We came here for lunch on a Saturday and I was so surprised that we were the only ones there. All the waitstaff seemed to be sitting down at the same table on their phones looking bored. The service was friendly and it was extremely clean, however, it just felt strange that the waiter was a little bit out of his element perhaps just because we were the only ones in the restaurant and he sort of just felt strange being there. He was extremely helpful however as long as you had his attention. I ordered the "Strawberry Balsamic Salad" (with shrimp swapped in for the chicken) with extra shrimp. It came with a bread stick which I gave to my friend who ordered the beer battered shrimp with French fries and coleslaw. Out of all the chain restaurants, we have decided that the shrimp at Applebee's has got to be our favorite in terms of flavor and texture. The shrimp was definitely good here, however, I just remember the shrimp tasting much better at the other Applebee's locations I remember going to compared to this one. I would typically have no real complaints about the salad however because of my experience at other Applebee's I can't help but notice that I typically receive much bigger portions when being served at the other Applebee's restaurants for the same dish so the serving sizes appear to not be standardized across all locations. There was a very thin layer of lettuce greens and it was mostly ice burg lettuce rather than the robust mixed greens that I remember being served at the other Applebee's locations for the same salad. Overall I was happy with my experience but I could not help but feel it would have been better if I went to one of the other Applebee's locations. read more

Wow Applebees was super busy when we went! However I was able to get a table at the bar. Our waitress was not the best but I have to say this is the first time I have experienced that here in a while. I got the quesadilla salad for the first time. Dinner tonight was a wreck a guest at my table ordered a well done steak half of it was well done the other half was raw I got the boneless chicken it was literally burnt, two orders of the fries were cold sent one back was cold the second time as well. Classic chain restaurant. It was alright. Food was pretty good, and our server was very nice. However, the restaurant itself is very dated. It needs an indoor upgrade. We went for one of my family member's birthdays. They do a nice job on the drink quality. Very nice pour on the Chardonnay that I had. I had the chicken and shrimp meal with a side of broccoli. It was good and the plate came out sizzling on a cast iron plate. My mom got a side of 'loaded' mashed potatoes. I say 'loaded' because they brought out regular mashed potatoes at first and my mom sent it back citing the lack of what made them loaded. They brought the potatoes back with cold shredded cheese and a few pieces of bacon added to the top... The server was nice and attentive, checked on us often. If you're someone that frequents chains, it's not a bad place to go. It's reasonably priced and the quality of food is good. read more

I took my son (6) and my niece (5) here on Friday 2/15/19 and we were told it was a 30 min wait but we must have only waited 15 mins. I just wanted to comment on the kid's menu for sure as these kids are picky and this was probably the only time I took them anywhere where they ate all of their food. Despite it being a busy Friday night, we received our appetizer in less than 5 minutes and our drinks. We got our dinners in the next 15 minutes. The service really was excellent and our waitress was lovely and attentive. It has been a while since I have been at an Applebee's and my first time at this location despite living so close - I will be back! The alcoholic drinks of the month are lovely as well at only $1. The meals and drinks really make it affordable to go out to eat and have decent food. I just wish they had a loyalty system like other chains. I tried to download the app and it was only for ordering it seemed other than that it was useless. I had the steak and shrimp with mac and garlic green beans on the side. Delicious! We ordered takeout. Food was meh... The boneless wings looked like testicles. When we got the order we checked the bags.. ALWAYS CHECK THE BAG ! The mozzarella sticks were missing when we got home; burger was not well done, rice was also missing. Service needs to step their gooch up! Decided to stop by Applebee's for the first time in years as they were running an all you can eat boneless wings special for $12.99. Years ago, their wings were pretty decent and were a decent price. I was reminded on this visit that quality isn't a main priority for the chain and that the food is pretty average. Service was extremely slow and it just felt like the staff was going through the motions. Unfortunately there isn't much the chain is offering to keep me coming back. There was five of us that went out to dinner last night at the 15122 location. We got there a little bit after 11 PM. When my food came, it was cold. I asked everybody else how was theirs and they all said there was cold too. The waitress came over and took the food back. The other guys were so hungry they didn't care so they ate theirs, but they weren't happy. They brought me more shrimp over and it was raw. I looked at it and said I can't eat this. It's not done. It was the 2 for dinner. So I had the chicken, shrimp and mashed potatoes. My potatoes and shrimp was cold, so I sent it back and she brought more shrimp, they were raw. The manager brought them to me. She said I cooked them Myself. The guy sitting across me said but they're gray. She had an attitude from the moment she came to the table. I told her I wasn't gonna eat any of the food. She said well did you want something else and I told her no. She said she hated to see me leave hungry and I said well that's what I'm gonna end up doing. She said she would adjust my bill but when she brought it, it didn't make sense how she adjusted it, and I felt like I was being ripped off. I tried real hard to explain to her what I saw with the bill, but she barely let me get a word in. I finally got pretty frustrated and told her this is ridiculous And she got an attitude with me and said, I'll just redo the bill and it's just gonna be higher. I can't believe she actually had the nerve to say that to me. As a result, I will never go back there if she's there. Her name is Miss Barb. I've never had a manager talk to me the way she did. She got mad because I said something she didn't like and said I was disrespecting her and at that moment, I could not get another word in. She would not shut up and she just kept going on and On. Everybody the table was disgusted. It's really sad that I live five minutes from that place and I've gone there for years. I will post this terrible experience on Facebook. I ordered from an Applebees I usually never have problems with. However, about an hour later i had to rush downstairs to my toilet on account of pretty severe food poisoning. I had to call off of work because I couldn't walk up and down my stairs without almost fainting. The delivery person was lovely but I am never ordering from here again read more

This would be a five star review but there was one inconvenience that is worth a full star. When I came to this happy hamlet called Applebees I was expecting to eat as what I was advertised. Apples and bees. I sat down at my booth and perused the menu. I found items with apples in them yet I could not find bees in the selection. I called the waiter and asked if there was a different menu that I could order bees on. He just scoffed at me and walked away. It was very rude. This location is currently closed for remodeling. The only issue I've ever had with this location is the wait time, but that's because I always go during their dinner rush. I understand that's not something they can control. Their servers are great. I recognize a lot of them from past visits. The food is always done well and in a timely manner. We went here tonight for a birthday dinner for my son. We had a nice time, it was very relaxing. The wait was short, just 15 minutes, although it looked like it was much more busy based on the full parking lot. The beer selection is poor but I was able to settle on a Goose IPA. The waitress didn't know anything about the beers explaining that she's a vodka girl. I actually would up having two as did my wife so we were off to a good start. For dinner I had a steak selection that stated to have just over 300 calories. It tasted good and I definitely do not feel like I over ate. (I spent my calorie savings on the beer.) They have a number of menu items with calorie and protein content printed in the menu which I really like. The other items with no calorie information you can probably safely assume are at least 1000 calories. My son didn't have the same type of fun as his parents since his beer was rootbeer, but as a consolation he was serenaded by a half dozen waitresses closer to his age than mine and given a free sundae. read more

The food was ok, but not happy with the service. We got our food on time, but were never checked on. We had to wave the host down to get our drink refilled. At the end, when we were well past done, the waiter "checked" on us. Then he asked for our credit card before ever showing us the bill. He took it, paid our bill which we had no idea on the cost, and asked us to fill his copy out. He then stood there and watched us fill it out, and took it to look at the tip before leaving. I am truly disappointed with my visit tonight. I have been coming here almost weekly (at least three times a month, either by myself on my lunch break or with my daughter. Every visit I order the same thing, unsweet tea and chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, without the chicken and bacon (vegetarian here.) I also always get the chips and use my rewards. This visit I was having trouble logging in on the ziosk. When I put my number in it would ask me to create an account even tho I have one and have been using it for a year. I tried retyping my info in and it said an account already exists for this information. After multiple tries it finally went through however my free chips and salsa reward was gone. When I asked the waitress she said it goes away if not used after 60 days. I told her I come weekly and always use it. She said shes speak to a manager who basically said there's nothing they could do. When I arrived home I looked on my account online and it showed that I have the free chips on my account. I really feel there was a problem with the kiosk. I am honestly shocked by how the staff blew off my issue, especially since I am a loyal and steady customer. As much as I want to, I wont be returning. I'll my money elsewhere. (Perhaps old Mexico where the food is cheaper and chips are always free. No coupon needed!) read more

This is one of my family's favorite places to go to eat. Service is very friendly, and the background chatter is usually quite low. Babies are quite welcome here, and no one gives you a hard time about your child making noise (as long as it's within reasonable limits, of course). As for the food? I know people like to give Applebee's grief about their perceived lack of quality/taste, but I have absolutely no complaints. My wife really loves their steak here (and she's not a steak eater *at all*), for one thing. And for another, their 2 for $20 menu is pretty economical (my wife and I order off of it every time we come). Really, going to any of these chain casual dining restaurants is an exercise in expectation management. Is it going to be the world's most amazing gourmet food? Of course not. Is it some glorious temple in which foodies and aspiring hipsters can congregate and worship? No, there are many better options for that crowd (and they're welcome to them!). And maybe if I weren't married with kids, my opinion would be like theirs. But really, in my old age I've come to appreciate kid-friendly restaurants with friendly service and no-nonsense food -- and Applebee's delivers in that arena. read more

There is some good and some bad. Picked up some car side Togo tonight. The positive is the food was really flavorful. They are currently featuring tex next food on there menu. We chose a chicken and shrimp dish along with a steak dish. Both were juicy and made my taste buds happy. Now the bad the side on the steak were so small it literally made me laugh.
