If I could rate one star... I would. My family and I went here this evening at 6:30. We didn't leave until 8:45. That's how long it had taken for us to order and get our food. Seriously it was over 1.5 hours to even get our food. It wasn't that busy but the server seemed to have the entire middle place to herself. She was very overwhelmed. She was nice and apologized for the long wait. She said they were backed up from bar and take out orders. Then food came out missing food, missing sides and food fries and wrong sauce and no sour cream and just ridiculous. We ended up boxing our meals and finally paid and left. The manager came over to bring out someone's food and as she walked by we asked for something that was missing. She was super short with us and wasn't very nice. We even told her it had been a hour at that point and she said ok so what did you need now. Didn't seem to care about the real issue of the fact that we were there so long and we still didn't have the right food. We will never go back there. So many people left after they were seated because of lack of staff to help them. Bad service all around. read more

My husband and I were out for a date night, as we arrived employees were arguing at the hostess stand about needing to clean tables because they had empty seats but couldn't sit anyone. We made our way to the bar side for "open" seating. Our server was quick to take our drink order but took a bit to find us menus. My menu was so worn out the entire beverage section had no visible text remaining. It took a while for her to make it back and take our order. I placed an order for a cocktail and was told: "we probably don't have the stuff to make that so what would you like just in case?" So I gave her my 2nd choice preference. A Bourbon blueberry daiquiri. We waited almost 10 minutes for our drinks and appetizer when it arrived finally my daiquiri was so strong that I couldn't drink it. It was like watered down blueberry syrup on the ice and then straight bourbon. I mean it was nasty. I mentioned it was too strong but was never offered any sort of resolution. The pretzel was great but the cheese was greesy and tasted like they purchased it at the nearby walmart and reheated it. When our food arrived my husband's wings ( $17.99 for a medium we had no idea how large it was as we don't eat at this location. I wish they included a number count on the wings) seemed well done. However, I ordered their new BBQ chicken tacos. They were tiny... I mean 4 teenie tiny tortillas that were so hard you couldn't bite them, they were more like a tortilla chip at that point. The chicken was doused in seasoning salt to the point I began coughing after one bite. I nibbled in the pieces that were edible as the chicken was small. Child-sized tenders seemed larger. about 1/4 of each piece of chicken was too hard to bite into (Which usually happens with microwaved food). I basically nibbled on chicken and our giant pretzel appetizer. We left with a $58 bill, and I ate when I got home because I hardly had anything edible. Our server seemed nice and like she was slammed while many others were just standing around. So I didn't give her too much grief. Due to COVID-19, we ordered from this establishment using DoorDash. My order arrived wrong and the restaurant handled this poorly. The mistake was attributed to human error on my part and when I retraced my steps, it was not human error. I was told it was my mistake and they took now accountability. I understand money is tight for these institutions in this current climate but the customer service was deplorable. I just hope the person who reads this has better service or used their money elsewhere. read more

Let me start with some background information. I have always known BDubs has bad service. Flat out, that's all that there is to it. But last night I had the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Here's a run down of how the night went: It started out as a breezy, and by that I mean cold, Thursday evening. The sun had set in the sky. We were all hungry from a strangely scheduled high school football game. At 9:30pm, 3 of us walked in and asked for a table for 6. They gave us our table, gave us our drinks, and told us they'd be back in 15 minutes to get everybody else's drink orders. At 9:40 the rest of our table walked in. Granted, there was one more person than we had thought, but we just pulled up a chair. No problem. It was 10:20 before we finally asked someone for our waiter. A different waitress came to us and took our drinks order. We got our drinks at 10:30 and ordered. So far, the problem was that we it waited 50 minutes after everyone was there to get all of our drinks, and our order. At 11, we notice multiple tables who came in after us had left 15-30 minutes ago. So now we'll fast forward through all of our complaining across the table about how excruciatingly slow the service was. Mind you, we were never rude to our waitresses, we said thank you, we pulled everyone ounce of understanding that we had out of our butt and gave it to the servers, and at this point we had only complained to each other. At 11:20, we still haven't gotten our food. NONE of us. At 11:25, one side of mac n cheese comes out... with no silverware. At 11:30, 5 of our meals come out. And, no surprise here, only 2 of them were right. That leaves 5 more meals to come out. It is now 11:30. We all remember, "Well hit me with a stick and call me a piñata. We have curfews!" Not just curfews by our parents, but most of us are lawfully not allowed to drive after midnight as the high school students we are. So now, at 11:35, 5 of us have our meals. 2 of us have to leave at that point, and one of those people still had not gotten their meal. They brought out their chicken quesadilla as they were leaving so they gave it to us for free (please remember that this was 2 hours after we had gotten there and all you have to do to make a chicken quesadilla is slap some chicken and cheese on a tortilla and call it a day. We didn't order anything extra. It shouldn't have taken that long.). Completely ignoring the fact that our side of mac n cheese and snack sized wing had taken 50 minutes to come out. Now, 11:40. Only 5 survive. 1 of us is complaining to the waitress and asking for a discount, while the waitress says that we have to pay full price for 2 hours after we came in, crappy service food. 1 of us, still has no food. It is now 11:50. We have talked to the manager, gotten 2 meals for free (even though they all came out extremely slow), gotten a discount on 1 meal, and paid full price for 4. Half of us put our non eaten food in a box and left, to avoid getting pulled over because BDubs was obviously on something hard. Alright. That's that. Moral of the story: Just go to McDonalds. read more

Amazingly bad customer service. Ordered chicken wings for my daughter who just broke her femur and had emergency surgery to place rod and pins in the leg. She loves BW3 and was going to suprise her with wings and cheese wedges. Ordered and presented coupon my wife gave me for 5 dollars but was denied use by Tracey Sample the manager for being expired. Explained a number of other restaurants including Bravo encourage use of all discounts but she said no. Refused order for $30 dollars and said it made no business since to deny coupon to loose thirty dollar in sales but she did not care. SILLINESS. read more

We were happy to be back, dining in here. However, NOT ONE employee we saw wore their mask over their nose and mouth. Our visit was Sunday, June 28 at 11:30 am, so it wasn't like the workers were tired, hot, or super busy. The person who seated guests wore her mask just barely covering her upper lip and well below her nose during our whole visit. The person who waited on us had his mask under his chin the whole time except when he first came to our table, when he pulled it up to proper position as he took our drink order. After that, he did mot. We had our masks on except when we ate.Two other employees we saw has their masks under their chins or their noses as they waited tables, brought food, and cleared tables. Although our food was good, we won't be back and won't encourage friends and family to go because this place isn't taking the pandemic and safety seriously. We cared about employee health enough to wear masks for them, why didn't they wear them for customers....or at least because it is a legal order in Ohio? read more

suoer bowl sunday, for the 1st time the food didnt make me sick. at one point the waitress left in the middle of me speaking i got uoset but realized i might have spoken too soft. sshe came back in two mins so i could let that slide. other then that for superbowl sunday it was perfect. however last night thinking it would be a1 again we walked in placed an ordrer a large [20pc]and a small [10pc]. as im waitting i see a waitress walking around with her tongue out pressed against her top lip when she cam back by us she was making sssss noise..thats gross lil spits most likly are flying all over her guests food. off to the side therrs a worker with food eatting at a table where they have silverwear, eatting with her hands and talking over the siverware fucking gross. so then same female gets up comes to the register deals with cash goes to the back brings my food right out. ...then i ask how long was my food there? she said it had been sitting there when i walked back. then i ask her did u wash ur hands? as she was about to open my food then tried to justify every thing she did..i sat and watched u go from eatting to money to my food never once spent the 2 mins to wash ur fucking hands.. so ill check my own food, she said dont get upset with me i wont get upset with u, i can get mt manager, no like i said i can check my food i touch my wings they are fucking warm by the time i got home i had cold wings. smh dirty and old food...disgusting ass people think they can touch money n eat n all this shit then touch ur food fucking gross. read more

I ordered a salad with chicken and honey barbecue sauce I told the lady extra honey barbecue sauce. This order was for my mother at work. While I was waiting I sipped a beer. Yummy. They were fast paced. I love the environment. I have never had one complaint with Buffalo Wild Wings. Their chicken is very delicious. The trick is you have to come on Tuesday or Thursday when wings are $0.65 each. It's funny that you still only be $0.45 each. But hey things change. read more

Good thing my husband loves their wings. This is the 2nd time we ordered carry out in the past 2 months and the 2nd time we didn't notice that they forgot the fries until after I got home! To add insult to injury pick up was frustrating experience too. I waited and waited in my car thinking they were preparing my order after I texted my arrival and watched other curb side picker-uppers go into the restaurant to retrieve their orders. I texted a 2nd time. Then I called the text number and was told they were getting it ready. Finally I went in to inquire about what was taking so long, was scolded for not following their curbside text instructions, and when the young lady tried to show me she didn't receive my texts her tablet was dead. I get these are difficult times, but don't advertise curbside pick up if you aren't committed to its success. If you are ordering from BWs plan on extra time, going inside, and make sure you physically check your order before you leave! read more

Some of the best wings around. If you like spicy food I highly recommend the Caribbean jerk wings. There burgers are good as well as all there appetizers. On game days like the Bengals, UFC, or Ohio State play this place is jam packed. A great selection of beers and a lot of fun for the kids and adults. I would give this place 5 stars but the only good food they have is burgers and wings. So if want great bar food and good beers and you don't mind spending 20 to 40 dollars on just one person this place is great. read more

After waiting 35 minutes after it being quoted 15-20, for my food to be finished with maybe 3 tables in the whole restaurant it was cold and not fresh. My southwest ranch looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, my wings looked like they just had sauce poured on top of them and they weren't even completely sauce. Pure laziness. If I could give this place negative stars I would. First off, when we got there we seated ourselves in the bar area. We were one of two couples in the entire restaurant. There were about 10 employees working. It took 15 minutes for one of them to stop talking and come over to our table. The lady was very rude, and acted like we were interrupting her leisure time. We both ordered alcoholic drinks and I handed her my I.D. She fondled it for a good minute staring it over like it was fake, flipping it over, moving it in the light, and so on. Then looked at my boyfriends and didn't even ask him to take it out of his wallet. After all of that nonsense, she asked me again what I wanted. We also went ahead and put in our food order, since the start of the meal was less than fantastic. Ten minutes later we had drinks and twenty minutes after that we had wings. Yep, that's all we ordered, just some wings. Mind you, we were still one of two couples in the restaurant. The wings weren't very good. They were so spicy when they should not have been. She brought is our bill and didn't even ask how our food was. The prices have went up on everything and it is not worth it AT ALL. We about had a heart attack when we saw how much our bill was, for some wings and two drinks. OMG. Seriously we could have went to a much nicer dinner for what we paid. We will never go back to this place, ever. Service was terrible, food was mediocre, and it's outrageously priced. If you want wings go to fricker's, tickets in Fairborn, or somewhere else. read more

You get what you are looking for at a BW3. If you like beer and wings you will like this restaurant. If you are looking for fine dining you will be let down. Let's face it if the food is served in paper boats you shouldn't be surprised when sometimes it is not the best. However BW3 is good 90% of the time and this location is no different. It all depends on the cooks and the server. If you get a good server who keeps the beer full and get the order right then you are good. If not then you are probably going to have a talk with the manger. The management t this location has always taken care of any problems I have encountered. The location itself is not one of my favorites. However since they closed the downtown location it is the only local choice I have so instead of always traveling to Hilliard, Beavercreek or Troy we end up here about once a month. The dining area is just too big and open. It feels like you are in a high school cafeteria instead of at a sports themed bar and grill. I have never been in the bar area because I always have my children with me so it might be better than the dining area but I will leave that up to someone else to decide who has been there. Overall you get what you are looking for in a BW3's; Beer, wings and sports. Other locations have a better set up but this is not a bad place to hang out with friends or family. read more
