I came here curious about why this Buffalo Wild Wings location has such low ratings, especially since it was my first time eating here. From the start, the experience was great--we were greeted immediately and seated right away. Our server, Maddie, was super sweet and on top of everything. Even though there were only about nine minutes left for happy hour, she made sure to get our drinks and food orders in so we could still get the happy hour pricing. She checked on us regularly without being overbearing, and the food did not disappoint. The wings were hot, fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The condiments were solid, and the stuffed tater tots were a straight-up party in your mouth. About 15 minutes after we sat down, the place was packed, and it's also a great spot to watch games with plenty of TVs. I usually go during happy hour on weekdays since appetizers are half off (minus the sampler) and there are drink specials. Best deal is the ultimate nachos--add chicken and guac, and you're set. Wings are the main event, and bone-in, extra wet is the way to go. I mix up my flavors a lot, but Thai Curry is my favorite for its balance of spice and flavor. Other go-tos are Original Buffalo, Caribbean Jerk, Mango Habanero, Spicy Garlic, and Garlic Parmesan. Service can be hit or miss, but I'm not there for the service. If your food comes out fresh and hot, it's a win. My wife likes the All-American cheeseburger and the original chicken sandwich--they're great when they actually show up hot. Visit Date: Sunday, July 27, 2025 Time: Approximately 8:45 PM Location: Buffalo Wild Wings I visited this location with my two kids on a Sunday night after a trip, hoping for a quick and satisfying dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to poor service, lack of leadership, and an unclean dining area. We were greeted by an employee in the lobby who handed us menus and told us to sit anywhere in the bar area. Even though only about five parties were seated, most of the tables were still covered in dirty plates and glasses. I counted at least six uncleared tables. After checking a few, we found one that hadn't been wiped down but looked cleaner than the others. Our server, Maaliyah, greeted us shortly after. She appeared to be the only one working the entire bar area. After dropping off a tray of napkins and one fork, she asked for our drink orders. The kids ordered sodas, and I asked for a beer and a glass of water. She returned later with the sodas and the water, then asked what kind of beer I wanted because she had forgotten. A short time later, she brought the beer. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was unusually slow. While waiting for our food, I noticed other tables struggling to get their checks. A party of three nearby kept looking for their server. A family behind us looked like they were waiting to pay as well. A party of two eventually trickled out without any clear signs they paid. One of the guests from the party of three eventually flagged down a bartender, who said she would find their server. Then, another employee in a hooded sweatshirt, who seemed to be heading home, stepped in and rang them up. I would have left if my kids hadn't been so hungry and set on getting wings. We didn't have many options while traveling back into town. When our food finally arrived, it was decent. I noticed that our server, Maaliyah, was still handling everything by herself. By the end of our visit, I saw her cleaning tables after helping all remaining customers. It became clear she was probably the only one doing her job. Meanwhile, two male employees were wandering the area. One in a button-up shirt, later confirmed as the assistant manager, briefly stepped behind the bar to relieve the bartender for a minute. Then he disappeared for about 15 minutes before returning and checking beer fridge inventory. The other male employee, reportedly a supervisor, simply disappeared. The rest of the staff seemed disengaged. The host walked through the bar and vanished. Another waitress went into the empty dining room and later could be heard vacuuming. A couple of kitchen employees passed through but didn't help clean tables. It was frustrating to see so many staff members doing nothing while one server struggled to manage the floor. This restaurant was dirty, disorganized, and poorly run. Management was either absent or ineffective. No one stepped up to support the single overwhelmed server. Dirty tables sat untouched for most of our visit. Team roles seemed unclear, and basic responsibilities were ignored. This was easily one of the worst experiences I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I hope this review prompts leadership to reassess staffing, cleanliness, and customer service at this location. read more

On this occasion I ordered from their app. We had a 30 minute window and showed up four minutes after the order should have been ready. Unfortunately when the hubster went inside to pick up our order there were no employees to be found. Finally after waiting for over seven minutes someone did appear and he was able to get out food. Excellent service from Sky our waitress. She was friendly, knowledgeable and brought out quality food. We're fans of BWW and it's usually fine but tonight was something else. Our chips were freshly made, and the portion filled the tray. Sometimes the amount of chips is merely half the tray. Tonight the chips were fresh and properly warmed and the salsa was spot on. Our wing order came promptly and were fresh from the fryer. We were given ample ranch and bleu cheese sides. It was a good night for us having Sky helping us!! Love the team here along with the environment! It's a nice visit for a drink, family dinner, or a date. Pretty much satisfies all your needs. I think I've been here 3 weeks in a row now because I enjoy it so much. Definitely will keep coming. It's been really nice watching the basketball finals here since they provide so many different screens. The previous reviews are kind of off putting but I try to keep in mind that as time goes by, new hosts and servers come onto the team, so I give them the benefit of the doubt. BWW is open for to go and patio seating right now. There wings are good for me as a keto restaurant option- traditional with dry rub of choice. The wings were great and ready to pick up when I got there after I ordered online. They do have reserve parking for pickup orders but you still have to go inside to pick up the order. I'd feel better if they numbered the parking and brought it out to you like other places. It makes sense, right? Why make everyone who has Pick up orders cram into the little entry way? Might as well let us sit there and eat too, not very safe. If you order the same dinner on door dash it's $42 versus $27. Still good food but would like to see that changed. read more

Even though I came here recently, I had to update my review because the service is just outstanding! We had the pleasure of having Myriah as our server, and it was some of the best service I have ever had. We wanted to sit outside on the patio, and no one was specifically covering the patio, but she immediately offered to serve us out on the patio. She checked up on us throughout the meal, and she always brought out everything efficiently and quickly! She was so friendly and made it a point to make sure we were comfortable. Amazing service! This time, I also tried the parmesan garlic boneless wings. I have never had these before and was impressed! I did find the flavor to be a little overly salty, but it wasn't inedible. Overall, my usual order (asian zing boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, and potatoes wedges) all came out perfectly, and I was happy and full by the end of my meal! We visited this Buffalo Wild Wings in Folsom on Friday evening, December 21, 2024, it was our first visit to this restaurant. The restaurant was not particularly busy. We were greeted with a smile and seated right away. The table we were seated at was not very clean. We brushed food crumbs away and sat down. Our waitress approached and asked if we wanted to order drinks. We did but we needed a few minutes. The waitress approached again shortly thereafter and aggressively asked if we were ready to order. She seemed to be in a rush and we definitely felt rushed. We ordered an appetizer as well as two orders of wings and a hamburger. When the food arrived, it looked as though it was left-over from the lunch crowd. The food quality and taste left a lot to be desired. I went to the men's room and found it to be dirty. I don't think it had been cleaned at all that day. The large sink soap dispenser was empty, thankfully, there was another which had soap. Overall, I give this place one star. When we visited, the restaurant was not busy so there is little excuse for waitstaff rushing customers, poor food quality and restaurant cleanliness that definitely needs improvement. Our server, Julia, was just great when I suggested the hottest blazing it's called. She stated that most don't like the flavor, and she was right. We have given this place numerous opportunities over the past 2 years only to be disappointed each and every time. The consistency in serving subpar quality wings is remarkable. But the service is probably one of the worst. i'm pretty sure that customer service is not a priority for this chain establishment anymore. They all seemed to be waiting for their food. One waiter was taking orders. Everyone looked as if they were waiting for their order to be taken or wait for their food. No one was eating. We ordered bbq, Asian spice, curry something and garlic wings. They came out and each plate had two nubs of carrots and two miserable sticks of celery. The fries used to be distinctive crinkle cut, now they are just fries. That whole mess cost 62 with a tip. Just lousy. Folks, no wonder the Buffalo Wild Wing brand is having financial troubles. The fact they keep the place barely lit might be a sign they can barely keep the power on. I think this is the final time we'll go to another one of their restaurants... Have been there several times and the service is terrible. They take forever to get to you to even get drinks started. Then you have to wait a long time to even get your drinks. Food comes out at different times so you cant enjoy your meal with your friends and family. Several people that work there, including Julia, are extremely rude and refused to help us.
