Well, It didn't start well. I made a rookie mistake and trusted someone. I was expecting an order of fries but they were nowhere to be found. I even double checked my car, nope no fries. My wife loves wings and she saw the wing bundle being advertised on her phone and we ordered. The online process was easy and they were ready at the designated time. It says to seat yourself at the door. We looked around and all the booths had dirty tables so we asked the to go counter for one to he cleared. She said she'd get someone. Went to the bathroom and came back. My mom cleared a table herself by moving the dishes. After about 5 more minutes, no one came to clean the table or greet us. There are two Buffalo Wild Wings equal distance from me so I decided to try this one, and it was a big mistake. I ordered 10 wings and fries. The wings were inedible and cold and the fries were cold and unseasoned. So overall poor food quality do not recommend this location. read more

Took the family out on a Saturday night expecting it to be busy. It surprisingly wasn't too bad! The servers were nice and actually helping each other. Mia was an amazing wait staff. She was so attentive (and I am a demanding customer). The food was so good and so inexpensive. We came during happy hour and during the OSU football Rose Bowl game. Despite being so busy, Mia was at our table constantly to check on us. We got chips and salsa for $3.00. I can't even buy it from the grocery store that cheap. The lettuce in my salad tasted bad. They didn't have Caesar dressing for my Caesar salad (?). It was supposed to be an entree salad, but it was more like a side salad. The boneless chicken were okay, but the bone-in were inedble (seemed very not fresh). Luckily, I had the 5 chicken slices off the top of the salad to eat... and carrots and celery? every single time i've ordered online for pickup my patience is tested. i don't know if they're understaffed or simply not trained in customer service. the first time i ordered online i stood at the mobile pickup counter for 20 minutes staring at my order as it got cold while getting weird looks from employees rather than being helped, it took them a full 30 minutes to finally send someone over to take 3 seconds to ask me the same for the order and send me on my way. the second time i ordered online i walked up to the pickup counter where there was another customer waiting for food, a worker then walked behind the counter dropped off food and walked away leaving me and the other customer confused and pissed off . i waited for another 5 minutes before deciding to walk behind the counter myself and grab my food myself seeing as i wasn't going to be helped and didnt want to eat cold food again. i just went in again for the third and final time with a mobile order . i walk in with hope seeing there was finally someone working the pickup counter!!! i walk up and without hesitation she picks up the phone and begins to breakdown the prices of every menu item and what comes with them. rather than taking a moment to apologize and let me know she'd be with me in a second or taking literally 2 seconds to ask me the name on the order ( once again my order was LITERALLY within eyeshot ) she decided to act like i wasn't right there standing 5 feet in front of her . after a 10 minute phone call she looks up at me says sorry for the wait and asks me the name on the order. we're home now and to our surprise our orders are wrong and there are no napkins or utensils in the bag . this place is ass and no i'm not blaming middletown. these people genuinely need to do better. at this point their tip jar is a joke and i leave every time with my anger pushed to the limit . just to clarify i had shown up 2 minutes after the recommended time just to give them a second to get their ducks in a row. -4/10 i hate this place read more

Hubby & I stopped in for an early supper. He ordered 6 parmesan garlic wings & a side of fries while I had the Dirty Dubs Tots. He complained that his wings were too spicy so they brought him more wings with no sauce. I personally thought his wings were good. I was unhappy with the tots but didn't complain. If I could, I would give it a zero. we waited an hour and a half for our food. One order didnt come out right away, which is perfectly normal at any restaurant. However after 15 minutes of no food, we asked and the waitress said "I'm sorry, they're very slow back there. I have no control and they don't do what I ask". Servers obviously have no control over the kitchen staff, so definitely not mad at that. After waiting another 15 minutes, they came out and said they don't have the one order we were waiting on. The server was very nice and took off an order as a donation to replace the meal they ran out of. My daughter and I ordered takeout and spent almost $30 on food between the 2 of us. We were SO disappointed in the quality and quantity of our good. She ordered the Buffalo mac and cheese. First, for $10. 49 the portion was absolutely pitiful. There was also a piece of cardboard in her food. (Not from her bowl) The chicken in it was so gristlely and nasty she couldn't even eat it! I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap. This has been a long-time favorite of mine. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed that the size of this wrap was almost half the size it used to be and had less chicken than normal. Took the entire family (16) to this BW's last night. Went there because the group with the smallest children lived in West Chester. With a little advance notice they were able to seat our large party right away and did a much better job on service than our local BW's in Troy, OH. Kudos to hostess Shelby and Manager Jamie. If you get anything other than wings you're probably good. If you order wings- ya know, the thing this place is known for- you're going to be HIGHLY disappointed. I honestly don't know why I continue to return to this location. The chicken quality is always poor, if you get a dry rub seasoning the chicken is so dry you might as well be eating pork grinds. The chicken is ALWAYS cold, I think they just pre cook chicken, leave it out and just toss it in the sauce you ask for. If you order to go, it just sits out on a shelf, no warmer, and is cold, dry and well basically the same as if you ordered in the restaurant. Well, my first time coming here was this evening 10/30/16, upon entering I asked for a seat for one. It was moderately busy...lots of staff though. They stuck me in aback corner at a table with one chair. Economically, it makes sense...I proceeded to wait 15/20 minutes, while servers looked at me but no one even came up to get my drink order. I went to the front desk and asked to see the manager. He took my order and gave me half off...I don't know if I'll be back, I like the food but the service was deplorable. As it turns out the manager ended up giving me my meal for free, he just forgot to tell me that. So I wait for ten minutes for my half off check, finally flag down a waitress and tell her I need my bill. "You're good!" Just when I thought it couldn't get worse.....it did. We were frequent,dine-in customers of this place pre-pandemic. Have tried to support them via carry-out since. I have tried to be understanding of staff shortages and supply issues-but..... Food quality and service are now completely non-existent. Understand need to raise prices but not the apparent disregard to basic service issues. There is a big sign to "check your order before you leave." Guess it should be fair warning they take no responsibility or pride in getting the order right. Given that the last two times I have been there there were three staff members standing (actually leaning against the cabinets) behind the register on their cell phones, it would seem staffing numbers are not the issue- they could be sure the order contained everything. Even if you take time to check the order no one pays any attention if you point out missing items. I carry out for a reason- due to health issues I have to limit my time in places full of people unmasked. It would seem the "runner" or one of the staff standing around could check the order when it is packed. Successful establishments make at least some effort to start with a correct, complete order. In addition, workload for these three staff is reduced further as they (the runner from the kitchen) now place web (prepaid) orders (as well as Grub Hub/Door Dash) on a non-heated shelf in front of the counter - when I went in the other night there were three orders sitting there (with cold & heated items tied up in the same bag) and were still there 15 minutes later. I was there to grab my order as it came out of the kitchen and yet all of the items in my order were cold (I live 5 minutes away) and three items were missing. If I can successfully talk my grandson out of wanting BDUBS I will never be back. read more

This was my forth visit and every time has been slow. Tonight was even slower than normal which prompted my review. I'm going to start off by saying I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings and go to their places frequently! However this location is awful for many reasons... 1.) extremely and I can't stress how extremely slow they are! 2.) poor service, the time before tonight I ordered a dt Mountain Dew and the waitress said they don't carry it. I had to correct her and say that I always get it and she had to check and make sure. (They had it) tonight I didn't get a refill on my drink til after the food came which refer to 1.) above took forever and I was very thirsty... 3.) quality is not on par with other Buffalo Wild Wings. Food was over cook and wings were hard. I got two different sauces one had enough sauce the other was very dry with hardly any sauce and the two other ppl with me also complained their wings were hard and dry... This location is not even a year old yet, so it's one of the newest locations- and what an improvement it is from the typical Buffalo Wild Wings location. Instead of being black, dark and extremely loud, this location is open, airy, bright and delightful. There is a combination of lower tables, booths, hightop and bar seating available. Of course, it wouldn't be Buffalo Wild Wings without the many televisions airing many different sporting events - this one offers that as well. Of course the food it the same as other locations - so no surprise there. I personally am not a fan of the actual food as I am of the location and atmosphere. I'm not a drinker, so I don't have any options or really even know what they offer at the bar. I'm no help there. Sorry. The staff is very friendly, but the kitchen is normally on the slow side during lunch hours. I work nearby so the lunch hours are the only time I've been there. So, basically, I like this place for the company I keep--- and the onion rings. I LOVE THE ONION RINGS. But, if you are looking for food that is different that the norm or fast service, it may not be the place for you. But, if you love Buffalo Wild Wings, but not the darkness or the dirty feel of the other locations, then this is a place worth checking out. It's clean, bright and cheery. read more

This restaurant has only been open 4 days, so I realize that there will be issues... but on the other hand, if your staff can't do well after JUST COMPLETING their training, how well will they ever do? First off, the 3 of us show up and the hostess takes us to 6-seat table when there were plenty of 4-seat tables open. I ask if she really wants us to take up 6-seat table since they were starting to get crowded and we were only 3 people. She left to go find out and took like 2 minutes to come back and sit us a 4-seater. Once seated, the service only went down hill. We asked about the monthly and seasonal beers and were told what they were. However, after ordering and getting our beers they weren't what we'd ordered at all. The monthly beer was a different brand and they didn't have the seasonal we were told so they served us a different one. We eventually placed our food orders (at this point we were 15+ minutes into our visit) and ordered an appetizer with beer cheese and we each got different boneless wings and we gave her a coupon we had for free wings as well. Our food order took 22 minutes to come out, and we got the appetizer and wings at the same time. The appetizer came out with their house queso, not beer cheese. When we told the food runner, she let us know they don't have beer cheese yet. Also, one of our chicken orders came with the wrong sauce on it. We told the waitress and she stood there not knowing what to do. Eventually, she asked if we wanted her to bring a new order out, and we said only if it's going to take less than 22 minutes. She said she'd have to check. She came back and said it would be 5-6 minutes so we said that was fine. About 8 minutes later she came back and said "Oh, you don't have your wings yet? Let me check on that." and she returned 2 minutes later with the correct wings. After eating we got our bill and... the coupon wasn't applied. She told us she had to get her manager to do it and forgot. She got it taken care of and charged our card and but didn't leave us a pen to sign. We had to go to the hostess table to get a pen to sign before leaving. Overall, our lunch took nearly an hour and a half at what should have been a quick restaurant. Very disappointing. read more

Was foolish enough to try and get a table for six during a UFC fight night they were hosting. Place was packed out with no one leaving. After waiting awhile knowing we probably wouldn't get a table until after the fight, the hostess and/or server had a table brought in from the patio with chairs so we'd have a place to sit, eat, and watch the fight. Lighting of the place is great for watching the games on any of the tv's. The seating is also comfortable. The wings are really good and mixing two flavors to make your own is great. I stopped in to chill for a while and have a couple of beers. It was in between lunch and dinner so it wasn't very busy at all. No host, just open seating so I walked into the bar area and grabbed a high top table. I was greeted fairly quickly by Lanie the bartender and I ordered a beer. After bringing it to my table, It then took her 10-15 minutes to return to ask me if I was going to order any food. I told her no and that I'll probably just have a couple drinks. I observed as she tended to the few other customers she had in the bar area. She seemed attentive to them, yet for some reason ignored me so much that her managers who were sitting at another table doing administrative stuff had to step in for her to bring me another beer, see if I needed anything else and take care of my bill. Lanie finally comes quickly walking by and without stopping sets my bill on the table. I said "thank you" as she passes by and her response was "oh, I didn't say anything" as she went into the kitchen. I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings about once a month and have never been overly impressed with the service. This was my first (and likely last) visit to this location. I don't want to speak on behalf of all the service staff, but my visit to this location was great. Our server (Kevin, I believe) took especially great care of us. He was by far the most upbeat, happy-to-be-there employee I've had at a B-Dubs. I didn't eat any food aside from the appetizer I shared with the friend I was with, and only drank a beverage. So, service was the only item I could rate upon my visit. For anyone visiting this location, I assure you that there are great servers among them. read more

The WORST Service I have ever received at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The hostess sat me at a table and I waited for a server to take my order. Other tables were also sat after me and their server had visited their tables and taken their order. Finally, Jessica, came to take my drink order. Unsweetened Iced Tea and Water with lemon in both. Jessica disappeared for a very long time. I did not see her waiting on any other tables, either. I thought about just getting up and walking out of Buffalo Wild Wings, because if the beginning of service was this poor - likely-hood it was not going to get any better. And my thoughts were RIGHT! Finally, she comes back to my table with just a glass of water, with lemon. She states that they are brewing fresh tea and it will be about 2 minutes. Jessica takes my food order - 10 boneless Honey BBQ wings, with celery and Blue Cheese, a salad with Cilantro Lime dressing. I wait and wait and wait. Finally a manager brings out my wings, but they are naked with NO Honey BBQ sauce. So he takes the wings back to the kitchen and I wait, wait, and wait. He brings the Honey BBQ wings back to my table. I ask "when" would I be getting my salad?by this time Jessica if coming to the table, finally, with my unsweetened iced tea without lemon. Jessica states she will go get my salad. The manager said something about discounting my meal. Again I wait, wait, and wait way too long to just go get a salad. Jessica returns with the salad. I proceed to eat my salad. After finishing my salad, I start to eat my Honey BBQ Wings and they are extremely COLD, they actually looked cold when the manager first brought them to me as naked wings. I was totally discussed with the service. Other tables seemed to be getting appropriate service from their servers, but Jessica was just not around. At one point during my meal Jessica did notice that my water glass was empty, she said she would get me more water, She never brought me more water. Jessica's service was well below any minimum standard of what a customer of Buffalo Wild Wings or any other restaurant should ever receive. How would she like to be treated as I was treated at the Middletown Buffalo Wild Wings? Yes, she did NOT receive tip from me, and NO the manager did NOT adjust my check for any portion of my meal. And NO, I will never be visiting the Middletown Buffalo Wild Wings. And YES, I am re-telling my story about the awful experience I had at the Middletown Buffalo Wild Wings location. I suggest that Jessica seek a different profession, because waiting tables in a restaurant and customer facing service is NOT her strong characteristic. read more
