DO NOT order to go! I'm currently 50 mins past my pick up time. Dine-in might be OK, but DO NOT order take out from b here. This place sucks. read more

Possibly the driest, most mummified, tasteless junk I've had in a decade. Really an awful experience, and complaints direct to the manager and corporate got me nowhere. HOWEVER! Keep one in your glove compartment to fix a flat in a pinch! read more

I went here last night (06/23/2025) for their all you can eat wings special and I regret it horribly today. First of all, they only bring you 6 wings at a time and the waitress will conveniently disappear after you've had 2 portions. This is a well-known, unethical strategy that restaurants like this follow when it's an "all you can eat" deal. They ignore your table, hoping your food settles and you get full before you can cost them any money. This paired with how long it took to even get 6 wings made it very obvious that they follow this unethical strategy very closely. The wings honestly weren't even good. Some of them had a texture like they had just been sitting around for hours and they just sprinkled whatever sauce you chose on top before serving them. The worst part is how I have felt for the last 12 hours since leaving. I have been in the bathroom at least 12 times with diarrhea and an awful pain in my stomach. This happened within an hour of getting home last night. I think I likely have food poisoning from this place and it wouldn't be the first time this location has been linked to some questionable procedures. Hepatitis A exposure was found in this location a few years ago. My recommendation here is to save yourself some time, money, frustration, and foodborne illness by staying as far away from this place as possible. read more

We got takeout and the order was incorrect. The chicken was dried out and tasted terrible plus the dressing was left off the salad order. Last time we will be coming here. Had enough! read more

I suppose the reason for this low rating was because I arrived in the middle of the afternoon for a late lunch. The wings were completely dried out inside and it's tough as shoe leather as if they were made a couple days ago and left out and then warmed up and served. I trust this is not the norm. Service was good at the bar. I tipped a 10 spot graciously for 6 wings and a beer as there wasn't a lot of business. Most likely will not return for a while, read more

My personal experience with this location was enough for me not to return ever again. Granite it has been almost a year ago since its experience happened. But it wasn't enough for me never to return to this location or far as that matter any Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. One bad experience was enough for me. The wife and I were at the Middletown location about 730 one evening. The place wasn't busy at all. We showed up and we stood there about three minutes and no one came to seat us. Another couple walked in behind us, at that point, we were seated along with the couple that came in behind us. We noticed the couple that came behind us got their drink orders before us. Everyone just walked by us like we were not there. I went to the restroom and once I returned, I noticed the couple that came behind us also had their appetizers and we never got a drink order taken. At that point I had and seen enough so we just left with out causing any disturbance. I just will never go back to Buffalo wild wings again. read more

the fries are ALWAYS cold. it's so rare to get a hot order. only eat here bc of the wing flavors.

Food was great. Our waitress not so much. She was nice but very impersonal and acted like she was scared of us. Our drinks weren't refilled once and we had a party of five. She also got our drinks all wrong the first time. read more

I've wanted to try Buffalo Wild Wings for years, ever since my husband won a trip to the Dover Races which was really cool, and I finally made it there for lunch recently. Sadly, I wasn't very impressed with the brisket sandwich and fries that I got. There wasn't much meat on it and it had some shredded cabbage on it that didn't appear to have any dressing on it. There was a tiny bit of BBQ sauce on it but overall it was just dry and underwhelming. Now that I am reading the description, it was supposed to have grilled onions and pickles and two sauces along with the 'slaw' but I really don't recall that stuff even being on there so maybe they forgot it? The fries were just okay. We ordered the jerk flavored wings and they were good but ranch just doesn't go with that flavor as a dipping sauce. Neither does blue cheese. As with most wing places, I think they need to expand beyond the typical ranch and blue cheese. The service was slow too which was another downer and there rewlly weren't very many other people in there at the time. Overall, I just wasn't impressed. read more

Grade A trash. Got takeout wings and they were dry as hell with no sauce. Why do they treat sauce like it's a valuable mineral that needs to be rationed at every location. Also took a bite of a couple wings and they were brown or red inside. Vomit read more

Food was fine, but has gotten SERIOUSLY over-priced!! But. The worst thing was when the bill came!! There was a big ad on my table with beer prices. I ordered a tall Blue Moon. When the bill came, I noticed that they were charging me $6 for my beer and not the $5 that was clearly being advertised. I asked my waitress about this, and she said that I had to ASK for that price. WHAT??? You LITERALLY gave me a menu TELLING me how much it cost. (see picture) This type of business practice seems deceitful! She did make an adjustment to my bill which was $41.96 for 2 people (only 1 beer was purchased) MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL!! $$$$ read more

I spent 6 wks in Middletown, DE doing a summer camp, and this place was the only placed that didn't smell of Walmart. Huge screen, trivia, cheap drinks and food (and of course tax free!), good service. I love that their bar tables are round and fit at least 6 ppl, this and Dave & Busters in NY are the only places I've seen this. They have a million flavors of wings, I personally prefer the garlic Parmesan and reg buffalo ones. I don't know what the guy before this is talking about, I personally prefer my wings crunchy than soggy and sauce was always plentiful. Yea it is a chain but the only thing more fun is Walmart in Middletown. Take your pick. read more

I ordered for pickup online and was noticed that it would be ready in 45 minutes. I showed up right on time that their website had directed. I waited for over 35 minutes while watching 20 other people in line go before me. When everyone else in the line was served, they announced my name and I got my food. It took me less than 5 minutes to get home and I opened everything up for the family. It was cold already which tells me it was sitting somewhere for a while. As usual, the wings weren't covered completely by desired sauce on any of our orders. They seem to skimp on sauce. Everything else was just okay. Not worth the wait. read more

On Sunday January 15, 2023 we were charged twice for our order. We were informed that day that they made it a zero dollar transaction and it would be placed back into our bank account. We were told to call back on Wednesday if it wasn't corrected by then. Today is 1 week later and there is still no refund for the additional $50.25 charge. At no point has their management team even tried to make it right. read more

Ordered take out and had the worst experience with Taylor. When I pointed out my order was missing the 3 pico de Gallo sides I ordered she rolled her eyes. When she brought 2 pico sides out I explained politely I should have 3. She very sharply told me that the size was different so that's why I only have 2 and said "that's what I was saying". I explained I did not understand that. She again rolled her eyes and walked off. Won't be returning because why would I give a place $ just for their staff to be rude? I seriously get better service at Taco Bell. PS - I wrote this review while still in the parking lot. That's how bad it was. read more

ZERO stars for takeout. The same takeout girl..so rude and just plainly makes business looks bad..mostly, makes management look poor. She gives no shits about her job and the customers that support the business. While I was there waiting for my order FORTY minutes after placing it at 11am, she gets the order wrong! Even though I had repeated it to her 4 TIMES on the phone (b/c I immediately knew who was taking my order by her time on the phone). I'm sure anyone can imagine the frustration I'm facing at this point. Then when I tell her it's not my order she rolls her eyes and says nothing to me but then I notice she has an EarPod on one of her ears and she's talking to someone. So I say "I'm sorry I didn't get that" and she tells me not to talk to her bc SHES ON THE PHONE. I'm sorry but how has this girl NOT BEEN FIRED by now?! My own fault for coming back to order food at this BWW location. Never again. Don't bother while this girl works here. read more

I'm a huge Buffalo Wild Wings fan, but this location has consistently been frustrating with delivery and online orders. At first, it started with missing ranch or mix up of ingredients. It soon got a lot worse. We had my boyfriend's birthday dinner delivered, and HALF of the order was missing (we ordered about 6-7 meals). When we called to request the order be corrected, cashier said there was nothing she could do but refund the money. We asked if we could come pick of the food, and she replied harshly "I guess". I ended up going and complaining to management, and they did give us a gift card. I just have yet to use it because I'm so frustrated with the Middletown location. The Bear location is awesome. read more

Pretty good sports bar if you don't mind eating at a chain. I actually do not prefer their wings; too crunchy, too little sauce. My wife and I went with some family to watch the Lakers/Celtics finals this past June and even though the place was very crowded we were seated promptly and got our food quite fast. The waitress we had was really superb, so the knock off of two stars has nothing to do with the service. First, BWW (also known as B-Dub-Dub) is about wings. As I mentioned earlier, I don't care for their wings, so there goes one star. Second, despite all their decor and TVs and loud music, BWW doesn't have much personality which I find dull (of course) and a little disconcerting with so much going on. I'd go there agin to grab a brew and watch some sports with friends, but I certainly don't go there for the wings. read more

Great for a "date night" but this place caters to all sorts; sports fans, families, friends, company get-togethers, and yeah, date night. We used to come on our "date night" to play the video trivia, which is how we met many years ago. We'd order the beer on special and some wings and have a nice time watching a game. Relaxing for the man (no need for much conversation) and the beer is always good. The wings can be (as a friend of mine use to quip) "parakeet wings" --ridiculously small. And the price after a few beers and a sufficient amount of wings to quell an appetite adds up, even with the beers on special. And there is NO ambience; this is a sports bar, essentially. The food is not all-that, but it's clean, the management seems to care, and you know what you're going to get. read more

This location had exceptional customer service. My husband and I choose to eat here for an early dinner with our 10-month old and thought we might be difficult customers because of our baby. There was residue in the apple juice and they brought out an unopened container to show us there was no tampering with the juice we were serving our daughter. She also dropped her pacifier and they sterilized it in hot water, while also bring extra hot water out to us in case it happened again. We ordered some macaroni and cheese to feed her and they charged it as a side dish instead of the regular child's entree since she wasn't going to eat that much. Buffalo Wild Wings may not seem like a place to bring kids, but I've had several more than accommodating experiences with them and am delighted to bring my kids here. Our oldest is 2 and they calmed him down with some free balloons when he was exceptionally cranky. Also, our food was delicious. read more

Annoying policies, immature staff, marginal service and horrible bartenders. It's another chain in Middletown, what do you expect?

Had lunch here yesterday.. I got the table appetizers, which comes with wings, soft pretzels, pita chips with spinach artichoke dip, and breaded mushrooms with different sauces. Wings were for my friend, she said they were ok. Mushrooms and pita chips were nasty. With that being said, I was so hungry that I still ate most of them. The soft pretzels were awesome... Best thing on there. I know for next time, if I ever eat at the chain again. My friend had a burger with bacon and onions. I had her bread which was really good- grilled and buttery. I also had her fries, which weren't anything special. So, why three stars if the food was less than stellar.. Mediocre at best?!? Service was on point. My friend is on a special diet, they brought out the nutritional information binder turned to the pages she needed to reference. The hostess gave me a fully charged game tablet after I asked to occupy us while we waited. Drinks were refilled in a timely fashion. read more

The food is usually fine no complaints there. However almost every time I order takeout it's not ready. Sometimes the haven't even started my order and the place is not even busy. If you order takeout call before you drive there to make sure it's ready. You'll end up waiting 15-20 minutes extra. This has nothing to do with COVID-19 either, it's rare they've ever had my order ready on time. I'm not sure if it has something to do with online orders either because they ask me every time if it's an online order. read more
