Went to the rebuilt Buffalo Wild Wings in West Mifflin today for the grand opening celebration. The new space was similar to the old, but the entrance was moved to the side facing their parking lot. So it is a shorter walk than before to enter. The interior is clean and modern, with a ton of TVs for the sports bar vibes. The atmosphere was lively and all of the staff were very friendly and wanting to converse with the customers in the building. We were seated quickly and interacted with almost immediately upon sitting. With any new restaurant opening, they were working through some minor kinks. However, that did not impact our experience greatly. We ordered a few appetizers to share, and were in and out within an hour (even with the hiccups!). The Cheddar Cheese Curds and the Hatch Queso were very tasty! I will be coming back to try the local beers they have on tap, and the Happy Hour menu, and the B Dubs After Dark menu. I am glad this restaurant is back and look forward to trying all they have to offer. read more

Never ever order delivery from Buffalo wild wings in West mifflin. I ordered an All-American Burger, 10 boneless wings and two orders of chicken dippers and my order was delivered. I also ordered four soda fountain drinks. When my order was delivered I got three orders of french fries a cheeseburger and boneless wings and no drinks. The manager was very rude when I called him !!!! never ever order delivery read more

I have been to this location twice since they reopened. They moved the entrance and really opened up the experience. The ambiance is nice with new television sets everywhere and great drink selection. I really like chicken wings. I usually get good service here. The issue is not the service, the issue is the inconsistency in the food. The wings have been burnt both times and very tough and hard. The manager was super nice and accommodating to us, but I left hungry. I am hesitant to go back because of the food. read more

I'm glad I'm not the only one writing about this establishment who feels as if they have been disregarded after they have been sat down, & forgotten about. I can't stand young waitresses & this Buffalo Wild Wings specifically is the reason as to why I feel that way now. Can't stand the entitlement they have! They're too busy in the bathrooms recording themselves . read more

Boneless wings looked like boneless grubs-soo small even a kid would complain. No sauce on them either. Fries came out cold and hard. When talking to "manager" if there was another option for horrible fries she said no with no offer of anything else. Wont be going back there! read more

Service is great! Food is fantastic. Wing flavors are solid. Wish they would bring in new flavors every so many months to try. Atmosphere is not too loud and not too quiet. Cool AC inside for heat stroke days. Alcoholic options are good as well. Every time we have gone, we have yet to have to wait or wait long. read more

The food was delivered fast and was full of flavor. It was a busy night but they were getting orders out quickly. Alonna took care of us. She's amazing. My wife and I though she could read minds because she seemed to bring us what we needed as soon as with thought it. Can't wait to come back! read more

First off the service was terrible waiter had an attitude the entire time you could tell he was trying to hold back not all that well to be honest. Second off the waiter messed up my moms half the order we did the pick six thing to save some money she ordered the 10 piece boneless wings and they first brought out a three piece tender we told him and he fixed it which great they didn't take long how ever it shouldn't have needed to be fixed if was gotten right the first time . Another issue and not even a big one was that I asked for a ranch cup and the waiter brought me five when all I needed was one. And then to add to this all they were dead as hell and for almost ten minutes it took for the waiter to reappear and refill the drinks mind you my mom had to stop eating because she did some spicy wing sauce for her boneless wings. But to top this all off the tenders they brought to us when they didn't get the order right the first time they were still raw my mom split it open mind you this was a thinner one so the bigger ones were probably even worse. Needless to say they have definitely gone down hill I have tried three locations in three different counties and two different states two here in pa and one in Ohio needless to say I am never going back again which is sad to say due to the fact they used to be pretty good. read more

This was my first time placing a mobile order at this location. Overall, the app is very easy to manage and it is a rewards app so the more you spend the more points you get for freebies which is very nice. I ordered 6 wings and a bundle with 10 traditional wings and fries. The order had 100% accuracy and the label said it was checked by "KS" so it was nice to see that someone checked it. We received a correct order with sauces and veggies. It would of been nice to have some napkins with the order, but other than that no complaints! I would recommend using the app at this location. read more

I thought BWW was supposed to be THE place to go for the best wings. I was not impressed. First, I thought I was ordering the Buffalo wings with buffalo sauce, but it was a dry rub. That honestly was my mistake for not reading the fine print, but you can understand that most people assume 'buffalo' means buffalo sauce not a dry rub. Aside from that issue, they also shorted me a wing. I ordered a 10 count, and they provided 9. The wedges were good, and my partner liked his burger, but nothing to write home about. All in all, I would give BWW another shot - probably a different location... but I would try again. read more

We were so excited to experience the new update, however. ...The service was almost non existent at the bar. Took forever for Abrey to take our order, but we were not given anything for our meal. No silverware, napkins, bone dish or wipe. Heck she didn't even ask if the food was ok, or did the other bartender Codi. She didn't for the person beside us either, but at least that person got a set up. I'm so upset my husband tipped appropriate. I've served for 8+ years and totally understand when busy but it was not. Abrey only came when she saw my husband's credit card waving. Don't go and sit at the bar!! We will not be back for a long time and it's a shame. The cook did their job, food was good thank goodness. This person needs trained in customer service!!! read more

This location receives zero stars from us. We waited a long time to be seated and an even longer time to be waited on. There were two of us, one was served barely warm wings and onion rings. We waited another 15 minutes for the second order to come out. When it did, it was ice cold. The service was terrible. The food was terrible and we won't be back! read more

Wrote to corporate, no response. Forgot to review. Ordered online, food was supposed to be ready at 6:30, arrived at pickup at 6:40, told it wasn't ready. Called at 7:25 and got food in minutes. Drove home (25 minutes away), food was a mess. The picture was supposed to be the sampler appetizer. Just nachos, no wings or onion rings. Very disappointed. read more

Regarding visit 4/4/18. In the past, i've not been really impressed with BBW. I hadn't been back in over a year, and thought i'd try it again with my family. Unfortunately, I was not impressed once again. The service was GREAT, but our food was down right... eh. Mediocre, at best. We ordered the newer Pretzel appetizer. The cheese that came with it was great. The pretzel would have been great, too. If it wasn't for the fourteen pounds of salt that came on it. Seriously--I think there was more salt than pretzel. See picture from my visit. I had the buffalo chicken wrap..and everything in it was barely 'ok'. It tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour or two before being served. Bland, barely any toppings, quickly thrown together, and.. old? read more

We were only here once before and it wasn't that good. Now skip to this past weekend. We decided to try it again. The hostess was very friendly and seated us immediately, the waitress was great she took care of everything. Great service.the restaurant was very clean you can see that they care about their guests. Now the food, we had the street tacos, and the Nashville hot wings that were absolutely amazing . good food great ambiance gotta go!! Enjoy read more

Food arrived cold. Portion sizes for sides was small, e.g. $4 side of coleslaw had almost two bites. Wings had very little sauce. Utterly disappointed once again. read more

Nice sports bar, really like the garlic parm sauce on wings (they do put it on heavy, which I like) if you like to eat your food warm, don't order it until you finish eating your app...as many years as I've come here, they bring your food out almost immediately after serving the app and the app is either wasted or my food gets cold...I've learned that I have to pace the servers myself...and plan on waiting to pay, the servers will bring your bill you can take a long winters nap and need a shave and a haircut by the time they return to pick it up...(slow or busy times, at least they are consistent) Food is typically good. read more

I ordered dinner on the way home from work this evening since it was actually a short day for me and I didn't feel like cooking after the crwzy week I had. I initially ordered a sampler with garlic Parm boneless wings and a 10 piece boneless wing with dry rub. I immediately called back and changed the garlic Parm to pizza flavor as per my sons request, which they said would not be an issue. I arrived to pick up dinner and the girl asked me to look through my food to make sure that it was correct before leaving. Not only did they give the garlic Parm sauce with the sampler, they brought out regular wings instead of boneless wings. We've been here several times before but to dine in, never for pick up. read more

I've always thought the location was weird but it has plenty of its own parking away from the Home Depot. We came here for an early dinner after shopping and to our surprise they were having a special on boneless wings. I ordered the medium and they were pretty hot but a good hot. My husband got the Buffalo and he said they were good. We absolutely love their deep fried pickle chips which was our main reason for choosing to eat here today. We did have to wait for a minute to be greeted and seated but after that our waitress was great. They also give tablets for the kids to play games at the table which was really nice for our 5 year old while waiting on our food. read more

I'm writing this review for my waiter Elijah. He said he was new but made it very clear that he cared about his job. He was very quick with everything and made sure it was all good. When my son spilled his drink he was right there to help clean in and make sure we had a new one. Workers like him make me want to come back. read more

I (Johnnie) am new to the area, moved here for a job, and I know I can get decent food, beer, and sports at Bdubs everywhere. This place gets 5 stars because the staff make it a great place to be (isn't that the case in great establishments? It's the people!). So I just wanted to recognize the friendly and attentive staff at this location. They are nice people and they work hard. Alexis is a GREAT bartender and she actually ran out to the parking lot to bring me my phone that I left on the bar like a dummy. She is great. Go here and enjoy wings and good service. read more

To close out the holiday season we stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings in West Mifflin, PA. on Sunday (1/2/22) night. It could be that it was the end of a busy weekend, but this is the first time things haven't been great there. Apparently they were out of sweet BBQ & hot sauce! I'm not sure how that happens at a place that features wings in their name and menu. Dinner arrived in shifts and one order came without fries as requested. By the time they did get there we were all pretty much done eating. All in all the food was good. I just chalked this up as a likely tired, short staffed crew at the tail end of a busy holiday week. read more

The food is really good here. We went her for our daughter's birthday because she's been here and liked it. For my wife and I it was our first time. I had the boneless wing with teriyaki and honey BBQ sauce. We also had the sampler platter. Everything was very good. The staff was friendly and we got our food quickly. I would recommend going here. read more

If it were not for the atmosphere and entertainment options, BWW would be out of business. I will admit it is a very fun place to get a beer and watch a game. My wife and I also enjoy the game options the provide while you eat. But that is the only good of this place. The food is so mediocre it is mind blowing. If you have "wings" in your name, I expect you to have at least above average wings. I can and have made better tasting wings in my oven than you get at BWW. They are never crispy and I have never had a sauce that has impressed me. On top of that, the ranch tastes like bottled ranch. They are the same whether you go regular or boneless wings. I won't go as far as to say they are bad. If I have the choice between tysons frozen wings and BWW, i'll probably choose BWW. However, the difference is not very substantial. Other than the wings, their sandwiches and the rest of the food is also nothing more than average. They do have good appetizers, and the potatoe wedges are delicious. Stick to beers and apps unless you enjoy bad food. read more

Pretty good as Buffalo Wild Wings go. Very clean. Good service. The wings were not dry and were very flavorful. They gave out free samples of a new beer, and I love that. Not as many people here as I would expect on a Tuesday night. There was a regular crew at the bar, but I expected more out-of-towners being so close to a number of hotels. It was a little hard to get to, but that could just be Pittsburgh driving. read more

Last night was my first & last time at this location due to such horrible service. We started out w Carmen as our serve, but once our additional party arrive. we received a different server. Carmen did not relay our drink order to the next server. There was a small misunderstanding about an order, then the manager, Paul comes to our table to state he understands there was a little confusion and gave us free appetizers. He replenished our drinks & all. We asked Carmen why she & the other server left our table, she stated their shifts were almost over. But Carmen waited on a table behind us & the other server cleaned the restaurant. 3 out 7 orders were wrong. A person in my party waved down the previous server & she stated she was no longer our server & pointed to another server. She ends up bringing him his drink & slams it down in the table. Paul comes over & ask if we needed boxes... 30 minutes later he did not return... Several lessons in conducting great cus service/hospitality is needed severely! read more

This was my first time in this location, and last. Be sure of that. The service when you are sitting at the bar is horrible. No matter how good wings and beer are done, they are nothing without good service. I couldn't get a drink here to save my life. Took forever between time I got a menu and the time they took my order. They served my dinner along side my appetizer at the same time. They also run the glass washer right next to the customers. It has the most foul sewer odor ever. Just what you want when eating. Even the bartender agreed with me about how it smelled. Disgusting. Never again for me. Had to edit: I left out that I never got napkins, silverware, ketchup or salt. I ended up fending for myself off of a table nearby when I got tired of waiting. read more

I've always been a fan of this style of food. I was first indroduced to Buffalo Wild Wings in Iowa, while in college. Since then, their menu continuously inproves, and the offerings are fantastic. This location is the most conveniently located for my typical commute. Despite the convenience, I would rate this as the best restaurant in the chain. The staff is friendly, the food is dependably excellent, and the layout is both welcoming and comfortable. Please, "b-dubs," take a look at what is going on at this restaurant and use it as an example of how other locations should be. Great job, and kudos to the staff for making this an excellent dining experience. Pros: you get what you expect, but with lots of extras. It's buffalo wings, and a variety of sauces and sides. Other dishes include sandwiches and the like, if you're not in the mood for the flagship offerings. Equipment such as seating and counters, entertainment options, etc., are all in good clean shape. Cons: There could be easier parking lot access. read more

This location is in a weird area, it's in the parking lot of the Home Depot. Food it's normal quality for your typical buffalo. Always nearly empty when I go in, not sure why. Hi! My Mom had Alzheimer's and my Aunt wouldn't let anyone get into the kitchen. I was sent out to buy food but who had time to eat it? Sadly I was living on beer (Thank you History Channel for telling me Beer was liquid bread it does work.) until one day I said screw this and started going to Buffalo Wild Wings. This Place saved my Sanity and me dying from hunger. Not only that I could go there be in AC and be by myself and not hear my Aunt wretch about everything she hated about the house. The food is awesome! I went to many times here are my favorites! Medium Wings and I like to try the new sauces and I'd do a 1/2 and 1/2 sauce order one sauce that was special and the other a fave like Lemon Pepper. I love the Ceaser Salads! You should order an appetizer like say Fried Pickles or the Mushrooms when ordering that. The Special Sandwiches they advertise like the burgers are really good. A big sampler plate is perfect for a party. But since I was always alone I think I ordered one once for the family. They have a special food selection for Lent! I was not disappointed. If you don't drink or not in the mood because like me you want a healthy lifestyle a Non Alcohol Bloody Mary is excellent but the Desert Heat Powder is not for those who like bland things! This is like for me who want to Spice things up! I miss some friends who used to work there. Dave the Manager who gave Christmas Baskets to regulars (I got one) and he even came to my Mom's Funeral! The Flowers BFWW sent I brought to the house and my Aunt Loved them! They lasted like forever! I miss Dave but T and all the Waitresses and all the Managers are special nice so I gave them Title of 2nd Family. I am running low on money just because some people passed away debts were paid off. Lucky me I got a Gift Card from my neighbor! I want to go today! I am gonna! If you are in a rush though I would do an order out. If not go inside relax play a game sit and chill. Service can be slow at times depending on crowd how many people etc. That's why I like to go. I can sit, chill, play a game on my tablet (I bought my own at hh gregg cuz I got addicted to the Zombie game.) but I keep bringing it back to play the Cube Wall! It's really fun! read more
