I only came back here because I left a negative review the first time I came here and the manager actually called me, apologized and gave me a $25.00 voucher. I came back to the same inefficiencies I saw the first time. I had to order in-person to get the voucher. I ordered a Caesar Salad with the chicken on the side, extra croutons and extra dressing, 10 wings, fries and the free Heineken 0.0. I got the salad, no extra croutons, no extra dressing, no Heineken, but did get the wings, which were decent, hence the 2 star review instead of 1. I was told 15-20 mins, which turned into 28. I normally wouldn't complain about 8 mins, but the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. I waited at the bar and had a $13.48 Pint of Guinness. Just for reference, a Guinness at Yankee Stadium is $12.50! I guess I am partially to blame as I checked the order. After the beer and wait, I focused on making sure my wife's meal (the salad) was right. I didn't realize the beer and fries were missing. I thought there was the extra Caesar dressing, but no, it was 2 Blue Cheeses. If the Manager reads this, there is no need to respond . No amount of a voucher will bring me back. BWW is one of the to go spots when there is a craving for wings. Different flavors of wings, with a basket of fries that have stayed consistent throughout the years. Flavors my come and flavors may go, but the fries are the only constant here. We all have our favorite flavors, and sauces or dry rubs. Mines are lemon and peper dry rub, chipotle BarBQ dry rub and the asian zing. I have tried other flavors but they didn't impress me that much and some were just to HOT, such as the mango habanero. Is there a way to make the mango a little bit milder? The only annoying part of this place is, when the mall is closing and in the store the announcement is made over the speakers. The two stars in this review are for the location and the helpful waitress. I was here for a Thursday night after a movie and probably because of the boneless wings buy 1 and get 1 offer they were quite busy. We had to stand there and wait for the hostess for about ten minutes before she even looked at us. They were walking right past you but no body even cares to say - BE RIGHT WITH YOU. We eventually got seated but at-least the waitress who attended us was helpful. She helped us order thru the sauces and suggested the specials. (Kudos to 3$ draft beer). However the wings were barely dipped in sauce and that ruins the BWWs experience. My wife ordered a beef burger and was quite alright. I always enjoyed the food of buffalo wild wings when it was done well, but that seems to be hard to come by. Every time I would sit down, the service would be horrible 9 times out of 10. The food would be incorrectly ordered, or the server would take forever to come back with the check or other needs. I've started only doing take out to avoid the service, but this results in poor food and terrible service just picking it up. I went in there today and there was 2 or 3 servers and maybe 4 people sitting across the whole restaurant, yet it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge me as the only person standing at the front door (I was only picking up food, not even sitting). I have started to come here less frequently, and I think this trend will continue. read more

I went to the milford Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and had a bad experience.. the first part of my dining was good had a beer and some traditional wings at the bar... the bartender was great too ,then things turned sour when first the guy next to me was openly vaping at the bar and the smoke which smelled like cannabis kept choking me out. I was getting ready to leave and did not feel like causing a disturbance with him. I just wanted to get my sons take order and leave. My order came about 10 or 15 minutes latter i left and on my way out told the manager about the vaping at the bar then left. I ordered a bundle from thier online menue, the waitres takes out order, repeats the order to us and 15 min later returns and informs us that they are unable to process the order. When asked why, she informed us it was not available for patrons eating at the restaurant. When asked why, her maneger said it was stated on thier website. I showed the manager the website, and the small print, and it CLEARLY does not say it. She then said that it does not have to say it and the only thing that counts is thier menue. I used to love bww, but ever since my last trip there, I have not returned since. To start off, the service was extremely slow and it took forever to order and for our food to arrive. I went with my sister and we decided to order 10 wings to share. When the food arrived, there were wings missing and an uneven number of wings. This was outrageous because how do you charge us full price just to not give us less? And on top of that we couldn't even split it evenly? Bww is kind of expensive for some mediocre wings because they're honestly not that good. Then there was no point of even complaining since our waitress was nowhere to be found. We had asked for extra sauce for our appetizer and left without ever receiving sauce. Ever since this experience, I have not returned and do not plan on it. I've been here a handful of times and the food is pretty good but tonight I was a bit peeved. My son and I stopped in for a bite and a cocktail to celebrate his promotion. Our server was friendly and promptly took our drink order. We ordered the hatch queso which was ok but a bit watery. I ordered the small order of cauliflower wings with the spicy garlic sauce. The server asked if I wanted blue cheese and I said "sure". The cauliflower came and it was tasty and quite spicy. It came with two small solo cups of blue cheese dressing. On July 23, 2019 we ordered lunch for the management staff (a total of 6 people) via GrubHub for delivery. It was a complete miss. Every one of our orders were incorrect or missing something. We called buffalo wild wings and explained the mishap. They were less than helpful. Our director called the corporate office and we were told that our orders would be re-created as a courtesy and a comp would be emailed, also as a courtesy. On July 24, 2019, a staff member arrived at the restaurant to pick up our re-created order. The acting manager was beyond rude. The staff member called me at the center while still at the restaurant. I asked her to put him on the phone. (Deep sigh) This man was BEYOND RUDE. He yelled and screamed and I had to tell him to calm himself down. He kept insisting that GrubHub was the problem but the reality is.. the restaurant put whatever they wanted in the bag. I asked to speak with the head manager and received 3 different stories as to why the lead manager wasn't there. I took his name and bid him adieu and called corporate again to file yet another report. I will update this review after it is settled. My friends and I ate here this past weekend and experienced the worst service we ever have in any restaurant. Between just receiving our food and our first round of drinks was at least a half an hour gap. Everything asked for afterwards was also. We were sitting there so long upon arrival that we had to actually ask the hostess to tell someone to wait on us. The waiter we did get was no where to be found most of the time and when we did see him, he would just be chatting it up with people while we were already waiting 15+ minutes for a simple refill of water (which we had to ask for). One of my favorite parts of the night was when another waiter was cleaning up a table nearby and actually stole some of our napkins to do it! He said he would replace them after the fact, and never did! What a surprise with the way that night went. 1 star everything about this. Came here for lunch I got the "fan fave" buffalo chicken wrap and my coworker got a barbecue chicken sandwich. The food was barely edible my wrap had hard chunky pieces of chicken and my co worker asked for no tomatoes which of course it came with them on and he had wilted brown lettuce gross!! The food took almost 45 minutes and although the server was polite didn't check on us once so we couldn't even tell her we were disappointed.
