When arrived I asked for a booth because I have a child and it is easier. I saw a booth open and the lady which I'm assuming was the manager said how about a table. She sat us down at a table and the waitress came to the table 5 minutes later and said she had to go fix something and she would be back. I look over a couple minutes later and she is taking someone else's order. 10-15 minutes later we still don't have drinks. The food was okay, the wings were like eating quarter sized nuggets. Most of them had no meat in them and were just breading. Looked like they got it from a baby chick. I would say this service had been the worst service I've ever had going into this restaurant but that would be wrong. Every. Single. Time. We get Alyssa it gets worse. Last visit we sat right infront of the server station with the order kiosk and Alyssa was just complaining none of her tables tipped or they never tipped enough. She gave terrible service but we said oh it's just a bad night but then we set out card down and we're going to tip in cash. The bill was $50 we were gunna put $20 on the table to tip in cash then she took our card and went behind us to check us out and started ranting to other servers about how we tipped nothing on a $50 bill and if we can't afford it then we shouldn't go out. Immediately put my cash tip back in my wallet. This time Alyssa was so pushy to get the interaction over with. She asked about appetizers immediately we said one and then immediately she starting walking off so I had to stop her to say the other appetizer then she left before we placed our last one. Almost walked past our table with our drinks but that was my opportunity to order our last appetizer. Then time passes we get the last appetizer we ordered last first, waited almost 20 minutes for the other two, haven't seen her in that time frame so I asked another server to ask Alyssa how much longer because we were curious (normally after a while this location checks in saying something "it's almost ready" especially if it's been a while) I was so nice and understanding to the server. I asked because the whole table was simply just curious. Alyssa came out not even a minute later with the food and said "here's those other two apps they come out at different times because I rang them in separate just so you know" rolled her eyes and said it with the most disgusting attitude I've EVER heard from a server. My mood obviously soured. Eating our chick nuggets the size of a quarter someone needed a refill she came over after a bit and asked for a refill and asked if we wanted another we said yes she said the wrong drink, before we could correct her she was already practically speed walking in the Olympics going for gold. Now we are p*ssed. She kinda redeemed herself by coming back and being like oops here's that drink and gave us the correct one apologizing for forgetting but still saying with a sour attitude like she'd rather be helping anyone else. The beer list was very credible. I ended up with a Bell Two Hearted ale that was a perfect accompaniment to the meal. The little touches were also very appreciated - we asked for lots of lemon in the water and some extra ranch dressing and both were delivered quickly with a smile. The Buffalo Wild Wings at Coventry FtWayne is severely mias managed. We ordered 6 bonus points wings and they served them to us and came back and removed them from our table because they said the app didn't go through. All this after acting like they we're going to make us pay for them even though it clearly showed on our app that 1100 pts had been removed! Seriously?! Where has common sense and customer service went?! Managers that make these kinds of decisions should be jobless. We were passing through visiting family and decided to catch a soccer replay and grabs wings. We walk in and the place was practically empty. One both filled and not an employee in sight. We waited and waited to be seated. Ordered our food promptly and then waited over an hour for less than appealing and disgusting food to arrive. We notified the waitress immediately that the fries were hard and cold, salad was gross and wilted and the naked tenders had so much pepper on them making them unedible. Where oh where to begin with this little experience. The wife and I went to dinner here on 2/23/21, and man what a horrendous experience. First off, what is going on in Logansport? Everyone is in a giant hurry to go absolutely nowhere and be rude along the way. There is nothing in Logansport it's a self important over inflated truck stop. I have been to several pockets of Indiana and Logansport is by far the absolute worst, largely due to the locals. More on that later. BW3's is ADD hell, way too much news, sports, political commentary, Tiger Woods did this and Lebron did that. Every jumbo tron is screaming for your attention. What ever happened to people just enjoying a meal anymore? I know this is a soccer mom sports bar but come on already, this was serious over kill and seemed to be intentionally distracting you. No need to distract yourself with your phone this restaurant has you covered. Upon entering we were rudely shown to our table by a bearded, snarky little caucasian male host who after we were seated said that I showed fear by not wanting to, and get this, EAT PIPING HOT wings while being timed in front of a restaurant full of drunk strangers. Like what in the actual hell? I didn't know that I had stumbled into a frat house during melt your face off wing night. Silly me I thought I was here for just a simple meal. On top of that I'am being asked to perform like a circus seal and being mocked because I declined. What I wanted to say was "Nope not afraid, I just have zero desire to have projectile Diarrhea for the next three to six hours. Thanks but no thanks". Instead I held my tongue, not wanting to soil the vibe any further. The rude host finally left, thank god for small miracles. I could not hold my plastic smile any longer. Now onto some good news. His insults were masked by humor, but they were petty jabs none the less. I had already tuned him out at this point until he drops a jem on me. He then precedes to tell me, and I sh@t you not that his significant other majors in "Women Rhetoric" I will say that again "WOMEN'S RHETORIC" could this night get anymore hilariously strange. The restaurant is SO dirty...food splatters all over the black shade curtains and backs of booths....random trash and food underneath server stands...If we weren't so hungry I would've left...I was honestly scared to eat there due to how dirty the front was I couldn't imagine the kitchen! The service could definitely be better...our server was missing for awhile and clearly went out to smoke since we choked on the smell of cigarettes when she finally came back. We will definitely not be back to this location! And they should really be looking at hiring new managers. I've been here countless times and it only seems to get worse. Doesn't matter if you order online for pick up or dine in the experience is always horrible. You wait ridiculous amounts of time to be seated, even more insane amounts of time for drinks and food. The food always is half cold so what possibly took so long to get it out? Employees are horrible and don't have any idea of how to properly treat customers. They never admit being wrong or just help you, they'd rather argue or avoid your table. I have gone to this location multiple times during football season to watch the games. I even tried visiting this restaurant on a weekly basis - every Monday for Monday Night Football. However, there were too many issues with this place for me to turn that into a true tradition. First and foremost, the service ranges from below-average to downright awful. The servers are often disinterested and can border on downright rude. During one of my visits, my waitress seemed to do everything she could to get me to leave promptly, rather than let me eat appetizers and run up a rather large bill (which was my intention when I walked in the door, mind you). Later that same visit, I saw her fraternizing with another table for a solid half-hour. Now, I understand that being friendly with customers is part of the business and helps gain larger tips, but ignoring your other customers for that long a period of time will do you more harm than good. Second, the food is mediocre at best. I am by no means expecting 5-star cuisine; I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings serves bar food and that is about it. However, I still expect that bar food to be good. Instead, I get bland burgers, bland appetizers, disgusting mini-chili-dogs, and really nothing food-wise that I would eat on a consistent basis. In short, this Buffalo Wild Wings location does not provide much of a memorable dining experience. The food is lousy, and the service is often worse. If you're looking for a place to watch sports and hang out, avoid this place if you can. read more

If I could give this place a negative number, I would! The staff was rude and the service was horrible. We waited 47 minutes for our food and because we came an hour before they closed, the manager said she didn't want to make anymore sweet tea for us and waste it. The manager (a younger woman) and the waiting staff were rushing us out of the door before they even closed. The food was cold, the fries were stale and cold. We could see into the kitchen and saw our order taken off the food service area and placed on a tray; where it sat for almost ten minutes. I'm from Texas and have eaten at many BWW establishments and this is by far the worst BWW or restaurant for that matter, that I have ever been to. I love BWW! When I was in Logansport last we went there twice and both times I had a great time! Lovely staff and quick service. They made my drink exactly like I wanted it and it was a difficult order. The food I got here was also done perfectly. The dessert nachos - SO GOOD! Loved it. I also want to give a shoutout to Bryan Zehner and Kayla Henry, who were both fantastic to our table. They were very sweet and took great care of us. Will be back! :) read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I have been to this location 2 times and both times were a nightmare but I said I'll give them another try and actually I should not have done so. I only come here when I am at Grissom ARB for drill. Yesterday April 6 my friend and I arrived at BWW and we were seated. As time went past I seen other tables around us getting their drink order and eventually their food and still no one came to acknowledge us. After 15 minutes I went to ask for the manager and told her that we been sitting here and no one came to take out order nor spoke to us to see if anyone came to help. The manager comes over takes our drink order and food order not explaining what happened. We get our food after by this time 30 minutes. She came to our table and said she was sorry and she took care of our bill and walked off. This is the second time this has happened and it's an outrage.
