Went to the rebuilt Buffalo Wild Wings in West Mifflin today for the grand opening celebration. The new space was similar to the old, but the entrance was moved to the side facing their parking lot. So it is a shorter walk than before to enter. The interior is clean and modern, with a ton of TVs for the sports bar vibes. The atmosphere was lively and all of the staff were very friendly and wanting to converse with the customers in the building. We were seated quickly and interacted with almost immediately upon sitting. With any new restaurant opening, they were working through some minor kinks. However, that did not impact our experience greatly. We ordered a few appetizers to share, and were in and out within an hour (even with the hiccups!). The Cheddar Cheese Curds and the Hatch Queso were very tasty! I will be coming back to try the local beers they have on tap, and the Happy Hour menu, and the B Dubs After Dark menu. I am glad this restaurant is back and look forward to trying all they have to offer. read more

I have been to this location twice since they reopened. They moved the entrance and really opened up the experience. The ambiance is nice with new television sets everywhere and great drink selection. I really like chicken wings. I usually get good service here. The issue is not the service, the issue is the inconsistency in the food. The wings have been burnt both times and very tough and hard. The manager was super nice and accommodating to us, but I left hungry. I am hesitant to go back because of the food. read more

First off the service was terrible waiter had an attitude the entire time you could tell he was trying to hold back not all that well to be honest. Second off the waiter messed up my moms half the order we did the pick six thing to save some money she ordered the 10 piece boneless wings and they first brought out a three piece tender we told him and he fixed it which great they didn't take long how ever it shouldn't have needed to be fixed if was gotten right the first time . Another issue and not even a big one was that I asked for a ranch cup and the waiter brought me five when all I needed was one. And then to add to this all they were dead as hell and for almost ten minutes it took for the waiter to reappear and refill the drinks mind you my mom had to stop eating because she did some spicy wing sauce for her boneless wings. But to top this all off the tenders they brought to us when they didn't get the order right the first time they were still raw my mom split it open mind you this was a thinner one so the bigger ones were probably even worse. We were so excited to experience the new update, however. ...The service was almost non existent at the bar. Took forever for Abrey to take our order, but we were not given anything for our meal. No silverware, napkins, bone dish or wipe. Heck she didn't even ask if the food was ok, or did the other bartender Codi. This was my first time placing a mobile order at this location. Overall, the app is very easy to manage and it is a rewards app so the more you spend the more points you get for freebies which is very nice. I ordered 6 wings and a bundle with 10 traditional wings and fries. The order had 100% accuracy and the label said it was checked by "KS" so it was nice to see that someone checked it. We received a correct order with sauces and veggies. It would of been nice to have some napkins with the order, but other than that no complaints! I thought BWW was supposed to be THE place to go for the best wings. I was not impressed. First, I thought I was ordering the Buffalo wings with buffalo sauce, but it was a dry rub. That honestly was my mistake for not reading the fine print, but you can understand that most people assume 'buffalo' means buffalo sauce not a dry rub. I ordered dinner on the way home from work this evening since it was actually a short day for me and I didn't feel like cooking after the crwzy week I had. I initially ordered a sampler with garlic Parm boneless wings and a 10 piece boneless wing with dry rub. I immediately called back and changed the garlic Parm to pizza flavor as per my sons request, which they said would not be an issue. I arrived to pick up dinner and the girl asked me to look through my food to make sure that it was correct before leaving. Nice sports bar, really like the garlic parm sauce on wings (they do put it on heavy, which I like) if you like to eat your food warm, don't order it until you finish eating your app...as many years as I've come here, they bring your food out almost immediately after serving the app and the app is either wasted or my food gets cold...I've learned that I have to pace the servers myself...and plan on waiting to pay, the servers will bring your bill you can take a long winters nap and need a shave and a haircut by the time they return to pick it up...(slow or busy times, at least they are consistent) Food is typically good. read more

I've always thought the location was weird but it has plenty of its own parking away from the Home Depot. We came here for an early dinner after shopping and to our surprise they were having a special on boneless wings. I ordered the medium and they were pretty hot but a good hot. My husband got the Buffalo and he said they were good. We absolutely love their deep fried pickle chips which was our main reason for choosing to eat here today. We did have to wait for a minute to be greeted and seated but after that our waitress was great. They also give tablets for the kids to play games at the table which was really nice for our 5 year old while waiting on our food. read more

This place gets 5 stars because the staff make it a great place to be (isn't that the case in great establishments? It's the people!). To close out the holiday season we stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings in West Mifflin, PA. on Sunday (1/2/22) night. It could be that it was the end of a busy weekend, but this is the first time things haven't been great there. Apparently they were out of sweet BBQ & hot sauce! I'm not sure how that happens at a place that features wings in their name and menu. Dinner arrived in shifts and one order came without fries as requested. If it were not for the atmosphere and entertainment options, BWW would be out of business. I will admit it is a very fun place to get a beer and watch a game. My wife and I also enjoy the game options the provide while you eat. But that is the only good of this place. The food is so mediocre it is mind blowing. If you have "wings" in your name, I expect you to have at least above average wings. I can and have made better tasting wings in my oven than you get at BWW. They are never crispy and I have never had a sauce that has impressed me. On top of that, the ranch tastes like bottled ranch. They are the same whether you go regular or boneless wings. I won't go as far as to say they are bad. If I have the choice between tysons frozen wings and BWW, i'll probably choose BWW. However, the difference is not very substantial. Other than the wings, their sandwiches and the rest of the food is also nothing more than average. They do have good appetizers, and the potatoe wedges are delicious. Last night was my first & last time at this location due to such horrible service. We started out w Carmen as our serve, but once our additional party arrive. we received a different server. Carmen did not relay our drink order to the next server. There was a small misunderstanding about an order, then the manager, Paul comes to our table to state he understands there was a little confusion and gave us free appetizers. He replenished our drinks & all. We asked Carmen why she & the other server left our table, she stated their shifts were almost over. But Carmen waited on a table behind us & the other server cleaned the restaurant. 3 out 7 orders were wrong. A person in my party waved down the previous server & she stated she was no longer our server & pointed to another server. She ends up bringing him his drink & slams it down in the table. Pretty good as Buffalo Wild Wings go. Very clean. Good service. The wings were not dry and were very flavorful. They gave out free samples of a new beer, and I love that. Not as many people here as I would expect on a Tuesday night. There was a regular crew at the bar, but I expected more out-of-towners being so close to a number of hotels. The staff is friendly, the food is dependably excellent, and the layout is both welcoming and comfortable. Please, "b-dubs," take a look at what is going on at this restaurant and use it as an example of how other locations should be. Great job, and kudos to the staff for making this an excellent dining experience. Pros: you get what you expect, but with lots of extras. It's buffalo wings, and a variety of sauces and sides. Other dishes include sandwiches and the like, if you're not in the mood for the flagship offerings. Equipment such as seating and counters, entertainment options, etc., are all in good clean shape. Hi! My Mom had Alzheimer's and my Aunt wouldn't let anyone get into the kitchen. I was sent out to buy food but who had time to eat it? Sadly I was living on beer (Thank you History Channel for telling me Beer was liquid bread it does work.) until one day I said screw this and started going to Buffalo Wild Wings. This Place saved my Sanity and me dying from hunger. Not only that I could go there be in AC and be by myself and not hear my Aunt wretch about everything she hated about the house. The food is awesome! I went to many times here are my favorites! Medium Wings and I like to try the new sauces and I'd do a 1/2 and 1/2 sauce order one sauce that was special and the other a fave like Lemon Pepper. I love the Ceaser Salads! You should order an appetizer like say Fried Pickles or the Mushrooms when ordering that. The Special Sandwiches they advertise like the burgers are really good. A big sampler plate is perfect for a party. But since I was always alone I think I ordered one once for the family. They have a special food selection for Lent! I was not disappointed. If you don't drink or not in the mood because like me you want a healthy lifestyle a Non Alcohol Bloody Mary is excellent but the Desert Heat Powder is not for those who like bland things! I haven't been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location in a very long time. Me and fiancé went during the day on a Sunday and there hardly anyone there. We sat the bar and the waiter was nice but she moved too slow. She was slow serving us, slow making our drinks, slow asking us for our order. Just overall Slow!
