Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited 40 minutes just to place our order, even though there were only about four tables. Our drinks were never refilled unless we asked. The reason for the slow service seemed to be that our waitress was trying to eat her lunch while serving tables, which felt unfair both for us as customers and for her as an employee. To make things worse, the fries we ordered had a hair in them, and when we told the staff, they simply ignored it. Not sure why this location has such low ratings. We came in for wings and beers on a Wednesday night and had a great experience. Bundles of traditional or boneless wings served in orders of 6, 10, 15, 20, 30, or party size of 50. Pickup, dine in, or delivery is available. Close to 20 sauces to pick from or five dry seasonings. I ordered 10 traditional wings with my favorite Caribbean Jerk sauce, which is a mixture of sweet and spicy flavors served with blue cheese dressing. The traditional wings are on the small size with a small amount of meat. Two large bundles of crisp carrots and celery came with my order. We had a woman with shorter hair and she was amazing. We ordered appetizers and then got actual meals. They had all of the big football games on and did a good job labeling which game was where. It was promptly taken from us and replaced with complimentary wings. 2.) We were asked if we wanted lemon in our water (small gesture but thoughtful) 3.) Brought milk for us when our mouths were on fire 4.) was careful with our order and checked on us frequently 5.) offered us take out utensils and napkins although we were just taking our leftovers home Maybe it was just because I was traveling and appreciated the small things while dining in another city but overall although the food was just the usual- this standout waitress really helped a traveler relax and not feel like a out of town-er. They had one waitress for the entire bar area and the waiting area was overly congested with people waiting to be seated or waiting for carry out. We waited forever just to be seated and then another forever to get our order in. My sister asked for bleu cheese at the beginning of the meal and never got it.
