I stopped by here for a solo business lunch. I seated myself and was promptly addressed by my server. I got the 10-boneless wing lunch special, which is always a great value. The chicken was good, but the fries were old, lukewarm, and not very good. My server took good care of me. There is a high/low booth and bar seating, a full bar, and WiFi, but you must ask for the password. The bathrooms are clean, but the entry doors are filthy. The food was great and the waitress Annette was awesome. We have had bad service her in the past but it has been nothing but good this last year. We know we can always have a good meal here. This place used to be a good bdubs but has gone downhill in the last few years. We don't go out to eat often but wings are always a good choice. For a holiday weekend it was slow and know why now. We came in with a young kid and a very young toddler. Terrible service. Took 10 minutes to get waters. Drink order took another 10 to get anything that came from the bar. Food took 50 minutes to come out and was cold. The only one that got hot food was the 2 year old that had to wait for it to cool. Waitress never checked on the table until she asked if we needed bills. Not once. Not for another drink, not to see how the food was. After reading other reviews for this location i will just add a couple points. We came in for lunch and there were only 3 visible employees in the restaurant, 1 girl doing prep, 1 bartender and 1 waitress. It was super slow. She screwed up my very simple order. I was hungry so just ate it anyways after how long it took to get. With a 20% discount, it was $40 for lunch for 3 people, no alcohol. They did get new tv's. read more

We got told after we ordered our food that the kitchen is backed up and it would be 20-25. No problem. 35-40 minutes go by and we still haven't even gotten our appetizers, we asked our server and she assumed we wanted it all out at the same time but never asked or clarified with us. We have always enjoyed this location.... SO MUCH MORE THAN THE OXFORD LOCATION! We always receive fast, friendly service. The food is consistently good. Our favorites are the bone in wings... so the Tuesday half price really makes us happy! Our bill for 24 wings was just under $12. We love the Asian Zing, Spicy garlic and Mango Hanbaero! Poor service. Poor food quality. Poor management. Ordered a large carry out for lunch at my office. $100.00 order. We called it in at 11am on purpose in case they got busy on the lunch hour. Took 25 minutes which wasn't bad. When I got there to pick up order, half was missing/not cooked. Had to wait 25 minutes for the forgotten food. By the time the forgotten food was finished, the rest of the food was ice cold and gross. Mind you, when I called it in I had the girl repeat the entire order THREE TIMES because the first two times she repeated what I had said, it was wrong. Well, it's Bdubs.... The food is mostly frozen, processed, and chemically. Add to that in recent years....pricey. This place must seriously have some of the lowest food, and probably labor, costs around. When asked if I would like a drink, I asked what was on tap (usually a BW3 strong point) and was direct to a page in the menu. Literally, the first 3 options I picked were unavailable... I settled for cherry wheat. I was annoyed to see that the lyrics had dumped a small handful of maricino cherries and sugary cherry juice in my beer. This is not not a classy move guys.... The server noticed my annoyance, became more annoyed.... but did offer to fix it. The rest of service was hilariously bad. Highlighted by our dirty dishes (well....paper baskets) being left on our table well past a half hour of their usefulness. They stayed there until we left. The reason they get 2 stars? BW3s knows how to set up TVs to watch sports. And the Spartans are about to win the Big 10 tourney!...hopefully. The location of this place prolly has nothing to do with this but i will never eat bdubs chicken agian. I love the sauces and variety however i cant eat my pricey ass chicken because the quality if it was so terrible. This place is ridiculous and way to expensive for the poor quality of food served. i just gagged for 20 mins because my chicken tenders were so gross. mushy and full of tendons. I have eaten at a BWW at 3 other locations than this and the food at the Lapeer location was such horrible quality they should not even be allowed to use the name! I ordered food on a "boneless wings Thursday" where wings are .70 cents each. I first tried to place my order online, ordered 5 boneless and a side of celery which came to 4.70, but the order would not complete on the website. So I called in the order instead and was told when to pick up. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was not a single person in sight. I finally noticed a handwritten sign directing to pick up take out orders at the bar. I waited around for a few minutes before someone finally came out. When she rang up my order it was now $7.10, I inquired as to why it was so high and was told, with an attitude, that an 8 piece was $5.60 and then the side of celery. I said I didn't order 8, I ordered 5, and she rolled her eyes and said the smallest size I could order was 8, although there is no mention of that on their sign that you can't order individual amounts and the option was obv available online. Fine, whatever, paid the extra money I shouldn't have had to and went back to work. As soon as I bit into a wing I regretted it. They were rock hard, dry as a bone, and barely any sauce. Gross!!! I was on a timed lunch break so I could not even go back, but you can bet that will be my last trip to this location!!! read more

I had a great experience at this location. I almost stopped eating at BWW's because the wings (boneless or traditional) seem never to be completely covered in sauce, and the service can be terrible. Our waitress (I didn't get her name) had perfect timing and we waited for nothing. The wings were perfectly sauced. The Manager checked to make sure our food was hot and tasted good. I've been coming here for 7yrs now and I just adore everyone here. The bartenders are always friendly and have good conversation. I can come here watch my favorite game, sip on my favorite drink in a good atmosphere. The food is ALWAYS trash, there have been a select few times where it was ok but for some reason we kept giving this place a chance but tonight is the last time I'm wasting my money. Our food was cold, and I asked for no tomato on my wrap and it looks like they make it incorrectly, completely took it apart and scraped off all of the lettuce and kept some tomato on?! Sauce is all over the wrap it's not even edible it is beyond irritating that they cannot serve edible food, especially because it isn't cheap either. Done with this place. Yuck.
