They have Guiness on tap, and they have decent traditional wings, but their prices are extremely high, the staff try to cheat you out of your extras and the atmosphere sucks. Loud TVs and the clientele that comes with it. Not even the best wings in town. Worst of all, they basically survive on people assuming their BOGO deal is a lot more generous than it actually is. read more

I'm honestly tired of going to Buffalo Wild Wings and never getting my order right. Every single time something is missing, the sauce is wrong, or they give me the completely wrong meal. It's frustrating to pay for food and then have to double-check everything before leaving. The whole point of ordering is convenience, but it feels like they don't pay attention to details at all. I shouldn't have to fix mistakes every visit. Definitely disappointing. read more

Beware of being seated at the "invisible table" here. Happened to us this evening. Four waiters walked back and forth to tables on all sides of us and never acknowledged we were even there. We stayed 10-15 minutes and finally just gave up and left. read more

What a wonderful experience. Ella was such a joy to have as a waitress. She really made our visit worth the meal. She offered us recommendations and they were wonderful. Thank you. read more

Dylan was amazing! Sure hope I can request him when I come back! The food is always great, come back for the great service! read more

Not only is the dine in service on point, the takeout service is just as good! The vibe is great, love watching sports here. Also the traditional wings are my favorite! read more

Waited for approx 5-10 min to be seated, went to bar area. Bartender/waitress never addressed us, walked by us twice with no "I'll be right with you" or welcome. We left and addressed the issue with manager and understand why they have poor customer service, trickles top down. read more

I'm giving this location two stars because the food was good. The service, on the other hand was ridiculous. I sat down at the bar and some woman, not the bartender but I guess a server or managers, comes over and stands in front of me and doesn't say a word. No hello, what can I get you, someone will be right with you, nothing. I order a beer and then the gun really starts. Michael, the evidently disgruntled bartender returns. He makes a drink and then slams the shaker into the sink. Oh, did I mention he has the personality of a rock. I fully expect this location to close unless there is a big change in staffing. This all happened on a Saturday around 7pm and the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. That should have been my first clue that it is a below average store. read more

my server was named morgan and she was excellent. very nice and on time with drinks and food. i enjoyed my meal and the service.

This particular location resulted in the wings giving food poisoning. Terrible. Awful. Would not recommend.

Not a frequent BWW patron. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Noticed that BWW recently won the Chamber Best Burger contest which really surprised me so I thought I'd give one a try. The Brisket Burger was freakin amazing. I really can't wait to go back for another. read more

Had the Juicy Steak Burger Friday night. It was delicious. It was so big that we went back Sunday for lunch and my wife and I shared one. Great service. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is price. Almost $10 for a hamburger? read more

Food was alright but the service was horrible. Spent 15 minutes waiting for our drinks. Food was out in a timely manner because she wasn't the one making it, if not it would've taken forever like the drinks. Afterwards, we had to keep asking different waiters for things because she didn't bother checking up with us. We were so untaken care we could've gotten up and left without paying. If you're gonna eat here, I hope you're a super patient person read more

The staff and management here are very nice. The place is clean and the wings are blazing.

Food is good....beer is cold. This place is freezing cold inside. We sat at the bar, had wings....and planned on watching the World Series....but left because it was too cold. And did I say cigarette smoke. Yes...they allow smoking read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Wings.....yum - American Near Me - Poplar Bluff, Missouri

Started well. We were sat quickly and our drink order was promptly delivered. A few minutes later, we had our order taken. Then nothing for 30 minutes. No one checked on us, no refills, nada. I finally turned around and was noticed by a different staff member who brought us refills and checked on our order. Food arrived soon after. We received a generous discount because of our wait. read more

First, the food is great, sometimes it can be a bit slow and you could wait a while before receiving your meal! The customer service is alright. Sometimes they are pretty slow and sometimes forgetful, in the end it's still better than a lot of restaurants. read more

Ordered new Bacardi cocktail- got a fly in the drink. Ordered small wings- got a snack. Not a good overall experience. read more

Quote from my 10 year old daughter: "The only good thing about the food is that my nails are shiny from the grease."

Came here tonite for my birthday and watch my Packers..Walked in..lady at bar immediately asked my boyfriend what he wanted and she freaking walked away not asking me what I would like..then walked by our table three times and after 20 mins my boyfriend reminded her I needed a drink...then 30 mins later...and after she walked passed us 3 times..my boyfriend finally stopped her AGAIN..to order food. The woman would not talk to me and was very rude..we waited another 30 mins for food..which was cold..and asked for napkins we never received. Woman left for the day...never looking back and I had to ask a manager for the napkins. Manager didnt say anything other then...I will talk her when she comes back to work...WTF??!! NEVER AGAIN.. read more

I was in town for business and we stopped here for lunch. We got there about 11:45 and sat right down. Got our drinks fairly quickly and then it was down hil from there. Our waiter never came back to check on us. It took 45 minutes to get our food which was delivered by other staff. I had chicken wings and my cooworker ordered a wrap. Our waiter delivered our bill. To top off our experience, we paid cash because he never came back and I had no more time to wait. I had to do my job unlike our waiter. read more

Never again. Buffalo Wild Wings, I've been to a few, produces decent, but over-priced food. Our visit at this location was plagued by poor service, incomplete food orders, and painfully slow food delivery. read more

The heat or a/c is on 24/7 to filter the smoke from the chain smokers. If you love a side of ashtray with your meal then this is the place for you! read more

I stopped here for a late night drink and bite to eat on a Sunday Night last month. I was a little worried because there was only one other customer (and he left shortly thereafter) but I was assured the place stays open until midnight so I stayed and watched a little football. I had the boneless chicken wings and some cole slaw. I was disappointed that the Oktoberfest beer was out so I had a Sam Adams Lager and a craft Vanilla Stout. The bartender was very attentive, but then again I was the only person there. read more

Nice enough staff, but subpar food and slow service. Steak wrap is normally great but here it came out on the cold side. And the mini corn dogs were burnt, and they didn't take it off the ticket. read more

Be prepared for eating in a icebox with smoker's. Besides that it's your typical Franchise wings place, average at best.

We just had the absolute best service...of all time. Everyone was so freaking nice and service oriented. Nice work guys.

Visited this location last Saturday around 3. Not busy. Drew" was talking to someone so he pointed us in the direction of a booth and we sat ourselves. Our very soft spoken waiter took our order, we could barely hear him and he didn't seem very attentive. I waited 10 minutes for the Mojito I ordered because he forgot to put the order in and when it came, it tasted like watered down Sprite with a lime. The floors in our area were all dirty, while there was a plethora of staff on hand, chatting and standing around... but we still were not checked on for quite some time and needed refills while waiting for our food. When the food did come, half of my boyfriends wings were not coated and they forgot my fries. I let the waiter know and he brought some fries out. A few minutes later a waitress brought some fries out to try to give us so it seems the staff needs to communicate better amongst themselves. And then it cost over $65 for myself, my mother, and BF, which seems a bit steep for wings and a few orders of fries and minimal, subpar service. It was just a disappointing experience all the way around. read more

We had a take-out order. The juicy steak cheeseburger was awesome although it had nothing on it but cheese. Onion rings and cheesy wedges were delish. Wings were okay. The sodas were only filled 3/4th of the way. It was $57 for three people. I would order the burgers again. read more

Our waiter was fantastic and very friendly the only issue I had was it took a long time to get our food.

Traveling on business to Poplar Bluff in April, I finally settled on this place after looking around at the limited options in town. Ashley, the bartender was great and made excellent recommendations on food choices. Food was great and the beer was cold! Overall, I was very pleased with the options and atmosphere. I would eat here again on my next visit. read more

Traveling to the VA Clinic. Always have great wings love the hot and my wife likes the hot BBQ.

I only ever order food here on their deal days such as half off wings or 60 cent boneless wings on Thursday but other than those days they are not worth it. They constantly change their menu because the food sucks and tell them you want something not on a burger and they say well we really can't change specialty items. Ummm I'm paying for it and I don't want buffalo sauce on my burger!! It's not that hard just don't put it on. I try and be open minded about wait times when I order chicken because it does take a while but the crap wait times are all the time. And if someone else at your table orders chicken you better order chicken too or your food will be cold. read more

Very disappointed with the lack of service we received!! Our family of 7 came into the Poplar Bluff, MO Buffalo Wild Wings right at 5:00pm for a quick dinner before our movie started at 6:00. We were seated and were told that a waitress would be with us shortly. We waited and waited and no one came to even take our drink order. We looked around to try and make eye contact with someone. We noticed at least 6 waiters/waitresses gathered up talking in the corner and one was playing an arcade game none of which had any interest in assisting us. After waiting for a long time we all got up and walked out the door and no one even said anything to us. We also noticed other frustrated customers standing by the doors waiting to be seated. We ended up going down the road and spending our money at another food establishment who provided us with fast and friendly service. Won't be going back to Buffalo's for a long time after tonight!! read more
