Scam alert! this location does not let customers is there buffalo wild wings reward points.i went to this restaurant to use my buffalo wild wing points which got me a free snack size boneless wing meal, I was not allowed to use this company is sponsored rewards on a Tuesday due to some other promotion going on, my reward coupon spoke nothing of not being able to be combined with other offers, nor did I want any other offers I just wanted to use the points I had. Beer and wings, and a hundred televisions displaying an alma mater, a last second catch or game winning goal. This is the epitome of Buffalo Wild Wings: Beer, Games and Finger Foods. Don't expect much more than your run of the mill sports bar, and as for the food, does this really matter in the final minute of overtime? I've tried a multitude of food here, and none have stood out above fast food. The wings are decent enough with a large selection of sauces to pile on. The service is great, although don't expect much on a Sunday in October or Saturday during Nextel. I don't come here to chow down on high classè food or expect service to be spectacular on Football Sunday. I come here to drink, watch the game and head home. The food is a "sobering" additive when you're leaving in an hour. It's a good spot to sit, scream and yell at a TV with your friends, not a sit down and enjoy food. I wish I had read the reviews before going. I'm not sure how their dine in service is but they screwed up our to go order. I didn't realize til I got home 15 minutes later. I called them to put the correct order in, leaving my burger to set and get cold at home so I could get the rest for everyone else. I walked in and she snatched the bag from me and threw it in the trash like it was MY fault, when I didn't tell, I wasn't upset, nothing to deserve that. So basically, I paid $60 to not eat my dinner, drive twice and then have to question the integrity of my new food because clearly THEY were upset that I asked for them to correct it, so God knows what they did to it :-( read more

I've been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings for a while and have had no problem with customer service, but today I went in at 6:00 with my Girlfriend and were seated decently quick. Then after that it took over 25 minutes just for our waitress (LaShonda) to ask for what we wanted to drink, after getting out drinks we got our food at a decently quick pace. But again LaShonda took over 20 minutes just to get our check, and ANOTHER 20 minutes for us to pay for it since she didn't even come by to pick it up, we had to ask another worker there to ring it up for us. Finally being able to leave at 7:30, when we should have been able to leave an hour earlier than that. I have a lot of sympathy for workers in the food industry, but when your waitress is walking around and not acknowledging your customers it becomes a problem. Multiple times me and my girlfriend tried to flag her down and she refused to attend us. After this experience, I don't feel that i will be coming back to this location. I don't recommend going here unless you want your waiter to ignore you. read more

People that came in after us had their food at least 10 before us, napkins were brought halfway through our meal, no refills on drinks were offered until we were done with the meal. I really don't know why I continue to come here. Every time I do I have the worst experience. The servers spend more time talking to each other than serving tables and the overall staff are just rude. I went in 11/10/2020 for a to go order that I placed online. I went up front and got ignored not once but twice by the host. She proceeded to help everyone else behind me. Then I went up to the desk since she didn't seem to care to help me with anything. The girl at the desk told me my food wasn't ready, I arrived 20 mins later than my pickup bc I figured it wouldn't be anyways. I waited an extra 10-15 mins. A man brought my food out to me, rudely handed it to me and left. I'm tired of giving this place my business bc they never care or seem to improve and honestly I know they won't even give a shit about this review. I visited here with a business associate one Friday for lunch. It's a loud, rowdy kind of place, even on a weekday at 11am. Our server was heavily tattooed and pierced and maybe suffering from some kind of heavy metal contamination because he struggled remembering what to write down on his notepad in real time as we explained what we wanted. But he was polite and friendly and kept the ice water coming when it was required. My colleague ordered hot wings and I ordered fish tacos. We also got the stuffed jalapeno poppers, which were excellent. The sauce they bring with it really converted them from that typical, frozen side dish you can get in any supermarket to something interesting. My fish tacos were great-larger than I would have dreamed. My friend devoured his wings. The environment isn't exactly what I would choose for place to frequent while sober, but I found my experience to be consistent with what was promised. read more

The last 5 times we have been there over the last 12months they are out of white wine and multiple beer selections along with every special wing sauce for the month. Let me start by Saying that I love Buffalo Wild Wings...so on Friday night my friends and I had dinner there, we sat down and our waitress was very very rude...she kept rolling her eyes. Anyways my friend doesn't really go there and she order some chicken tenders and our waitress told her "yea we don't have Those here" in a very rude tone. She was rude the whole time. I don't know if because we look young and most young people don't tip but we work in a restaurant and everytime we go out we tip 50% or more. My friend asked her for blue cheese and she rolled her eyes and said "okay I'll bring it to you". I used to work at BWW and let me just say I know what it's like to have a crappy night as a server but I think 8 out of 10 times the service is horrible. First of all 15 minutes to come take a drink order then rude, dismissive, and a complete disregard for customer service. Then we tell the manager on duty and he laughs and smiles and says okay. Visited this location for lunch today. The hostess seated us, but just sat menus down on table and walked away without any friendly interaction. Ok, whatever... Our waitress was Jessica, and she took our drink order and then upon her return, our order. I am used to other locations that gladly offered me to be able to get 2 different sauces on my wings.. but when I order so, she in a somewhat snotty way told me no I can only have one. Ok...so I ordered only one. How she spoke to me kind of rubbed me the wrong way. We waited about 15 minutes for our food to come out. Everything tasted ok, only complaint was on the nachos-there wasn't much on them, half was just bare chips. The waitress half way through our meal, just walked by and slapped the ticket down on the table...did not ask if we would like anything else. Later, she walked by to pickup our payment without a word either, brought it back...still no word. She cleared our table of plates, and still....not a word! Im looking to have a conversation about my life with a server, but dang...you work on tips, where's the common decency to interact with us at all? Maybe check if we liked the food, would like anything else perhaps? Upon leaving, she was cleaning up the table behind us, she saw us leaving...guess what?...still not a word! If you like good atmosphere, they have it. If you like good service, it is a crap shoot, althogh they have gotten better since they opened. If you like good food, try one of the dry rubs or the new sauces (new in Feb 11) The food is no worse than any other BWW, but the place is fun to watch a UFC fight or big game. read more

Anyone who reads my reviews knows I rate based on a known expectation (i.e. McDonalds burger versus O'Charleys versus Ruth's Chris) of the type of restaurant. I rate based on the food quality and the service expected. Holy sh*t I just had the worst experience ever at a mid-level restaurant! It took between 5-10 min to be asked for drink orders and another 5-10 minutes to receive the drinks we ordered. After another 10 minutes we had to flag down our waitress to let her know we were in a hurry and needed to place our order. She offered an incredulous excuse and we placed our order. We received the appetizer (soft pretzels) timely and hot. Unfortunately, the entrees were wrong, all wrong...and late. It would've been ok if we weren't already needing to be in and out...in 90 minutes. Now, we had 15 minutes before we had to leave...and worse yet, another incredulous and indignant excuse from our waitress. So...my 13 yr old and I wound up with one soft pretzel each and no other food. We are at his two hour, baseball practice. My stomach is incessantly growling...I can't imagine what he's feeling. Two more notes of interest... The waitress had only one other table to my knowledge AND wanted me to pay for everything...food that wasn't eaten. To the credit of the GM on duty, he spoke with my partner as we left. I've been to this BWW at least 75 times. Used to go here twice a week and was always somewhere between good and great. That being said the last 4 months have been terrible. From being seated for 25 minutes before asking for our drinks to missing complete meals for 20 minutes after the other meals have came out. We have been disappointed for months but enjoy the food so much we kept eating here. But tonight was the last straw and we won't be eating here anymore.. we didn't get my meal till after everyone else at the table was done eating and we asked for the check. The waitress brought the check and a plate of cold food that was completely wrong at the same time. She apologized and explained that it was a bad night for her but still charged us the $18 for the cold food that was not eaten or taken home. We will not eat here again which is honestly a bummer cause it has always been my go to and favorite restaurant, but at this point is a lost cause. We ended up leaving and their excuse was that there was a party that was being served. Honestly, if you can't handle a party then don't allow that many people to eat at one table. The ONLY reason this isn't a ONE star review is the awesome bartenders at this location. If you go, sit at the bar, get great service, and have a blast. If you sit in the dining room or the bar tables, don't be hungry, thirsty, or in a hurry! You know the quality, basic bar fare, but nobody goes here for the food. Last visit took 80 minutes for food and ONE refill. I wish I could say this was atypical....
