We came in for a late lunch on Sunday 1/5/25 around 2:30 and sat at the bar. Kristine took great care of us. Got our beers quickly, she was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was crowded, but not totally at capacity and there was football on every tv (but the keno tv). This BDubs was remodeled about 6 months ago, giving it a cleaner more modern appearance. However, with the remodel the tvs behind the bar were moved up so high - it gave us both kinks in our necks! But there were 8 NFL games, on 8 different tvs and if you want to watch footballs, this is the place to do it. We started with Cheddar Cheese Curds. Our first time having them here and they were good! Beer battered, so the coating was light and they were hot! Served with a spicy ranch and we added regular ranch too. I had the All-American burger and I was REAL happy with it. Smashed burger patties with a nice crust on it. The bun was toasted and the pickles were thick slices and the perfect balance to the richness of the burger and cheese. The burger came with fries and they were hot too. He had 15 boneless wings (don't call them 'nuggies') with a buffet of sauces - on the side. He is a HUGE fan of the boneless wings here. I am not. I think they are fine, but I think they have way too much coating for me. I think if we ordered them tossed in the sauce it would be ok, but when the sauce is on the side they are equal parts chicken and breading. To sum it up - cold beer, lots of options. My son and I went here today on veterans Day as we are both veterans for a veterans Day special. My son just had oral surgery and when I explained this to them and asked if we could possibly get the meal to go, we were flat out refused. And this was at a To Go service Buffalo Wild Wings. our bowling team often comes to this Buffalo Wild Wings on thursday night. I'm tired of getting here at 9:15pm and not getting our food until 11pm. it's very obvious they make tables rack up their bills ordering drinks and stalling their food. The place is 75% empty and I notice tables of people not drinking or under the drinking age getting their food and leaving before our food comes out. I can understand the BOGO Thursday deal but it's still happens on that night too. Go in at lunch time and you get food and drinks no problem 10/10 there. Night time on the other hand it's just a joke. I don't know if it's a team effort for the waiting staff to do this but the way I see it I can't leave a good tip on this circumstance. There's already a just awful waitress that's been there for a long time they I try to avoid ( short lady Name starts with a M) runs around at 200mph doing everything except what she probably needs to be focusing on and throws excuses out left and right, but I find it kinda entertaining to watch her. I'm still going to come to this buffalo wild wing but I wish I could come with a better expectation. Thanks Brandie and Tim for an angry and disappointing evening. You forever lost weekly customers. How it all began... She carded my friend who is 53--kinda weird but okay--and then we wanted to order a drink for her husband who was arriving from golfing. Brandie wouldn't bring it until he arrived so she could see his ID. My friend explained they come there every Wednesday night after he gets done in his league and has been able to order his drink. So, I elected to order a beverage and she could see his card when he arrived and we could move it over to him post ID sighting. I showed her my ID (I am a 1982 baby) she looked at it, leaves like she is going to follow through and instead she tells the manager, Tim, who comes over to our table and berates us telling me he wouldn't bring me the drink. However, we were three eligible drinkers waiting for a fourth joiner with only one drink on the table, and he wouldn't bring me that drink. Downright refused me a beer. So our friend shows up, gray hair and all at 59 years of age, and Brandie KNEW he was going to be coming. Does she come over right away to ensure our needs are met? No. If you are going to tattle, at least hold your head high and not walk by in shame, ignoring your table, and unable to make eye contact. Aren't you in the service industry? Not very hospitable. What proceeded was, in my opinion, unacceptable becoming the reason for writing this. ZERO eye contact WHILE walking by many times before stopping. And our friend is waiting. She knew!!!! At one point he voices to her as she passes, 'can I order that drink now I have my ID'. It took 15 minutes for our joiner to get his drink once she did look at his ID and his food was gone by the time it arrived. And then she blamed the bartender, saying it was his fault!!! Do you always throw your colleagues under the bus Brandie? Then she tried to rush us out by putting the check on the table before we were done. I asked her to wait, if she had any social acuity she would have recognized it wasn't time. But I'm sure her shame was super high, if you are going to tattle, you gotta own it Brandie and continue to be a good server. At the end, I couldn't help it and told her she was the worst service provider I had ever encountered!! We still tipped her because we are good humans. This is the classic post pandemic train wreck many restaurants are falling into. We will just go to the ones that aren't. read more

Food was really good and service was really good, even though we came in late on a Sunday. They were busy and getting ready to close.

We visited on Thursday 12/21 and waited an hour to get our food. Never saw a manager and server was overwhelmed. You would've thought we ordered something complicated, but we didn't - we just ordered boneless wings with fries. I can understand being busy (and even possibly short staffed), but the lack of service on top of it is ridiculous. The icing on the cake is we received two cards for a free appetizer as an "apology"; We tried to redeem one tonight and told "sorry, that was one day only". What an anwful experience - we were crapped on the first time and then screwed back over a second time tonight. We will likely stop coming here to this franchise after being very loyal and usually coming in at least once a week. Walked in and walked out. For whatever reason they were closing up outside seating early and inside was just way too crowded for me to be comfortable these days. Friendly enough but unwilling to let me sit outside even though there was a party out there they said they were waiting on to close out. Such a nice night for it too, what a shame! the hours here state theyre open until 11pm. me and my bf just walked in at 10:35 to be exact (with our EASY food order already ready in our heads btw cuz we knew we were walking in late and I hate being that person but we were starving so‍) either way we walked in and the girl working at the host stand was pointing back at us when we walked in and you could tell she was talking about us walking in at the time we were and the kitchen refused to make food. they said we could go to the bar and get a drink but the "kitchen was closed". at 10:35. if the kitchen hours are different than the hours on the door, please change them. super not cool and not professional actions by any of the employees. do better. read more

The wings were over cooked to leather. The hot sauce was okay, the garlic Italian Parma sauce was yuck, just spicy Italian dressing. The everything garlic knots were hard and hollow in the middle. But the everything spices on top were great. The servers were friendly but because of understaffing were way too busy to handle the customers they had. As far as the ambiance, So I've been to a couple of these chain restaurants and they're a nice place for sports tv watching with the guys, but way too loud for socializing. I will not go back again. My friends and I make it down to b dubs every once in a while to catch some big games. They offer a great set up of television with a decent sound system. The wings are pretty good and they offer numerous different flavors! The service is always on par as well! The downside to this place is the lack of drink specials and hit prices on all drinks. On occasions they have beer specials, but not being a beer drinker I easily spend over $30 on drinks during a game. Overall I will be back at some point this coming football season for a game or two. Tasty wings, good atmosphere, and fun trivia... The Muskegon installment of the giant chain Buffalo Wild Wings is on par with pretty much all of the other locations I've been to (and I've even been to the one in Honolulu, HI). One thing that sets it apart is it's attempt to integrate the local scene into its decor--there are mentions and paraphernalia of most (if not all) of the local high school sports teams. I found this to be a nice touch. My food was the usual: dozen traditional wings (all drums) with Asian Zing sauce, celery, ranch dressing, and a tall Oberon (it IS spring after all). Tasted as it always does, so I suppose that means the BDubs locations are reliable. Service was okay. This place employs lots of younger waitstaff, so they can be clumsy at times. But our server was sufficiently attentive. (I'm not a service snob anyway, so I'm probably easier to please than most.) I also love that they offer Buzztime video trivia. It's one of the reasons I like going to BDubs. It's fun to gnaw on wings, sip cold beers, and match trivia wits with friends and strangers from across the country. And BDubs is a great place to watch a game. So many screens line the walls you're bound to be sitting close enough to a screen carrying the game you want. My major hangup with the chain in general is the price. The wing sauces are tasty, but the wings aren't cheap. Try for a Tuesday or Thursday night when the traditional and boneless wings are on special, respectively. An afternoon of drinking beer and eating wings while you watch a football game can easily set you back $40 or more. I love coming here when I can, but I'm afraid I can't splurge quite so often. All in all, I enjoy hitting up any BDubs location, and I have no qualms recommending this sports-oriented wing joint to anyone. Eat up! read more

Every employee was sitting, standing around talking or chatting with the regulars at the bar. The few servers that were moving appeared to be in slow motion. Ordered online so that my wings would be ready after my appointment. Go there and pick them up, run into meijer to grab a prescription (which took about 30 minutes), get into my car and open my box to start eating, and it's not the right order. So I go back to let them know they gave me the wrong items and they give me my correct order...the original ones that have been sitting out for approximately 45 minutes now. Getting frustrated, I ask if they're the cold wings that have been sitting out and the employee responded, "what do you want me to do about it? Want to wait for different ones?" Bdubs is always a place that's great for meeting up with friends! Sometimes when you get the wings though there isn't a lot of chicken on it... and they count it as one. Sometimes a little overpriced for other items on the menu too. Always loud inside because of the people and TV combination. Hit or miss with food, and decent waiters/waitresses.
