I went here last night (06/23/2025) for their all you can eat wings special and I regret it horribly today. First of all, they only bring you 6 wings at a time and the waitress will conveniently disappear after you've had 2 portions. This is a well-known, unethical strategy that restaurants like this follow when it's an "all you can eat" deal. They ignore your table, hoping your food settles and you get full before you can cost them any money. This paired with how long it took to even get 6 wings made it very obvious that they follow this unethical strategy very closely. The wings honestly weren't even good. Some of them had a texture like they had just been sitting around for hours and they just sprinkled whatever sauce you chose on top before serving them. The worst part is how I have felt for the last 12 hours since leaving. I have been in the bathroom at least 12 times with diarrhea and an awful pain in my stomach. This happened within an hour of getting home last night. I think I likely have food poisoning from this place and it wouldn't be the first time this location has been linked to some questionable procedures. Hepatitis A exposure was found in this location a few years ago. My recommendation here is to save yourself some time, money, frustration, and foodborne illness by staying as far away from this place as possible. read more

I suppose the reason for this low rating was because I arrived in the middle of the afternoon for a late lunch. My personal experience with this location was enough for me not to return ever again. Granite it has been almost a year ago since its experience happened. But it wasn't enough for me never to return to this location or far as that matter any Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. One bad experience was enough for me. The wife and I were at the Middletown location about 730 one evening. The place wasn't busy at all. We showed up and we stood there about three minutes and no one came to seat us. Another couple walked in behind us, at that point, we were seated along with the couple that came in behind us. We noticed the couple that came behind us got their drink orders before us. I've wanted to try Buffalo Wild Wings for years, ever since my husband won a trip to the Dover Races which was really cool, and I finally made it there for lunch recently. Sadly, I wasn't very impressed with the brisket sandwich and fries that I got. There wasn't much meat on it and it had some shredded cabbage on it that didn't appear to have any dressing on it. There was a tiny bit of BBQ sauce on it but overall it was just dry and underwhelming. Now that I am reading the description, it was supposed to have grilled onions and pickles and two sauces along with the 'slaw' but I really don't recall that stuff even being on there so maybe they forgot it? The fries were just okay. We ordered the jerk flavored wings and they were good but ranch just doesn't go with that flavor as a dipping sauce. Neither does blue cheese. As with most wing places, I think they need to expand beyond the typical ranch and blue cheese. When the bill came, I noticed that they were charging me $6 for my beer and not the $5 that was clearly being advertised. Huge screen, trivia, cheap drinks and food (and of course tax free!), good service. I love that their bar tables are round and fit at least 6 ppl, this and Dave & Busters in NY are the only places I've seen this. I'm a huge Buffalo Wild Wings fan, but this location has consistently been frustrating with delivery and online orders. At first, it started with missing ranch or mix up of ingredients. It soon got a lot worse. We had my boyfriend's birthday dinner delivered, and HALF of the order was missing (we ordered about 6-7 meals). When we called to request the order be corrected, cashier said there was nothing she could do but refund the money. We asked if we could come pick of the food, and she replied harshly "I guess". Pretty good sports bar if you don't mind eating at a chain. I actually do not prefer their wings; too crunchy, too little sauce. My wife and I went with some family to watch the Lakers/Celtics finals this past June and even though the place was very crowded we were seated promptly and got our food quite fast. The waitress we had was really superb, so the knock off of two stars has nothing to do with the service. First, BWW (also known as B-Dub-Dub) is about wings. As I mentioned earlier, I don't care for their wings, so there goes one star. Second, despite all their decor and TVs and loud music, BWW doesn't have much personality which I find dull (of course) and a little disconcerting with so much going on. This location had exceptional customer service. My husband and I choose to eat here for an early dinner with our 10-month old and thought we might be difficult customers because of our baby. There was residue in the apple juice and they brought out an unopened container to show us there was no tampering with the juice we were serving our daughter. She also dropped her pacifier and they sterilized it in hot water, while also bring extra hot water out to us in case it happened again. We ordered some macaroni and cheese to feed her and they charged it as a side dish instead of the regular child's entree since she wasn't going to eat that much. Buffalo Wild Wings may not seem like a place to bring kids, but I've had several more than accommodating experiences with them and am delighted to bring my kids here. If you order takeout call before you drive there to make sure it's ready. You'll end up waiting 15-20 minutes extra.
