staff sell themselves as the champions of protocol for this (such as serving the specific meal separately, using a color code to quickly identity the allergy, and appear to be trained on the necessary steps when handling such a case) what I quickly learned was that this was a facade aimed at those who eat this way out of fashion and not those medically required I discovered this when i learned they do not have a single dedicated frier for non-breaded courses (kuddos to Chief for being honest and upfront about that). This renders the entire menu not Gluten-Free, a menu that was already formatted in a difficult to read borderline frustrating way that aims more to protect them from liability then actually help those with allergies enjoy a meal. Though I'm the least reactionary medically out of my family, this disappointing very preventable guise of being gluten friendly put me into a position where I had to ether play Russian roulette with my health, or embarrass my date by having to find another place to eat. If you do not have any food allergies than this no doubt a great place to eat and hangout, with good food and a friendly staff, but I am personally disappointed not at their inability to serve me safely (that is something that comes with the territory) but false-security they marketed at my risk. read more

Awesome service!!!! I would give 10 stars because the service was very much appreciated! We have a severe peanut/tree nut/soy allergy and to get the type of service we've only ever seen at Disney was amazing!!! The manager, I presume, in a red shirt came out to the table as soon as our server went to find out about types of oils used to fry in and the ingredients in the sauces. He kneeled down to our level and answered every question, double checked items he wasn't sure about and was very knowledgeable on his ingredients. This was a credit to his professionalism, his knowledge of his business but also his commitment to customer service. It also is a credit to the brand- cannot say enough. It made for an enjoyable and delicious dinner. Thank you!!! read more

YOU GUYS!!!! I went out to the Porters Neck BWW today and I was in awe! I know this place was new BUT the TVs were amazing and the layout was pretty cool. Also, can I mention that they have 4 giant TVs at the bar and when I say giant I'm not talking about the big projector screens at the other locations, I'm talking legit TVs! This bar has TVs when you come in so that if theres a wait, you can still watch your favorite team dominate. They also have an open concept bar which is really cool. Down the road, they may have an issue with space and wait when more people find out about it but currently there was no wait and all of the staff was so friendly! This BWW is tucked in the strip mall near the new Wal-Mart in Porters Neck but it's worth going to. The manager even came over and spoke! If I lived closer to that area, you would be able to find me at the bar during every football Sunday! Keep up the good work over there Porters Neck BWW!!! read more

Customer service is okay and ordering was easy. But this is by far the worst quality, presentation and care put into a meal. Sauce splashed onto the wings, rotten greens and horrible fries. I understand times are hard, but when things open for dine in service, we won't be back. Been getting worse and worse over the years. read more

I ordered chicken and fries. The chicken was burnt and had more breading then chicken itself. The waiter was obnoxious about everything and it was a overall TERRIBLE experience. Never coming back to this location! read more

This is the best BWW I've ever been too. Excellent food and great staff!!! Also Wayne the manager is the best

The kitchen staff here is horrible and inconsiderate. When I ordered my side salad I specifically asked for no cheese. When my meal came, my salad was covered in cheese. I told my waitress and she brought it back, and when it came back the top was not covered in cheese. As I was eating turns out they scraped the top of the original salad and left the bottom which was covered in cheese. I again had to tell my waitress, and she got the manager and ended up getting my meal on the house. The costumer service among the waitress and waiters where amazing, but if you're looking for a place to get the meal exactly as your ordered I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Food was great as always , but in my personal experience, the hostess and the bartender had some really bad attitudes.

The food, atmosphere and waitstaff has always been amazing! My favorite place to go for the fights!

After a bad experience at Bill's Front Porch, we left there and landed here to have dinner. I don't know who our server was...nice young lady (blonde) working the section to the right as you go in, our table was 85... anyways, she was THE BOMB. Our group could not have asked for better service and turned a bad experience night in GREAT rest of the evening. Food was good and we had an awesome time!!! THANK YOU!! read more

We travel often and always stop at the local BW3's. In all of our travels, this is by far the most efficiently run, clean and friendly location we've ever visited. I would estimate we've visited approximately 25-30 different locations. Keep up the good work!! read more

Kristinia was our server, she was from the start, wonderful!!! Nona with 3 kids, most servers, would try to pass off. Not, Kristinia, she came up, took our drink order, we declined appetizers, past experience with kids 3,6,11, they eat that and dinner never gets touched. Our drinks arrive, she was thoughtful enough to bring small cups with lids for the 3,6 year old to not spill, chocolate milk. Kristinia checked in again, the food arrived, everything was done to order, the only problem was I like my wings close to the burnt, and they were not quite to that as I ordered, however all else arrive at one time and great. Kristinia came by, suggested a fruity drink for me, she was spot on! The kids dine out often so they know to clean plate, use napkins, and try to clean table to make easier for server to clear, never to early to teach a child to help another. If you go to this store request Kristiani you will not be sorry, and they were buy! FYI, not just here, but any place you go please tip servers with CASH, they do not have to wait for check with all taxes taken out. read more
