BWW used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but the food, service, and quality has gone downhill. In restaurant dining seems to be better than carryout, as our carryout orders are ALWAYS wrong and cold. They have remodeled and it now seems like even more of a sports bar than it was before but it also has a coldness and doesn't feel as family friendly. This used to be a go to for us one or two times a week. It was the perfect little spot since my wife and I work from home where we could run over grab lunch, some chicken wings, and a cold beer and be back at our desk within an hour. It seems as though the chicken wings have gotten smaller, the beer has gotten warmer, and the service takes longer. There's no doubt in my mind that Buffalo wild wings has a winning proposition and a great spot in the marketplace. Sometimes there just needs to be a refresh and a redo on a location. Date: 12/06/2025 Came in with my lady around 330-ish today. Not too many people in the establishment - maybe 2 other small groups. Food was same as usual. The issue is the waitress. While she was nice and friendly, once we got our initial drinks and placed our food order, we never got spoken to again. Another person brought out our food (not our waitress) and didn't even know what went where (not her fault entirely). Additionally, once my beer was gone, I patiently waited about 20 mins for the waitress to come back (so I could enjoy my hot wings with a beverage.) THAT never happened. I ended up having to walk from our table to the bar and ask for our check. Most times I come in, everyone is nice and attentive. Maybe it was an off day but, the overall experience felt like every other cheapened, lackluster chain restaurant. I just wanted to catch the SEC championship game and enjoy some food. Just waited two hours for DoorDash order. Called the store after the doordasher told me they aren't busy and understaffed. Manager would never come to the phone after asking for a manager. I understand that it was Super Bowl Sunday, but maybe it would have been a better idea to cut off ordering at a point when they couldn't process them in a reasonable amount of time. Started with chips, queso, and guac. The queso was watery and close to inedible. The wings were all delicious. The biggest complaint still is the service and amount of time it takes to get our order. Word to the wise, if you're getting a to-go order, make sure you check and open every single container to make sure you actually got your order. We should have known better but it should be a given that you get what you paid for. We live about 15/20 minutes away from this particular BWW, so once my mom got home with the order and we realized we didn't get my dad's order of 10 Buffalo Wings, the receipt was stapled to the bag so you'd think if they're going to hand it off they'd make sure the one order of wings we got from BWW would actually be in there. We called the restaurant, and they made zero effort to make it right. We asked if they could deliver the food that THEY mistakenly didn't give us, and without even giving it a second thought, THEY said that's not even an option... which I don't get because the order could have been a delivery... make it make sense. They refunded us for the wings... but my dad still didn't have his food, and there was zero customer service apologizing or trying to make it right. And to think that they ask for a tip online when you place your order, and I'm not sure what we exactly were tipping for... because the kind of service we received was not worth actually paying for the order. What a train wreck. BWW has fallen so far off it's heyday, that I walked away thinking a meal at Mickey D's would've been better. This would've been a zero star review except for our waiter. He was awesome, although he had a snafu with the order, but he saved it. He was pleasant and attentive, which was great. The rest, terrible. So we had chips and salsa, boneless wings, bone in wings, and fries. The highlight was the chips and salsa. That's not high praise for a wings place. The wings, both styles were awful. Tasted of old oil covered up with sauces. The fries were cold and stale, and this was at 530p. They had obviously been sitting for some time and never should've been served to a customer. This was an expensive mess of a meal. I won't comment on costs as BWW has done things (finally) to realize they had prices themselves out of the market. But while pricing to show better value, their quality is gone in the dumpster. This is BWW in general, but this location is especially bad. Family of 4 stopped in for dinner 2/23/24. Started off by ordering an appetizer 2 beers and 2 waters. The bar was back up but we gave grace because we could see they were short staffed. After drinks were received we place our food order. Our meal arrive prior to our appetizer (which was ordered 20 plus minutes before our meal order). Once the appetizer was received it was cold, I mentioned this to the waitress however no corrective action was taken. I took the kids to the restroom and there were no paper towels for hand drying in either dispenser. During this time my husband received the check which still included the uneaten appetizer.
