My son and I visited from Philly. We were supposed to attend a Yelp Elite Event at the Raising Cane's across the street, but Amtrak Delayed Service means we missed it! Bummer, we were still hungry and looking to sit down and eat something before the trip home. My son suggested BWW. Upon arrival, the restaurant was nowhere closed to crowded. Looked like it had just opened, not too many tables taken and we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. Nice! However, the restaurant was poorly lit inside. It was sooo dim, I had to use the flashlight on my phone to look at the menu. Why do restaurants (sports bars, etc.) think we want to eat in the dark?? Our waitress was lovely. She asked us for our orders and allowed us to take our time to peruse the menu and checked on throughout. Placed an order here because I thought, Heyyyyy, wings sound good, and my digestive system felt stable enough to risk chicken from a place with a buffalo as its mascot. Mistake #1. My mouth was on ... Mi oldest had Buffalo tacos and Mi youngest order the BBQ Chicken wrap... both DELICIOSO.... My waiter was personable and welcoming upon their open. He was attentive and most definitely on top of his A-Game with his overall service. I decided to order your traditional / combo wing option where you get both bone in and boneless wings. My bone-in flavor was Parmesan Garlic and though I rare to ever get those wet, the flavor had me at odds with my own tastebuds. Even had me looking at the wing sideways in disbelief as I thought, "WELL DAMN! The wet flex isn't half bad Family!" Something told me to go with Mango Habanero for the boneless option for you can't go light when you go boneless. Woah on that heat BWW!! The heat and flare on your Mango Habanero was just right and almost made my eyes tear up!! OK, MY EYES DID TEAR UP!! ;-) Your fries came action packed with the salt and pepper for flavor and were truly crispy out the gate! What more can one ask for in their French fry cravings? Now for your Buffalo Wings & Mac option....... One is allowed to get crazy with the sauce for their boneless wings here and I went with a sweeter bbq choice but they weren't as good as the Mango Habanero for whatever reason, actually a bit more dried out but I digress. I was hesitant to write a review because it won't take away the fact that our meal and service was awful; but it will hopefully keep the next family from coming in and wasting $85 dollars. After being seated, we sat without service for 10 minutes. Multiple servers walking past us and a total of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Finally a waitress came over and asked if anyone had come to our table. We said no and she looked around and reluctantly asked us if we wanted to put drink order in, so we did. The only reason I'm giving this two stars and not one is because she did do a good job and was attentive after taking our order. Drinks came out. Apple juice cups were filled halfway and my husbands Long Island tasted more like the Long Island sound rather than an iced tea. Also, who drops 4 drinks and only three straws? Come on, these little things effect your gratuity people! House sampler was subpar- the nachos were stale and oily and the tomatoes looked sad. My daughter had the Mac and cheese and tater tots but instead of tots, it came out with chips and salsa. She returned with the right side shortly after. My sons plain chicken wings were dry. This is probably a great place to go and watch a football game. If I was reviewing the televisions on the walls, I could rate this place higher. We made the mistake of going for food. As we walked out the door with our take-out order, I lifted the bag a couple times. "Hmm, the bag they handed us has three boxes, but the whole thing weighs about as much as an apple. That's with the sauces they charged extra for. These must be some tiny, tasty wings" I said to myself. The Parmesan Garlic Wings had an odd, potassium-salt-replacement flavor. This was not the natural saltiness of parmesan. Or salt. The Asian Zing was a fake-ginger flavor with quite a bit of strange heat added. The Original Hot Wings were lacking the buttery goodness of a proper buffalo sauce. They lacked even the simple cayenne flavor found in a bad buffalo sauce. These don't have the flavor of any Louisiana-style hot sauce, and there is certainly no butter. It is more like a "hot" chemical was added to vinegar. The ranch dressing turned out to be the soybean-oil stuff you get from a generic bottle at the grocery store. Buffalo Wild Wings aspires to the mass-produced palate-pleasing inventions of Applebee's, and falls short in every way. By comparison, the flavors and sauces of Applebee's are utterly ambrosial. Some of the Buffalo Wild Wings boneless wings contained no chicken. Yes, in a tiny box of chemically-flavored chicken bites, some bites contained no chicken. The number of pieces in the box had been counted correctly, but some were twisted hunks of breading the size of a quarter. If you are considering eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, I would say this: They have large televisions. read more

Ugh RS are fun and they have plenty of screens to watch your favorite sporting events. * I do have a negative statement to make and that is the last time is was there, the place was extremely dead which I found surprising. I have been here twice so far since they opened. The food here is just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings. Big, juicy wings and okay fries for a large chain restaurant. The last time we went is... well, it will be our last time for this BWW location. We went around seven in the evening and the seating area was mostly empty, with about five other tables occupied. Our FIRST server (yes, we had two different servers, but more on that later) took our drink orders promptly and had them out to us in a timely manner. Then that was the last time we ever saw her. So about thirty minutes went by and by then the tables around us were being filled. These tables too, did not have anyone come out to them for those thirty minutes. Finally after what felt like a century, a SECOND server came to our table and apologized. She explained that the manager on duty decided to let some employees go home or reassigned them since the restaurant was not at capacity, even though it was starting to get filled. This server could see we were agitated about that and throughout our time there she was very attentive and make sure our food and refills came out quickly. Big props to her for unexpectedly being thrown to serve us and everyone else around, while the big fat manager just stood off to the side with his arms crossed and looking all pissy. As for the food, the wings were good and came out to us hot and fresh. The fries were sub par and overly seasoned. Overall the meal was ok. One star for the perfectly cooked and delicious wings and another star for the poor server who was hastily reassigned to deal with pretty much the whole dining area by herself. If you really, REALLY want BWW, find another location. read more

I've had BWW at many locations before. This was by far the most underwhelming. Ordered fries and wings online for pickup. They said it'd be ready by 7 pm so I made sure to get there by then. Fries were hard and cold by time I got there. Seasoning seemed to be on the bottom of the box as opposed to on the fries. Wings were actually fried perfectly no problem with the wings themselves even though some were over-fried. But as you can see I ordered Buffalo wings and the way the sauce was applied it was hard to tell. Sauce was oily and concentrated on the edge of the box and not on the wings themselves. And what little sauce did get on the wings were already dried up by time I could get to them. Only giving two stars because the wings themselves were fried very well. This location is awful with attention to detail. I have had missing items from takeout orders in the past. This time, the person filling my takeout order took a painfully long time "verifying that every item in my order was correct." I had just flown in and was anxious to get to my hotel so I assumed that management had implemented this verification policy to fix missing items. I didn't check the items against the receipt myself because I was tired and hungry and just wanted to get to my hotel and eat. Also, the waiting area for takeout is not large enough for safe social distancing and was full of other people. I was extremely upset when I opened the bag and found that my blue cheese dressing, some of my carrots and celery, utensils, napkins, and drinks were all missing from the order. I placed this order HOURS in advance. It was not verified until I picked it up, and items were missing AGAIN. I've never left a one-star review on someplace like Yelp before but it's about to happen. Enough is enough. 11/20 update: One of the managers called me, apologized, and is sending a gift card to encourage me to try them again. So we got there and at 6:45 pm they said 10 more minutes, which was fine. We waited and asked again, and they said there was a mistake with our order. So we continued to wait, it's now 7:30 pm and we still have no food. Customers are coming in and leaving and we still have nothing and literally when we asked, noboody was able to give us an answer why we were still waiting 40 minutes later. Eventually the food came, they ended up comping it which we didnt even ask them to do so that was the only nice thing that happened. I just wanted my food and to go home to eat with my kids. We got the food, and went home. The order ended up not being correct, the wings were barely sauced, tasted really off, and the fries tasted like they had been reheated a few times and were chewy.
