They don't serve what's on the menu: After ordering wine there on 4 or 5 occasions, one server informed me that the wine listed on the menu is not actually what they serve. They only serve the Gallo brand no matter what type of wine you pick from the menu, which is half the price of the brands listed. But do they charge you a cheaper price? Nope. I felt totally duped and refused to buy wine there ever again. I ordered the chicken wrap with grilled chicken on 3 different occasions and each time, the chicken was different. Sometimes it came cold, once it came hot, sometimes it's chopped into little cubes, sometimes strips. I stopped ordering that too because cold little chunks are not appetizing. I've ordered the garden chicken salad on several occasions with blackened chicken. Once, the chicken just came plain, once it came with a little bit of color....grill marks I guess you could say..., and another time with spices all over it. The options on the menu are "grilled" "blackened" and "crispy." I finally asked what the difference was between "blackened " and "grilled" and was told that they don't actually have "blackened ", it's just "Cajun" now with spices all over it. Also, I always order this salad without cheese but 2 out of 5 times it will have cheese. My husband ordered the shrimp dinner from the Lent menu once and was served the fish dinner instead. When asked about the shrimp, the waitress said they were out. I once ordered French fries with salt-vinegar seasoning and received plain fries instead. My husband has receive the wrong beer on at least two occasions. Why do we keep coming, you ask? We come for the trivia, honestly. The servers are generally very nice and the wings rarely get messed up. It's just when you order non-wing food that th is very inconsistent. UPDATE: This place has gotten much better, so I'm adding a couple stars. The salad I typically order has been way more consistent and the wine menu has improved considerably. Ever since the Arby's franchise bought B-dubs, the menu has been much better. read more

Almost 55 minutes for chicken fingers and fries and one chicken sandwich with fries...-UGH! The server is nice but seriously it only take 3 minutes to deep fry!! The pace is over half empty! So frustrating. read more

I've gotten carry out a couple times since the COVID-19 ordeal. I used to love their food when dining inside. Unfortunately, I don't think it travels well. It sort of loses its luster in just a 10 minute transport home. I asked to get the hot sauce on the side for my wrap. They forgot it. There was no sauce whatsoever on it. I had to dig through my fridge for sauce. The wrap itself has very little chicken. I tried to salvage half, but it fell on the floor. Considered the 3 second rule, but why risk it for something so lack luster. Lol. The queso was worth it. I had leftovers of it I managed not to drop on the floor. Will I return? Great food, friendly waitress and good service! We have two two restaurants of this name and both are great for the food and the many TVs! Wings are their specialty, but they have a good variety of other meals too! Their many sauces will please anyone's taste. Parking is fair, they share lot with other businesses! Restrooms are usually clean and stocked. I highly recommend either Canton or Massillon Ohio restaurants for a great meal, service, and relaxed atmosphere! I wanted to give this place 5 stars, it's where my husband and I went on our first date 27 years ago, and we've been there many times. This experience today was not good at all. Our service was excruciatingly slow, and the restaurant only had maybe 4 other tables full. We got seated quickly, but without a kids menu, even though our granddaughter (2) was with us, but it took forever to get a waitress to come over, and when she did, she commented she didn't know they seated us in her section. She gave us menus, and when she came back she said "I'm sorry I was just chatting over there". We gave her the entire order drinks, apps, and mains, as we had a two year old with us and knew we wanted to make it easy on everyone involved. Our app came out, and we had no napkins or utensils. I looked for her, she was cleaning an empty section, but as I walked towards her she walked away. I grabbed napkins from the bar and she saw me, and I said our app had arrived. Then she brought us napkins and utensils. The rest of the food came out ok, via a runner, and we liked what we got. We didn't finished because we weren't super hungry, so we asked for boxes. I admit that we dropped a condiment on the floor, and did not clean it up, because we did not want to stand around and wait for her to help us move the table to obtain it, or I would still be waiting. Had experience with this BW3 for take out & dine in, both were a complete disappointment! I guess the prices are including the lovely ambiance: 100 TVs??? Food isn't worth 1/2 the price. Take out order included partial order items on a total of 3 orders, conveniently enough not discovered until returning home. Thanks order packers...takes a lot of skill to read an order slip, look at a takeout box & make sure they match!! Dine in chicken tender salad, awful. Looks like the little, dried up, fried too long tenders are the ones saved for the salads. Chopped up & thrown on top, supposed to be buffalo style...were not. So chewy & hard, difficult to eat. After a long day I sent one to my hotel I decide to order wings to go. Placed my order, have to wait a half hour 40 minutes, I get down there the lady shows me my wings and some of my side answers all your condiments are in the bag. Failure one is trusting a restaurant employee. I get more failures from restaurants in any other utility i use in my life. I did not get the condiments I asked for and got back to my hotel only to regret not doublechecking the incompetency of employees. And they have the gall to demand $15 an hour. To start off this horrible experience! We were sat in a section where a child's birthday party was going on, who the fuck has a child's party a Buffalo Wild Wings? Then the unruly little heathens proceeded to run back and forth to the video games without parents or employees saying a word!!! Next adventure here, the hillbilly behind us kept ripping ass. Way to have some tact in a restaurant you inbred trash. To top it off we ordered our food and two wings in my wife pulls a 8" hair out, yes out of her wing, so it had to be cooked with the sauce also. So we told the waitress and she brought us the bill cause we said we weren't eating it with a $5.99 discount. The manager came , and told him I wasn't paying for anything since we didn't eat because we were afraid of the quality of the rest of the food. They paid for the entire meal and we left. My family eats here fairly often and have never had a bad experience. We have also had birthday and retirement parties in the back room. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Are the wings expensive? A bit, but they are at most of the other wing places too. To me, they are worth it - especially the Thai Curry. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We came in and asked to sit on the patio because it was a great night. First thing we noticed was how filthy the tables and chairs were. The staff explained they had the parking lot done and it created a lot of dust. That was understandable. We waited 10 minutes for the tables to be cleaned. No one came outside. Then my husband went to ask for a rag to do it ourself and they said they would do it. 20 minutes later, no sign of any waitress. To make matters worse, while we were waiting there was a lady announcing winners for a raffle and she was very loud. My husband mentioned how loud it was when he asked for a rag and the staff told him they all knew how obnoxious it was. I was sitting across my husband and couldn't hear him. It was headache inducing loud. I'm just glad we walked away before we got our food, especially after seeing some of the other reviews. read more

There are two doors to come through so even though we came in first freon the other door we were seated after 2 others who came in after us. They even tried to point out the mistake. After that it took forever just to get a soda refill. Not s fan of how there is more sauce then chicken on the wings. And it takes almost 20 min for the waitress to come do anything. We had food before we had napkins and silverware which I had to ask the food runner for. Watched as the waitress say joking worth co workers at register instead of getting my check like I had asked for ten minutes prior. Won't be back to this location anytime soon. At least the location in Belden the waitresses are very attentive and kind. The food is better as well. This place needs a refresher course in food service. Tipped 15 % only because it is the minimum and I used to serve tables so I know how little they make without it. read more
