Ever sense this company was taken over by Arby's they have gone to crap! Portions have gotten smaller, prices have gone up! Service has gotten slower! I ordered mini corn dogs and I got 5 which cost me $6.30! My fries came out after all the other food and they were all clumped up. Asked for nachos for carry out. I specifically said that I didn't want any meat on them, and the lady said that meat for the nachos is extra anyways. I've eaten here a handful of times and the consistency of the food is never the same. Mostly, the fries are terrible. So we did , and I'm really glad we did, our server was amazing. We ordered the nachos as an app, which was really good!! I had the 15 piece , 10 Caribbean jerk and 5 spicy garlic. Came here on a Saturday night. Somewhat busy for a night with no games or event on. Service was "meh", ordered appetizers and waited 20 minutes for them to come out and then an extra 2 mins for our meals. Our table was pretty much filled with plates of food. Would have preferred if the appetizers came out sooner and the main dishes 10-15mins afterwards. Usually not too busy on the times I've been there (~6pm) and food arrives in a fair a mount of time. If your group is ordering a lot of wings, expect it to equally take as long. We had already been waiting for over an hour after we placed our order, so we just wanted to leave. He said we couldn't possibly do this, and they would need to redo the order. I asked if they were going to toss the wings, and he confirmed they were. I asked once again to pay the difference so a second order of wings didn't go to waste, and he smirked and said he didn't have a problem throwing away food. After explaining we wanted to leave and asking how long the wait would be if we ordered it to go, he told us he had no way of knowing how long our wait would be. I hope for the sake of the servers and other customers that he is no longer here. I felt so bad for the servers because of the way he interacted with them. I have also consistently gotten sick every single time after eating here. I know multiple people who have had similar experiences related to long waits and food poisoning. We had ordered two burgers for delivery. The projected time for delivery was thirty seven minutes after the order had been acknowledged by the restaurant; not unreasonable. The driver, however, was over 20 minutes late from their projected time. And then he brought us the wrong meal -- instead of burgers, we got celery and carrots (apparently our burgers went to the people expecting the vegetables). Cringeworthy stop, which is an adjective I very rarely use to explain a restaurant experience. However, drinks took 22 minutes for bar to make- appetizers were gone before drinks even arrived- Place was not busy either. Server didn't know the menu- step 1 to serving.... however, she was quite nice and tried to make up for it. Silverware was gross, I don't even think management would eat off the cutlery. Food was good, overall. Both soap dispensers and paper towel were completely empty in the bathroom, gross. In addition, it was uncomfortably cold and breezy. It appears they are on the brink of bankruptcy and are doing everything possible to put customers in bankruptcy instead of BWW. There terminated their happy hour, online advertisements were not honored and we could not use our rewards points. I spoke to management twice. They could not get our rewards account to display and they were very polite but completely unhelpful. Bar food at the cost of fine dining. Stay away for the next six months. I'll start this review by saying that I do enjoy the food served at this chain, and I have had good experiences with them. This specific restaurant however, was a complete nightmare. I went on a Monday at about 10. They weren't particularly busy, a few tables here and there, and it took about half an hour to get any sort of service, and by this I mean it took that long just to get somebody working there to acknowledge my presence. Once they finally did, I was told to go to the bar to place a to-go order. Then it took another fifteen minutes to get the bartender to acknowledge me. About another half hour later I got my food. Once I had my food I came to the horrific realization that it was absolute garbage. It was all cold, the wings had next to no sauce or flavor on them. The chili con queso was equally as awful of a nightmare, the chips were stale, and the sauce was just terrible. A chunk of beef in the middle, a few beans and cheese, all near frozen solid. I would have gone back and complained I about my food (because it was a to go order), but I had already wasted over an hour of my life waiting on hem. And I know what you're thinking about the whole to go order aspect, I ate my food in the parking lot in my car, because I can't stand the whole loud sports aesthetic, I only go there for the food, well, used to go there... read more

I decided to eat here with my girlfriend and we ordered fairly basic meals, a burger with cheese, onions and bacon, and wings with fries. It took them 40 minutes to get us our food, they forgot our sauce, put extra stuff on our burger, and never gave me my fries. After we sent the burger back it didnt have that bacon that was ordered on it as well as the burger was undercooked. The wings were drenched in sauce and were undercooked when I requested extra crispy. As well as when we received a refill of our water, there was ranch smeared on the side of the cup.
