Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited 40 minutes just to place our order, even though there were only about four tables. Our drinks were never refilled unless we asked. The reason for the slow service seemed to be that our waitress was trying to eat her lunch while serving tables, which felt unfair both for us as customers and for her as an employee. To make things worse, the fries we ordered had a hair in them, and when we told the staff, they simply ignored it. Not sure why this location has such low ratings. We came in for wings and beers on a Wednesday night and had a great experience.
