I'm honestly tired of going to Buffalo Wild Wings and never getting my order right. Every single time something is missing, the sauce is wrong, or they give me the completely wrong meal. It's frustrating to pay for food and then have to double-check everything before leaving. The whole point of ordering is convenience, but it feels like they don't pay attention to details at all. They have Guiness on tap, and they have decent traditional wings, but their prices are extremely high, the staff try to cheat you out of your extras and the atmosphere sucks. Loud TVs and the clientele that comes with it. Not even the best wings in town. Beware of being seated at the "invisible table" here. Happened to us this evening. Four waiters walked back and forth to tables on all sides of us and never acknowledged we were even there. We stayed 10-15 minutes and finally just gave up and left. read more

Waited for approx 5-10 min to be seated, went to bar area. Bartender/waitress never addressed us, walked by us twice with no "I'll be right with you" or welcome. We left and addressed the issue with manager and understand why they have poor customer service, trickles top down. read more

I'm giving this location two stars because the food was good. The service, on the other hand was ridiculous. I sat down at the bar and some woman, not the bartender but I guess a server or managers, comes over and stands in front of me and doesn't say a word. No hello, what can I get you, someone will be right with you, nothing. I order a beer and then the gun really starts. Michael, the evidently disgruntled bartender returns. He makes a drink and then slams the shaker into the sink. Oh, did I mention he has the personality of a rock. I fully expect this location to close unless there is a big change in staffing. Came here tonite for my birthday and watch my Packers..Walked in..lady at bar immediately asked my boyfriend what he wanted and she freaking walked away not asking me what I would like..then walked by our table three times and after 20 mins my boyfriend reminded her I needed a drink...then 30 mins later...and after she walked passed us 3 times..my boyfriend finally stopped her AGAIN..to order food. Our waiter never came back to check on us. It took 45 minutes to get our food which was delivered by other staff. I had chicken wings and my cooworker ordered a wrap. Our waiter delivered our bill. I was a little worried because there was only one other customer (and he left shortly thereafter) but I was assured the place stays open until midnight so I stayed and watched a little football. Visited this location last Saturday around 3. Not busy. Drew" was talking to someone so he pointed us in the direction of a booth and we sat ourselves. Our very soft spoken waiter took our order, we could barely hear him and he didn't seem very attentive. I waited 10 minutes for the Mojito I ordered because he forgot to put the order in and when it came, it tasted like watered down Sprite with a lime. The floors in our area were all dirty, while there was a plethora of staff on hand, chatting and standing around... but we still were not checked on for quite some time and needed refills while waiting for our food. When the food did come, half of my boyfriends wings were not coated and they forgot my fries. I let the waiter know and he brought some fries out. A few minutes later a waitress brought some fries out to try to give us so it seems the staff needs to communicate better amongst themselves. And then it cost over $65 for myself, my mother, and BF, which seems a bit steep for wings and a few orders of fries and minimal, subpar service. I only ever order food here on their deal days such as half off wings or 60 cent boneless wings on Thursday but other than those days they are not worth it. They constantly change their menu because the food sucks and tell them you want something not on a burger and they say well we really can't change specialty items. Ummm I'm paying for it and I don't want buffalo sauce on my burger!! It's not that hard just don't put it on. I try and be open minded about wait times when I order chicken because it does take a while but the crap wait times are all the time. Traveling on business to Poplar Bluff in April, I finally settled on this place after looking around at the limited options in town. Ashley, the bartender was great and made excellent recommendations on food choices. Food was great and the beer was cold! Overall, I was very pleased with the options and atmosphere. Very disappointed with the lack of service we received!! Our family of 7 came into the Poplar Bluff, MO Buffalo Wild Wings right at 5:00pm for a quick dinner before our movie started at 6:00. We were seated and were told that a waitress would be with us shortly. We waited and waited and no one came to even take our drink order. We looked around to try and make eye contact with someone. We noticed at least 6 waiters/waitresses gathered up talking in the corner and one was playing an arcade game none of which had any interest in assisting us. After waiting for a long time we all got up and walked out the door and no one even said anything to us. We also noticed other frustrated customers standing by the doors waiting to be seated. We ended up going down the road and spending our money at another food establishment who provided us with fast and friendly service.
