Came here with some friends to watch March Madness. We sat at the bar since it was so busy. The fact that it's so large and busy might be why people were upset with service, but we were more than satisfied in the bar area. The bartenders and servers were courteous and efficient. They were helpful in finding whatever sporting event you wanted on any of the numerous televisions they had throughout the restaurant. Parking here isn't bad either, which is a main reason why I decide to not go to many establishments in Mobile. There's also a traffic light in and out of the parking lot which may seem like a silly request at first until you find yourself actually in Mobile, AL someday trying to make a left turn on Airport BLVD. First and last time going here. The wait staff was lazy she dropped a tray of about 10 or so drinks and didn't even attempt to clean it up, it made the floor around us wet and sticky. We were having my grandson's birthday party so that was embarrassing. We had to get our own menus and silverware since it looked like they weren't going to be bring it any time soon. We waited over an hour for our food and they would bring 3 or 4 peoples plates and you'll wait another 20 minutes to get a few more people to get their plates. It was just horrible. I ordered a Shrimp Po Boy. It was cold, dried out, bread hard so I sent it back. I was so mad after waiting that long to finally eat and it was the worse Po Boy I think I've ever had. The night was a horrible time experience. Wait staff was pretty much none existent. But you are made to give a tip anyways. Guess that's why they didn't have to earn it. They need to be fired. That was a lawsuit waiting to happen after she dropped the drinks and just left it like that. We won't be coming back! read more

Where I work, we strictly practice 30 second greets, while we waited for about 4 minutes to be greeted, our server used the art of recovery well and gave us great service. The food came out great and hot. read more

This is your typical chain restaurant. I do think it is a great place to go with friends and kids. I always enjoy their beer selection and wing sauce selection. The staff on the other hand could use some work but I have found that is typical with waiters/waitresses wherever you go. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My roommate and I went to this bww last Sunday. Right when you walk in you're hit with a putrid smell. I would say dirty mop water but 10x worse. It took 20 minutes to order drinks even though 10 employees walked right past us, finally we stopped one. An hour and 15 minutes in we left without getting our food. It was an awful experience. I would give 5 stars, but there big screens use projectors and the picture is terrible. As far as food goes, I love their wings. They are juicy and not dried out like baumhowers wings. Was very impressed! My family ordered fried pickles (yum), steak wrap (large and filling), kid slammer (little man ate all), and boneless wings in an asian sauce (sweet and SPICY). We stopped into this Buffalo Wild Wings while we were in Mobile for a baseball Tournament. We had a table of 8 and our server was Tiffany. She was awful.... she took our order from one end of the table and never went around the table to ask what everyone wanted. Instead, she stayed in the same spot and made us yell all the way across the table. When she brought the drinks out, again, she stayed at the far end of the table and made all of us pass the drinks out to the opposite end of the table. She was rude as well. When she dropped the checks off, she left them at the far end of the instead of passing them out to each of us. I'm not sure if she was phoning in her job because her gratuity was already included, but she was terrible. Would not recommend this restaurant at all. Besides the horrible service, the food was subpar at best. There are many other options in Mobile to eat. Surely, there are better choices than this. read more

I've been to BWW all over the USA. This one is better than most but it is still BWW. The wings are okay -- have had better. The fries are terrible. The service is hit or miss; this one was better than most. The thing we all like about BWW is the size and number of TVs. Other than that, it is a place to avoid. Food is so bad one can stomach it ONLY if they are drinking and preferably be really drunk so as not to taste it at all. Service is about as bad. General Manager is aware of the situation and could care less as long as they get your money. They are horrible terrible service horrible food I ordered a pick up, my order was 15 wings and a large fry the only gave me 14 wings when I called the manage to speak about the subject they advise me to drive all the way from my home back to the store to have them swapped out the manager basically told me I was lying and that I maybe missed counted my food, when I brought up the subject of receiving the wrong flavor wings the manager advise me that's what ordered. The server seem inexperienced and was confused by the IPA I asked for on tap. I had to show her the name of the draft beer on the menu as I was ordering. The flavor on my wings was not what I asked for as it was different from the several other locations I've been to in the past. This BWW used to be the best place to go to in Mobile, in my opinion. They had excellent service and great attitudes, which is why I always went back; I always knew I was going to have a good time, eat some great food, and enjoy the best draft beer I could ask for. It seems that it has gone down hill recently. The past two times my wife and I went there it was a bad experience. The first bad experience started right when we walked in. We asked for a booth, (as I seen there were 3 available) but were told that there was no booths available. Then I had to point out that there were 3 available. This turned into a 10 min argument with the hostess, and 2 servers who joined in at different times trying to tell us that the booths weren't available. At one point one of the servers told us that we couldn't sit at the booths because they were dirty. I was like seriously. At that time the "Army" in me came out lol. Yes I started giving orders and taking control of the situation. Long story short cut; I told them we could wait 5 min for them to clean one off, that it was ok that we would wait because that's what we wanted; so they finally gave up and did what they were told. This whole time I'm thinking to myself what is this crap, I'm a paying costumer, and are costumer not always right anymore? After we were seated the rest of the time was filled with lazy, I don't care about my job type of service. I assume it was like so because of us just simply wanting 1 of 3 available booths which required an argument to get. The second and last bad experience was yesterday a little after 1pm, with only a few tables filled. We were seated where we wanted, we got our drinks, and ordered and received our appetizers and received them in the usual quick manner, then ordered our food. After 30min of not getting our food I asked our waiter what the hold up was; he said the kitchen was busy while continuing to walk away. We usually get our food about 10 to 15 min after the order is placed. So finally after 30 more min he brought our food to our table; I looked at him and said "this is ridiculous your not even that busy here", looking confused and stuttering off some unexplained words he quickly walked away. The food was still great and the beer was still pretty good, but these people seemed to have forgot what customer service is. I must say I was kind of angry at this time and my wife noticed and decided she would handle it. So she went and found a manager and brought her back to the table and we were then told in what I assume was some kind of apology that it is what it is. I was like um no, then proceeded to tell the manager how to do her job. I told her that she is responsible for what goes on and is to be aware of what goes on in the restaurant. She told me that the general manager was in the back at one point, so that tells me she should have been out front doing her job. I also pointed out the fact that our server was totally not fit for the job, that the only training he probably got was how to write down orders, and that there is more to a servers job than to write down orders, and that it was managements fault for not properly training this and other servers. Well if your still reading this I thank you and hope you have enjoyed my review. I only said so much because I want to make my point and 2 because I'm sad that they let me down so much that I will never go back. I also don't want anybody else to have a bad experience or to have to deal with the crap I had to deal with. Always a good spot to sit and drink and watch football or UFC matches. The food is usually pretty good. Your average wings, nothing too special but I'm a fan of the queso and fried pickles! My very first time ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings and I must say I am terribly disappointed. I have always heard so many good things about Buffalo Wild Wings. So I decided to take my two boys ages 9 and 14. The hostess was very nice and got us seated very quickly. That's the only good thing I can say happened. The waitress took our order and never smiled she seemed bothered when I explained that it was my first time in the restaurant and wanted to hear about the most popular dishes. Once we ordered our drinks and food she became scarce. A different waitress brought us our food. My queso fries were barely warm. My sons both ordered ranch dressing and I ordered blue cheese. When I told our scarce waitress of the mistake she brought our one small cup of ranch to my 14 year old son who had approx. 15 Wings. I had to ask another waitress for more ranch. I had to ask a different waitress for napkins. And honestly I would understand if the place was packed or it was a game day or something. But the place wasn't even that busy. It was embarrassing that I had to keep asking other waitresses "I'm sorry to bother you but can we have...." I think what made the whole thing worse was that not one time did she come by and refill our drinks. My 9 year old got a refill on his drink because he finished his drink before he got his meal, but it wasn't even our waitress that noticed he needed a drink. He got a refill from an entirely different waitress. Our waitress finally showed up to ask "are y'all done? Do y'all need to go boxes" and still never asked about refilling our empty cups or apologized for not checking on us. On the way out the manager didn't ask me how my meal was he told me do have a nice day and I started to say I will have a nice day because I will never step foot inside that restaurant again. read more

I've been to many wings places from local pub, atomic wings, fancy restaurant to you name it. The wings here are small, which is ok, but with spotty sauce, uneven and extreme salty crust. The boneless wing has no bone and no meat either! The plate we ordered was also missing coleslaw and carrot and celery. The waiter didn't ask for which ranch or blue cheese dressing. Service is spotty and seem not happy to work there. Don't waste your money. Go to KFC Instead! read more

We have been in multiple times but tonight was the WORST it has ever been. Being a server myself I get very frustrated when I know how hard I work for my tips. The server we had tonight (Meghan) was awful. She didn't introduce her self, but came up to the table and said "what can I get you to drink". Didn't suggestive sell, didn't ask how we were doing, nothing. We ordered chili con queso dip, which took 20 minutes to get, as an appetizer. She was hanging out in the bar area eating what looked like ice cream and then disappeared for about 15 minutes. When she came back she still didn't have our appetizer. I ordered the buffalo Mac, and my boyfriend got wings. My buffalo CHICKEN mac was brought out without the chicken on it, when I told her she took my plate back and put some tenders with the sauce just poured on top. It was awful! The wings were okay but looked like they had been sitting in the window for a while. The next time we go I will be getting it to go because that's the only way you actually get the food on time and the right way. The service had been awful every time we went. As this is pretty much the only one in Mobile, everyone goes here. But as I come back down to visit family and friends here, the first thing I did was come eat here to watch the NBA finals of 2015. As always, the wings are great. Though, as a first visit back here in forever, my friends and I had bad service. Yeah it was packed and all but at least keep up with the drink refills. There were times where we had to sit for 15 minutes just to get a refill on our drinks. Like at least keep up with that ya know? Afterwards, I came back a few days later during the day. It was a slow time. It was just a couple friends and I just trying to enjoy our meal. Though, our waitress was very awkward towards us. She kept asking us if we were done and if we needed boxes but we didn't. We were just taking our time eating. Especially if we got some spicy wings. One time when she was leaving our table after she asked if we were still okay, she said she was bored and just stared at us awkwardly. I didn't like it obviously. I was just trying to eat my food. I just left this Buffalo Wild Wings and had the absolute worst experience. It wasn't even a busy night and had to wait 2 hours for my order to come out. I got my check before my food and still paid full price. She messed up not only my order but a couple of others at the table. Got there at 9 and didn't get my food until almost 11. I won't be coming back for awhile. I normally get really great service there even in a big group of people until today. And I've worked in the food and beverage industry so I understand when things happen but two hours for a simple order of wings that was 1. Forgot about 2. Served wrong the first time after and hour and a half and 3. Finally came out correct at 10:55. People who ordered after us got their food before us. I'm very understandable but she never even gave us an explanation as to why the food took so long in the first place. I don't even know what else to mention I'm so irritated. read more

First of all, I am a former employee of this Buffalo Wild Wings and I am also a frequent regular. Saturday I was denied service by one server and sat without being greeted for twenty minutes due to the server having an issue with the person I was with. She then yelled profound language at him about his sexual orientation. Management did nothing about this. Secondly, I went up there last night and this employee was off work drinking this employee then started yelling and cussing at me. Management sat by and watched it happen. I have never been somewhere so unprofessional that allows their employees to act this way. I usually go there three or more times a week but now I will never go back due to new management. read more

Then two waiters were seen in the bathroom using the restroom with aprons still on with straws that they give to customers in the pockets the waiters wiped their hands on the aprons never washed their hands. I have never been so aggravated at a place. We had a group of twenty, and while I know that is a lot of people there was no reason for us to have been treated that poorly. If I could give no stars I would. I have given The mobile location chance after chance because I want to like them and each and every time I'm so severely disappointed I question why I went. The consistency of the food is deplorable. It's not that hard to fry wings at the set amount and toss them in the set amount of sauce, but yet still manage to come out with undercooked wings (even when ordered extra crispy) and either completely no sauce (even when you pay extra to make sure they are nice and saucy) or so much sauce it's coming out the box (when you don't order extra sauce). But I have to fault the manager of this location. They need to be replaced with someone that cares about their job and the customers. Because obviously the current manager does give two craps about the quality assurance of their kitchen. So please save your money, even on half wings nights, and go somewhere else that you will get better quality wings read more
