The menu is large with a lot of choices but this is my new favorite - the Italian Sub, served on homemade break from a local bakery, packed with meat and veggies and Italian sauce. The portion is large enough for two meals and so delicious! The service here is always warm and welcoming especially with Cindy or Rick! read more

Had lunch delivered and food was fresh and hot! Quick delivery... Italian Steak Sandwich was great and Fried Mushrooms too!

Friendly staff and good service. Had the Cobb salad and Reuben sandwich.. both were delicious. Will be back again

I had the Flanigan's Reuben sandwich with their homemade chips which were good but I wish they would have had salt on them. My friend had at the olive burger and homemade chips and she said it was a tasty burger. I wouldn't say our dishes were outstanding but they were very good. A nice atmosphere but probably more for a younger trendy crowd. read more

Found this place on Aadvantage Dining. It was 4.2 stars, but 9 of the 14 reviews were the same guy giving them a 5. This is a fun sports bar, with a hit-and-miss menu that you need to know how to order correctly. Unfortunately our waitress was new, hadn't eaten anything on the menu, and couldn't help us naviate it very well. It's welcoming and had great music, and a fun atmosphere. We came in looking for the rib basket from another Yelp! review. However, that and the "cowboy burger" mentioned were either from old menu's (12 months ago) or specials. We had the "Walleye basket" and "Perch dinner". The fish was very lightly breaded, and cooked well. We really enjoyed the fish! However, the dinner salads came at the same time at the meal. Either it took too long to make the salad, or the meal was pre-prepared (as in not fresh, or not cooked to order)...so that always puts me off a bit. The thousand island dressing on my salad as thin and watery (but they specialize in Reubens, which really set me up for very high expectations. I guess). The tartar sauce for the fish, and the cole slaw were Sysco/ Lisanti pre-packaged. The baked potato was microwaved, and although steaming hot... still undercooked. However, I really did enjoy the in-house made chips and the homemade onion rings. Highly recommend them both. They have a nice patio... and Thursday night is "Bike Night". I really enjoyed this place, but it's a sports bar with some decent food. The smell of smoke as you enter reminds you that this is not "fine dining", although some of the menu is delicious. I would give it 3.5 stars... but coming in thinking this is a 5 star (as it is currently rated) might be misleading to others and give them too high of expectations, so they get the 3 side of it. read more

Great value for the price/portion size. . Big variety to choose from. Friendly service.

Kept hearing how good the fish was so I finally had a chance to get in and try it. Horrible, horrible, horrible after waiting over (45 mins for our order) in a less than half packed bar I finally asked and we were told they did an oil change in the fryers. Our cheese bread never made it out till we were leaving. The supposed fresh fish was dry and over cooked, the burgers that were ordered tasted like nothing. The only decent thing was the onion rings. The waitress was really nice and didn't know what to tell us. She took 2 of the drinks off and gave us the under cooked cheese bread.Flannigans may be good for drinks but save your appetite. read more

I got the Key West shrimp with American fries today and realized how much I love their shrimp. I had gotten it in the past, but forgot this was the place in Saginaw to get shrimp (in my opinion). The potatoes were perfectly done for my tastes - lightly browned and so good! Highly recommend if you like good shrimp! read more

Rick, Di, Nicole, Fi , and cooks Ray and Gary (among others) do a fantastic job... service, food, all of it. Great vibe, great people, and I hope the establishment does all they can to retain the talented and dedicated staff. read more

Did the delivery option. Food was pretty good for bar fare. Nice size club sandwich and onion rings appeared homemade. Perch dinner was good too. Only drawback was it was a bit cold. Was delivered in a bag they pulled out of backseat. We only live 5 minutes from bar. Hopefully they get some warmers like the pizza delivery places have. Feb. 2018 update: Great dinner Thursday at the restaurant. Wife had the perch. HUGE portion, slaw and potato. Decided on take out Sunday. Wife got the perch again.... wow, what a disappointment. No slaw... the fish was obviously the tiny leftovers from the Friday night special.... If you can't put out the same dish EVERY time then take it off the menu. I'd rather you tell me the truth that we don't have a quality product than put out a subpar item. read more

Covid-19 Take out. Yuge club sandwich was awesome. Ribeye was cooked exactly as ordered, medium rare. Wings were beautiful. Pretzel bites very good too. Boneless wings were frozen, not too good. Solid place. read more

I have dined in this bar a lot for lunch hour. The food is good, the waitress' are nice, and the speed is alright. We once got all you could eat wings. Took 35 minutes for the first batch to come out. So we didn't get to eat anymore since we had to get back to work. Waitress apologized the cook was fixing the dish washer... Never had a problem when I walk in other than that one time. But this year 2020 is different. I wanted to place an order last night and I called 8 times and the phone kept going to a busy signal. My gf called and they asked us to hold. She hung up after 15 minutes of no one coming back. So I got on FB and sent a message asking them if they have a better number. They looked at it and never replied. I then mentioned I tried to order online, but they didn't have all the food options online. After about 5 minutes they saw that message as well and then never replied. We then decided to go elsewhere. read more

Fantastic! Traveling to Merril and ran across this bar / pub. Tried the Cowboy burger, it was cooked to perfection and delicious. My wife had the rib basket which she enjoyed. So both our meals and a few drinks and we got out the door for under 20 bucks tax included (but not the tip) 99.9% of the staff were super friendly. (One waitress stood by the bar frowning so I figure she is a relative to a owner?) When we arrived it was not busy, but as time passe it slowly filled up. Obvious a hit with the locals. Wish it was closer to home read more

Ordered delivery for the second time now the first time I got a burger it was really good! The second time today was so amazing not only did I get my food super fast and hot the ribeye and shrimp was the best I've had in a while this is honestly the best place to order a steak dinner the shrimp was flavorful and moist as well as the steak super tender and juicy! For a appetizer I also got a chicken nacho I ordered a small and it was huge, super cheesy and delicious. The steak was really big and I even have leftovers. So if you are thinking of ordering inside try this place it is to die for and you won't regret it. read more

I'd give this place less than one star if I could. We went to try brunch because it sounded pretty good. We arrived at 10:10 and there were two other small tables, one seats at the same time as us. Our waitress was slow, didn't bother to talk to us about breakfast, and had to be flagged down so we could order. My husband and I both did the build your own omelet, and it took 45 mins for our food to make it to the table (after I again flagged down the waitress to ask about our food, since the table that was seated at the same time as us had eaten and gotten their bill already) She finally brought omelets, but not the one I ordered. When I brought it to her attention she told me that these were the only ones back there, I filled my own bowl with the ingredients I wanted so I knew for a fact I hadn't put bacon or ham in it, so why are you trying to convince me that I'm wrong? I had to tell her take the food back because I wouldn't eat something I didn't order. She didn't apologize or offer to get me something else until well after the rest of my table had started to eat, by then I was over the whole experience. My husband's omelette wasn't fully cooked so it was runny and my son's sausage was burned on the outside and overly fatty and greasy. I never saw a manager come around to address my concerns either, even though the waitress knew I was upset. What an extraordinarily bad experience, don't waste your time going here! read more

We come here for dinner at least once a month and I'm here to tell you they have the best NY Strip Steak I've tasted so far, perfectly seasoned and we totally love the staff. Please don't change a thing.... Berta read more

The prices are almost too good to be true. My buddy got a HUGE burger and fries, plus a pint of Miller Lite, for $6.26. I spent a little more (but not much) and got a steak sandwich, a little smaller than Tony's (but not much) and onion rings. BUT, we spit an order of chicken wings for appetizers. Chicken Wings. Here's how that worked. As soon as we got there, I had to take an important call. My car dealer was locating an new car for me, and I was expecting the call, right when the phone rang. So I stepped outside to negotiate. My buddy, not knowing how long I'd be, ordered the appetizer, since he was starving. I literally BOUGHT A CAR, came back in, and ordered my sandwich, at which time he ordered his. I bragged for 5 minutes about what a tough negotiator I'd been. "I made him throw in the Moon Roof! I made him throw in the Heated Seats. I made him throw in Oil Changes for life! The Apple Car-Play update! A full tank of Gas! The Wings, ordered before I bought my new car, came out. Then, 90 seconds later, the sandwiches came out. All of it was delish! And all of it was hot--at first. But we had to decide: Which should we eat hot; and which should we allow to get cold. AND, we're at a small riser table. 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, big plate of wings, celery, two dips, two beverages. Napkins and silverware. All at once. Like the Poodle said to the Great Dane, IT DOESN'T FIT. Why? Why? Why not appetizers, then entree's? This seems like Restaurant 101. And yet, another reviewer here said they did the same thing to him with the salads. Why? Why not get this right? They get 4 stars instead of one, because I take the blame. I read the reviews. And I know the solution. REFUSE to order your entrée before you finish with your appetizer. Sorry if that slows down the waitress, and gives her fewer customers for the night. But that's what we'll be doing on our next visit. And if they get it all right, the next review will be 5 stars. Because seriously, GREAT PRICES. read more

This place is amazing! Staff works hard and food is always yummy! Drinks are mixed to perfection!

I will never go back on a Friday night for dinner, we went at 6:30, it was not busy but the music was so loud we couldn't even talk. The waitress couldn't hear us, I asked if they could turn the music down and she just laughed. My fries were cold, she never came back to see how everything was. The place was dirty and the bathroom was a mess. read more

We came here on recommendations from a friend. Went on a Saturday afternoon, was fairly busy but there was no wait. Our waitress seemed aloof, the others working nearby tables appeared to be more attentive to their table. We ordered cheese bread as an appetizer, it was pretty good. We ordered 3 burgers and a sandwich for our meals; all three burgers were overcooked/dry. One of them was completely off/incorrect on condiments/toppings. Fries were below average. Our waitress never checked in with us to see how things were with our meals. I would be willing to try eating here again to see if this was just an off meal. read more

Came here after golf with a couple buddies. We split the cheese bread, good but not great. And then i got the olive burger. It was really good. The only negative is that i felt like the olives were pulled from a jar and put right onto the burger. But had good flavor. The fries were forgettable. Beers were cold and service was very good. read more
