Went there on 1/31/26 with my sister in law and our 5 kids. We knew due to the recent snow they may be understaffed and a bit slower in service. We were sat but waited 28 mins! No one came to say hello or greeted us. A table behind us asked for a manager. It's didn't appear to be understaffed. You could not tell whose table were which servers but one cleared his table around us. Another looked flustered who said she was the manager for the table that requested one. Another appeared to be a server just standing around hands on his hip. Never again. My sister in law and I have been servers. After spending over $100 on dinner, we ordered 3 brownies online (I couldn't order them from the server). We picked up the order at the front counter, only to be told they were out of brownies and handed us 3 cookies, without adjusting the bill for the lower cost items. When I said, "This isn't what I ordered and you overcharged me for what you handed me," the employee had the audacity to ask, "Do you want a refund?" "Yes." Without an apology, an "I understand that would be frustrating," or even a smile, she went to the back. When she returned, she asked for the last 4 of my CC and my phone number. Then told me it would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I said, "No, it needs to be refunded now." Again, without a smile, she went to the back. She came back and said her manager couldn't refund it. I finally demanded her manager come up front. The manager, Jordan Graves, came up, made us a explain again that we were given the wrong item AND overcharged for it. Then told us she couldn't refund anything because it was Sunday (I know this is a lie; hit the overring button and give the customer a receipt). She then went so far as to say it was their policy to "ask" if substituting a different, lesser value item without adjusting the bill was acceptible to the customer. Usually BWW has set a standard for wings, but unfortunately this one has lowered the bar substantially. I ordered 10 medium wings, and they were so incredibly salty, I couldn't eat more than 5. I love wings. I usually eat about 20. There are two reasons a restaurant would heavily salt their food. Either it's starting to go bad, and they are covering it up, or they are trying to sell more beer. I gave this place 2 tries, and unfortunately it was a miss each time. I am very familiar with the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise and have always been a fan of the wings and sides like potato wedges, fries, etc. But I have an issue with this particular location - both of my orders have been to go, I have no comment on the service dining inside. The first time I ordered a 50 wing bundle with 2 sauces (buffalo and lemon pepper). 25 of the wings were completely bare to the point there was no way of identifying that they were lemon pepper seasoning on them. The buffalo ones were fine. I was disappointed but had company over so just dealt with it. The second time I ordered from this restaurant on another occasion I ordered 20 traditional lemon pepper wings. Unfortunately, the same issue as my first order -there was absolutely no seasoning on the wings. I would say that is critical to ordering wings, ensuring there is enough sauce/seasonings. Seems that there is a quality assurance issue on the restaurant's side. There will not be a third time, maybe people will have better luck at the Central Park location and I would steer clear of the Spotsylvania Parkway location. read more

It was being done out of pure spite. We waited ten minutes for our waitress to show up. We placed our full order there, because we could see service was going to be a problem, despite the fact there were few people in there at that time. Well, we waited and waited...Finally, I noticed people who arrived after us had already been served and were in the process of leaving! We ordered chicken wings-something that is not going to take a long time. Nevertheless, it was obvious they were treating my wife and I, an older couple with a tremendous amount of disrespect. I got up and left because it was obvious that they had not even placed the order. When I got home, I sent an email to the website, complaining about the poor quality of service. So, ten minutes later, I get an automated response saying they will "look into it." Guess what? Nobody has gotten back with me. Real surprise. Looks like this Buffalo Wild Wings is going to go the way of the old Steak and Shake that we had in Spotsylvania for a few years. They eventually had to close because people stopped coming because of the louzy service. I have never met a greater group of people in an establishment. We got in late on a Tuesday night and they were finishing up the trivia night and mostly clearing out. I am not a difficult person, but I do eat a vegan diet and the bartender was so helpful. He quickly jumped to what he could help me with and even told us that they had a staff member who is vegan and he would make sure I got a good meal. They baked tater tots for me and made the most delicious veggie wrap. The employee who was vegan brought my food out and suggested an amazing dipping sauce for it. Thank you Trey and I did not catch the other young man's name. Thank you for not judging me on my dietary needs. Thank you for being aware and thank you for helping me. The overall cleanliness was on par too. There was no wait and not once did we feel forgotten or like we waited for anything for an extended period of time. We wanted a great burger so we came here and they delivered. I got the one with blue cheese and it was amazing! Great flavor and cooked well. Hubby got the one with brisket and bacon and he said it was surprisingly very good. I got mine with the potato wedges and I liked them *almost* as much as my burger. Overall it's was a good experience. We were sat right away it was a Wednesday night around 6pm so restaurant wasn't really busy. Server was nice and very attentive, she even reminded me about my points and how to redeem them. Food is ok, we ordered 20 traditional wings 1/2 Buffalo Garlic and 1/2 Salt/Vinegar Dry rub. Ok Buffalo Wild Wings can be a hit or miss depending on location and time. I have had mixed experiences with this franchise. When I went to this location I was very reserved on the dining experience. So I ordered Honey BBQ and Orange wings to my surprise they were good to go. The chicken was not over cooked and dried to the bone like I had at other places. Our food was hot and no hair was found in our wings like at the other wild wing franchise we visited before. The fries we ordered on the other hand tasted like they have been sitting around for a little longer than what they should have. Decent spot for wings. They have multiple flavors for boneless or bone in wings. I tried the spicy garlic and lemon pepper. Spicy garlic was flavorful and had a nice heat to it. The lemon pepper was mediocre at best. I'd say wing stop wings have a more pronounced lemon pepper taste. We ordered online and were notified that our order would be available for curbside pick up and to just call once arrived and parked in designated parking. We did as instructed and were told (after the host checked with management) that they DO NOT do curbside pick up. Wait. What?
