Terrible terrible terrible service. Online order on their website didn't go through but charged me the $65. I had to then call in the order and repay. Manager had an I don't care attitude. Was told no longer than 10 minutes. Try 25 minutes. Not happy at all. Got home. Missing 6 sauces. No sauce on one order. Dry rub on one was way too heavy. Upon return. This manager was super nice. Refused and our food quickly and gave us vouchers for next time. I know the good will be good! read more

Owensboro is a tough town... at least if you are trying to locate your favorite beer (Ky Bourbon Barrel Ale). I was told this place would have it (after I struck out 3 times that night), but they didn't. Our server said they used to, and isn't sure why they quit. It's BW's. What more needs to be said. I know that some think this is a chain and not that great, but for me it is a consistently good meal and nice people. The Owensboro location is well appointed and the bar area has plenty of TV's and comfortable seating. It is a fun atmosphere. I am a bone-in wing guy and I like good old Buffalo sauce (hot, but not hurtful). The BW's hot bone in Buffalo wing is a good version of that for me. This place is so dirty. The floors are disgusting and sticky. The carpet has food all over it and as soon as you walk in you are by with a strong mildew smell that's disgusting. The booth that I'm sitting in has crumbs and food stuck to it. I asked the waiter to wipe the booth down but it ended up smelling even worse due to the mildewed rags. read more

On a cold wet afternoon, I slid on in to BWW for some lunch. Dining alone, I was quickly seated amongst the football fans watching the NFL playoffs. My drink order was quickly taken and received by Shaun. Trying to stick to my commitment to eat as healthy as I can, I ordered the Mediterranean Salad which features lemon pepper chicken. The hearty salad was promptly served and promptly devoured. The Tzatziki-feta dressing adds real depth and flavor to the fresh greens and assorted veggies. Didn't really taste the lemon pepper flavor on the chicken, but it was grilled and tasty. Me likey, nom, nom, nom... I left BWW satisfied. Little known fact, people call it BW3's because it used to be called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck. Weck was a type of break used on their beef sandwiches. Also the acronym came from one of the co-founders favorite shows "That was the week that was", or TW3 for short. Hence the BW3. Boom, how 'bout dem apples? You're smarter now. Got there at 4:00 pm. Husband ordered a burger, I ordered wings, medium sauce. 4:20 he got his burger - 5:00 pm I'm still waiting for my wings. Our poor waitress was running back and forth to the kitchen. At one point I asked host for a manager and he never came. So I asked our waitress - mgr finally came over and asked what he could do!! What?? Get me my wings - 40 min after my husband got his food and I'm still waiting!! I told him, we're not paying for this meal - he said I'll take off the wings for you. Ah NO, we're not paying for any part of the meal. Aren't they known for their wings - don't you think they would have that part of the order pretty well aced? The kitchen sucks. It is actually not the first time this has happened to us here, but it will be the last. Horrible restaurant. I've never immersed myself into the B-Dubs culture but now I see what all the hubbub is all about! This place is pretty darn cool! Literally and figuratively. On screen poker and trivia are a GREAT way to have fun while you're attempting to watch one of the dozens, if not a hundred, TV screens showcasing whatever sporting event is going on in whichever genre you choose! It's an A.D.D. individual's dream!! I was in a serious happy place here!
