First off it started out great. Got seated quickly, got waited quickly but that all changed when they sat a party of probably nearly 40 with our same waitress. After that we got no attention. While our initial drinks were came out right away and our appetizer came out fresh, the rest of the night was disaster. The wings we got were cold. We didn't even box up the rest of them to go they were that bad. I waited nearly over 20 minutes on another drink that never came. The wings ended up being comped by another server but our original waitress never apologized or acknowledged anything. Worst dining experience at a BDubs. I ordered 10 mild buffalo wings with celery and ranch and a house salad. The waitress said "celery and carrots?" I said no, just celery. When she repeated the order back, she said celery and carrots. I was not going to correct her again. My mom ordered the loaded nachos and a salad with house vinaigrette. Not even 5 minutes later, an expeditor brought my wings out, but no other food for my mom. (I wanted the salad first, but that's my fault for not indicating it.) Then about another 5-7 mins later, the same expeditor brings out my mom's "loaded" nachos and salad and my mom said, "she had a salad too". The supposedly loaded nachos had like very little chili on them even when my mom asked them to make sure it had plenty of chili on it. Our waitress even said yeah that's pathetic and I even told them. My wings were cold, not even remotely lukewarm and barely had any sauce on them, it was like someone painted them with a brush, and dry, fried into oblivion. The meat had been shriveled up. I didn't say anything or send them back because I didn't want to be that person and I was hungry (from not having lunch). On the bill, there was a charge for extra chili when it should have had enough chili in the first place. Will definitely not be going back to that location ever again. read more

I've ordered from this location several times and never had any issues. My last time was this past Saturday 3/28. I always order through the mobile app and have it delivered. This time I had food missing and what appeared to be a partially eaten order of fried pickles. I called the restaurant and the girl that answered was so very rude basically telling me it wasn't their problem or issue. I was not happy. I called back and asked for the manager- after being on hold for several minutes their system crashed so I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager. I was very upset when I arrived but the manager handled my issue with grace. He apologized for what was said and another employee confirmed what was said and by who. By the time I left I felt that they had been redeemed. The manager and then the 3 other ladies I spoke to were friendly and engaging so at the end of the day don't let 1 bad experience keep you from giving them a chance. This is easily the worst customer service I have ever received. On multiple occasions we have had to wait for ages to be served or checked on, however on our last visit, we were seated, and despite not being anything near busy, the staff and management utterly ignored us, walking right past, refusing to stop, male eye contact, or speak to us. After more than 10 minutes of this we decided to leave, they finally decided to speak to us, rudely insulting and condescending to us. Never again will we visit this overpriced establishment. I went to lunch with a friend for some drinks and wings. My friend looks a little young but is 23 years old. He showed a valid drivers license but because it was out of state and his hair was shorter, the manager came out and refused to serve him. We left immediately and went right across the street to another place where they took his ID no problem. DO NOT TRY TO VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE AN OUT OF STATE ID OR THEY MAY NOT SERVE YOU AND CALL YOU A LIAR. This is the only BWW's we eat at. We always order wings, sometimes with dry rub, sometimes with sauce. The wings are usually cooked to the point of being tender which is critical for us. We really like the regular buffalo sauce or rub. We also order the pretzels which we really like and sometimes the fried pickles. We have never had a bad server. Large Traditional Buffalo Wings Wild flavoured Onion Rings What Is It: The wild flavour is the second hottest on their menu which is what my wings were drenched with (I always order extra wet) The onion rings were a beer battered sort and come with southwest sauce. Presentation: I always like the yellow and black colours of BWW and their cool buffalo that adorn all of their trays and such. The food all looked very presentable as well. 9 out of 10 Taste: These were some fantastic wings. The chicken itself didn't dry up which happens a lot from all the BWW locations that I have visited so that's a plus. They put lots of the Wild sauce on which is good and their bleu cheese is above average. Their onion rings are my favourite of any where I've been as the batter is fantastic and the southwest sauce is epic. The combination makes every onion ring awesome. All in all a tremendous visit. During the course of my visit, I presented my newly acquired state ID, obtained just last week from the DMV. However, to my disbelief, Scott insisted that such IDs couldn't be issued for four years. He showed me his old ID and told me that's what it looks like. His refusal to acknowledge the validity of my identification left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. We ordered the house sampler and wings with hot sauce and mango habanero sauce. Boy did I tear up on the mango habanero. Wow! Experience was incredible. The table was more immaculate than Virgin Mary. Serviced was stunning. Food was boneless. Only complaint, if it can even be called a complaint is that the server didn't bring a box. As I searched for a vessel to transport my boneless leftovers, I had to resort to my front shirt pocket. And I have never been to a BWW location where the service is more on point/the staff is more accommodating. I was looking for a decently priced place to eat and maybe watch some baseball with a friend from Latonia, after having attended a disastrous Reds performance in Game 4 in the NLDS against San Francisco. We went in, and were seated pretty quickly, though our hostess seemed a little off-key and unenthused, and lost as to what games were being shown on the TVs. I'm personally not at all a wings guy (heretic!!) but there's a great menu of burgers and sandwich to better fit my tastes, and the prices are also reasonable. We were served by James, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the fish tacos, which I ordered. My friend, who is vegetarian, wasn't too impressed with the solution. He ordered the black bean burger, but it looked like meat to me, and I tasted it myself.. indeed it was and James worked hard to double-time the right thing for my friend from the kitchen. Despite a little setback there, I was impressed, and quite frankly, am better sold on BWW, even they may be so commonplace around here.
