I wish that the wings were a little more saucy, but they were really good. I really enjoyed eating three servings of mozzarella sticks for only $10, plush chips and onion rings. Really good deal! Well, I now remember why years ago I said it was one and done. My wife saw the deal on TikTok and wanted to try it and sorry we did. The burger patties were frozen patties and soggy. I was really disappointed with my experience here tonight. I came with some coworkers to watch the women's basketball games, and during the first game the fire alarm went off, forcing everyone to evacuate. We ended up waiting outside for about an hour before being allowed back in. By then, most customers had left, but we decided to stay because we didn't want to walk out on our bill. When we returned, all of the food and drinks we had ordered but hadn't finished were cleared away due to the CO2 issue. We stayed for the second game and ordered more drinks, but expected at least some sort of discount or acknowledgment given the circumstances--the long wait outside, and the fact that our original orders were taken away before we could finish them. Unfortunately, when we got the bill, there was no discount or recognition of the inconvenience at all. We didn't bring it up at the time because it felt uncomfortable to do so, but I honestly thought the staff would have been more proactive in making the situation right. Great, laid back atmosphere, relaxed sports scene and clean. Service is good from greeter to waitstaff. The food is good . . . we were there on a Friday so we had the all-you-can-eat fish. Cole slaw is fresh and we recommend you try the sweet potato fries. Not much of a sweet potato fries person, but it comes with a unique cinamon flavored dipping sauce. They do have one odd practice though as they do not provide condiments (unless you consider salt and pepper a condiment). Asked for Tobasco Sauce to sprinkle on the slaw and fish, but they advised they do not provide name brands, rather brining one of those tiny clear plastic cups with a generic hot sauce in it which add 50 cents to your bill. I guess there's profit in not putting condiments on the tables. :) Good otherwise and can certainly see us coming back in the future. read more

I went to this location on 2/7/2026 for dine in and they had me waiting for literally a whole hour with just our drinks, after ordering our food. I told the waitress just to charge me for the drink and I'll leave, and they didn't even try to assure me or fix anything. They just said "okay". We frequent this spot a couple times a month at least. Like to dine in on Tuesdays for wing night. While the deal isn't what it used to be- it is what it is. Everyone has gone up in expense. I've been obsessed with Mango Habanero for years!!! Likely 15 years or so now... I also love Soicy garlic but hate how thick it can be- so I'll order naked, extra crispy with spicy garlic and bleu cheese on the side and I'll dip from there so it's not a thick soggy mess. So glad they started making lemon pepper- that's super popular down in the south where I first had lemon pepper wings and I couldn't ever find them to be seasoned correctly to match the southern LP wings. But BWW does a pretty good job- flavor wise. I don't care for the wet rub however- I like the dry rub- the taste is best. But doesn't always stick well- so sometimes we will ask for a light toss in the wet and then the dry to top it off. Makes it better. My husband's faves are also salt & vinegar- pretty damn good! As well as the Asian Zing. My boys love the chicken sandwich, burgers and we really enjoy the potatoes wedges- plain with the chipotle ranch or loaded- either is yummy. Service is usually on point! I feel like you have to have quality servers to keep up with the pace of a place like that. There is a lady there who has her shit together! I don't recall her name but she's there every time we go. She does a great job remembering and she never even has to write our order down. She is excellent!! Service that you don't come by often. We love the bar and grill vibe and that it's also family friendly. Bathrooms are usually clean- just one time the men's was disgusting so I took my son to the women's and waited while he used a stall.... But otherwise we don't usually have issues. Parking can be a pain- always packed it seems. But it's a good location and close to a lot of stuff and they do a pretty solid job of taking care of people and handling business properly. Waited over 30 minutes to get our food, waiter never came to check on us so we had no one to be able to complain to, when the food did come about 38 minutes later the food was brought to us by someone else and we were never told sorry for the wait at all. The food was cold and you could tell it had been sitting around for a while. On top of that they still forgot to bring some of the food we had ordered out and when we did finally catch our waiter, whom we had to call over, he didn't speak to us at all. Multiple times I've called to pick up since I get out of work at midnight. Have had zero issues. This past month I'm no longer aloud to order for pick up I'm told I have to come to the dinning to place an order to go. This location is 20 min from me I was told last call is 12:45 I arrive at 12:40am refused service. Next time told last call is 12:30. I arrive told kitchen is closed. Finally arrived at 12:28 and told last call is in between 11pm - 12:00am although online store hours are until 1am. Please correct your hours. Or allow us to place phone orders for pick up. I'm unable to place online order once midnight hits. And I can't make it in time to order in person. Since "it depends on the kitchen for last call."
