Went here earlier today with some friends and had a good time. We sat at the bar and the bartender took our order for drinks almost right away, but then it took her a while to get back to us to take our food orders. In her defence there were a few people sitting at the bar, but this wasn't my issue I had today. My issue was how long it took for us to get our food. It was one of the longest waits I've had at a restaurant and overall it was pretty empty there. Then when we got our wings mine weren't covered in sauce evenly. This place is great for families and sports fans. I would guess there are more than 20 TVs and kids can pick up a tablet to play games at the table. if you are older - they have a nice bar. They have a lot of choices for kids. I personally like the salt and vinegar wings. They have over 10 flavors of wings for anyone. It took a while for our food to be served both times we came to eat. Wings. Beer. Sports. This should be a no brainer. You're basically speaking right to my soul. Other BWW locations have it under control, but this one is inconsistent. If you have to send back chicken wings for being overcooked, undercooked, under-sauced, or you get charged extra for blue cheese or ranch? The service is friendly but overall inattentive. The most damning indictment is that you're better off buying their sauces (Thai Curry!) and making your own wings at home. Baking powder helps baked wings get crispy, buy an air fryer, or deep fry your own. All the benefits, none of the drawbacks. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at this restaurant chain. I went here on Saturday with my husband and my daughter. The service was horrible and it's sad that the waitress couldn't care less about it and her fake apologetic tone said it all. They took forever to get our drinks out and they messed up half of our food order. They messed up on an order of cheese wedges we ordered and when they took it back to fix it, they threw a bunch of nasty cheese on it and nuked it in the microwave. My burger had buffalo sauce on it instead of the barbecue sauce that was requested. Also, everyone's fries were super dry, tasted old, and were cold. As you see on the receipt, the food was done at 7:05pm. We picked up at 7:25. Our food had been sitting for 20 minutes. We were told to come at 7:45, when our food would have been sitting for 40 minutes! I called and spoke with the manager, Rodney, and he cut me off after I mentioned the fries and asked what I wanted done in a very rude, doesn't give a shhh type voice. I said he could start by pretending to be apologetic as I had been taught in every customer service job I've ever had. He replied again asking what I wanted done. I said since I had used a gift card given to me for my last order being messed up, I wanted cash back as I would not be wasting my time a 3rd time. He said I could only have a gift card back. I said I didn't want it and asked to speak to another manager. He told me Paul wouldn't be in until Saturday. Horrible experience, our first visit before only take out was great, we loved the food, the service, it was going to be our new favorite restaurant. I tried them for the first time not long ago. I wish I would have read the reviews here first. I have had better wings from the frozen section of the grocery store. They were rubbery and tasted off somehow, did not even finish them. We used delivery which did not show up when the Buffalo Wildwing website said it was delivered, I called and they said my order was still there. In total it took over 2 hours for delivery, I know things are off right now but this was just bad. So food was also cold. Never again, just go to the grocery store and save yourself a bunch of money and disappointment. read more

I understand that it is super bowl but we called in an order at 10:30 this morning for a 4:30 pick up. They said it would be ready no later than 4:30. My husband went to pick up the order at 4:15 since we were told no later than 4:30. When he got there he was told another 15 minutes or so. So he went outside and waited. Came back in at 4:30. Told him it still wasn't ready and they couldn't tell us how long it would be. What is the point of placing an order ahead of time??? He asks if it would be longer than 30 minutes. They reassured him it would not be. Waited until 5:00, went back and checked, still not ready. He has now missed over an hour of the super bowl. I call at 5:15 to get an update, they don't even see our order. My husband goes back inside and someone goes to the kitchen to check. He comes back out and tells him it will be 45 minutes to an hour. So our food would be ready after 6:15 which is ALMOST 2 HOURS past our pick up time!!!! Canceled order it is! Awesome to miss over over half of the super bowl, just to be given the run around and still never get our food!!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced! People that got there after got food first. Even the people that walked in and ordered food in person got their food before ours ever came up! Horrible way to treat your customers!!!! I want to start off by saying that I LOVE Buffalo wild wings. My husband and I go probably twice a month, and even order take out. I've never had a single complaint in all the years of coming to BWW. This time, my mom and I had a waitress named Alex, who was probably the least friendly waitress I've ever come in contact with. No smiles, no apologies, nothing but attitude. She walked by us probably 12 times the entire meal and checked on us once. The food was awful! Half the pieces of lettuce in my Caesar salad had NO dressing at all, just water. There was absolutely no flavor, and I didn't know you could mess up Caesar salad?? My mild boneless wings were so dry and hard, they didn't even have the coloring of mild sauce, let alone the flavor of any sauce at all. I had to ask for more salad dressing and more mild sauce, which I guess was the most daunting task ever, by how I was treated when I asked. I hate writing off a restaurant I've always loved because of this one person and how bad the food was this once, but I guess that just shows how horrible this experience was. read more

I paid $1.50 per wing (probably more) and why? Because I was given 9 wings in my delivery order instead of 10. When you order wings, you get to pick a flavor for every 5 wings. I ordered 2 flavors, but got 1? If I wanted dry and plain wings, I would've bought my own 10 wings for cheaper and kept them in the oven for a couple of hours then fried them to ensure dryness and no seasoning. My family and i went to have dinner tonight, waitress took 15 min to take our order, 45 mun later she comes to check on us and realizes she had forgotten to put our order in! A manager comes out apologizes and said he would take care of us. Our food came out wrong and incomplete! And we still got a full bill. Another manager comes out we explained the situation and offered a discount at this time we r not only mad about the wait and the incomplete order and told her that the other manager said he would take care of us and we were surprised that we hadnt even got a discount. Wings are good BUT... We had to wait soo long (we went 2 times there).. They messed something with the bills up, but wasn't a big problem. To get actually a table on a normal day is nearly impossible to get it right away. This wild wings is full of waitress and they are on their own way! You'll see.. Sometimes funny too watch. The only reason why I'm giving this place one star is because the food was good, and I had to in order to give a review.... So....where to begin? Let's just say...the service was TERRIBLE! My boyfriend and I we tend to go to BWW a lot and so we decided to go to this one just because it was closest one from our house. We were hoping that our experience would be as good as always...but let me say WE WERE WRONG. Our server was really rude, did not come by at our table and asked if we needed anything else, our cups were empty. We had order dry rubbed wings and side of sauce so we could dip it, the food came and we ordered another sauce on the side...15 mins past and still our sauce wasn't on our table...another five mins past still haven't given us our sauce...we finally found her and approached her and told her we didn't want it anymore...there was no apologies or anything... The rest of the time there she didn't even come to our table not even once! Plus another waitress came to take our bill.... I never met someone that seem to not want to be there as much as her...and NO I AM NOT EXAGGERATING! If the manager or staff are wondering who it was...but we were there at 10 our tables were near the restroom, and our waitress was skinny, tall, brown hair girl with a pony tail.... I don't usually give such a bad review, but it really is deserving. I ordered iced tea and it came with no ice. The waitress just said sorry it melted, so I had to specifically ask for more ice. I ordered the prime rib salad, which according to the menu comes with dressing. When the salad got to our table, it had no dressing and the "prime rib" was cheap bad tasting deli meat. I had to ask for my dressing and the waitress didn't know that it should have come with a specific kind. read more

If I wasn't lazy I would drive to the lynnwood location. This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I ordered the 50 piece party platter. Over the phone, the waitress told me I only had 2 sauce choices and nothing else. So I ordered the two sauce choices and was forced to order two extra sauce choices. I was also told that I would only recieve a 2oz ranch cup for my order and nothing else. So we went to the store and bought our own thinking that we were only going to get 2oz of sauces on everything. I even asked the lady about all of this and she "checked" with her manager and came back with the same answer... you only get 2 sauce choices in 2oz cups with 2oz of ranch, only. I found out when I arrived that none of it was true... Even had my two sauces wrong. The wings were good but the experience was terrible. Costed me extra money because i bought sauce on the thought of not being able to get eveything I wanted. The lady at the front them mixed up my order with a 15pc and told me that this was definitely it after reading the name... THE NAME WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO MINE! Illiteracy is a problem, I get it.. but My name has 4 letters and the name on the tag had 7letters. Not going to say my name but how do you mess that up? Will I come back? I want to, but I definitely will find alternative choices moving forward.. even if it will cost me that much more, I will pay for good service and proper order taking. read more

Nope. I've given them three chances. First they never gave me my food. We were in a large group and I was the only one to not get it, finally they realized it was sitting on the order pickup window the whole time. They offered to remake it but we were leaving so I didn't have time. Second time, our waitress was having a meltdown as her boyfriend broke up with her via text. We know this as all the other staff were busier gossiping (so loudly that we could hear this at our table) than helping her section. Finally the ex boyfriend showed up and things sort of worked out? I don't know. I just know I finally got my order after it sat for over 30 minutes and it was cold. They comped it along with most of our stuff but it was ridiculous. Third and final time, my friends and I only got drinks. It was so overpriced we thought they rang each other drinks on every tab. Two Mac & Jacks for $17? I got a gift card for them for an xmas present, I just gave it away rather than even try. I've had their food at the Smokey Point location, it's not bad. I've never had a good experience here. This a review based solely on ILiana. An order with DoorDash was placed which the rep who delivered was very nice. The order delivered was incorrect which Iliana said was not Buffalo Wild Wings fault because the door dash driver grabbed 2 orders of the same and it was Door dashe's fault. The orders delivered were burgers and an order of wings. Pretty hard to mess that delivery up. It was not door dashes fault the orders picked up were not similar at all and the wrong wings were made. Instead of resolving the issue quickly it had to be escalated to the manager because it was "not Iliana's problem". Not only was Iliana the one who put the order on but also the one who gave the orders to the driver and said they were correct and said it was the drivers fault. She's probably a perfect person in her world. It's a lot easier to fix and issue instead of a rude B****. I'm understanding of an order being incorrect, it's busy there. However when you have an employee who lies, makes incorrect orders and is also disrespectful over the phone is not good for any business and also a liability. The manager fixed the issue. This rating is solely based on Iliana. Iliana, everyone has access to internet and can look anybody up. We are that kind of people. You're a fat ugly B*****. Good luck to you. read more

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience, first ambiance, they play the music so loud you have to speak as if you are in a club. The service was awful, my girlfriend and I sat at a table in a nearly empty restaurant for 15 mins without even submitting a drink order. When we grew tired of the wait we left, as we were walking out the three employees standing at the entrance chatting had the nerve to say "thank you" At which point I explained that I was very unsatisfied, I informed the employees that we had sat at a table unattended for 15 mins while we watched the server make multiple trips to the tables next to us. The employees were unmoved by my report, I walked out unsure if I will ever go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. read more

Hit or miss with this location. My wife and I go here every Tuesday, sometimes Thursday, and we always get a large basket drums only. I'm not sure if that's hard to understand but they usually mess it up. There's only 2 waiters we actually like and who seem to enjoy they're job. Everyone else seems like they wanna jump off a cliff. I have no idea why young people like this place, the food is crap....Last night my son chose this place for his 17th birthday, we were a party of 5.  We started with deluxe nachos and paid extra for chicken meat on them.  I always forget that this place does not use real cheese, it is an artificial cheese sauce like cheese wiz!  I'm always disappointed.   Only the cheese sauce was warm on the nachos, the chopped chicken meat and veggies were cold. I don't care for much on their menu, I figured since it's a chicken place (you know "chicken wings")  that their chicken burger would be good -  not!  The chicken patty tasted processed and had a rubbery, spongie texture, it was not even that big of portion and the side of fries had way too much salt, and that's coming from someone who heavily salts their fries, but it was like the salt shaker spilled on them, and the fries were luke-warm......I've been to this establishment a few times and even different locations, and last night's experience was typical, I've never been impressed with BWW at any location. Here'e what to expect at any BWW location: crappy food, no real cheese on any menu items (only processed cheese sauce), pretty good bone-in wings, but boneless wings are not much better then chicken Mcnuggets, no real plates, messy saucy wings are served in tiny paper trays, slow service and sometimes the place can be really really loud (last night was OK, but I have been to other locations where you cannot even talk across the table because the music is so loud).  And because the place is  loud, they often screw up your order since no one can hear anything.  Last night, when waiter asked how my son's wings are, my son said "can I get ten more", but the waiter thought he said "can I get water" So the birthday boy never got his extra wings read more

The worst!! Went to BWW to watch the opening huskies game and they didn't have it on the TV. Had to ask many times and then once it was on the TV they changed it after about 15 min. Emily is the best bar tender!!! She was the only bar tender for the Seahawks game and she never missed a beat! Girl is amazing!!

I LOVE BWW. I really do. But this place is just not good. We live only 5 minutes away from this location which is the only reason we go here. 90% of the time, our wait for take out is supposed to be 20 minutes, but somehow, it always turns into 45 minutes. Recently, we've had ridiculously long wait times AND cold food. When we ask what's taking so long, we're always told, "it's almost ready." Really? How long does it actually take to fry some chicken and fries? At least in the past, our food was fresh. Numerous times we've had something wrong with our order as well. The service is just ok but more often than not, there are no servers to be found. Whoever the manager is at this location really needs to fix the way it's being run. I gave 2 stars for the off time that our food is actually hot (or even warm) and we don't have a ridiculously long wait. Otherwise, it would only get 1. read more

The experience we had here as a group of 14+ was terrible. We waited over 1.5 hrs to get in and then when we ordered the service was horrible. The apps all came out at the same time as main course, some people didn't even get their meal until the most of the table was done eating. The manager came over and didn't even know what was going on. The server hid in the back and did not want to address the problems with the table. Food was wrong, drinks ordered were wrong and they were "out" of items used to make a Long Island iced tea. We had kids in our party and they didn't get food until half of the table was already done with the food. I'm thoroughly disappointed at this place.. Love the wings, hit or miss on the service (usually miss because they're so dang slow) the wings though take a while to get out to you, but when they do they are piping hot and freshly cooked! Would recommend only going on Tuesdays and Thursday's because the wings are cheap and other than those days the menu is overpriced. read more

Of course the food comes back and it's 100% wrong...one of my coworkers didn't get anything close to what he ordered. And we can't keep going back and forth to fix orders. Came back under management request, and observed as a secret before the staff knew who I was or why I was there. This manager, Calvin, actually gave a Damn. I admit, there was an improvement. Madison, captain of the night, was amazing and impressive. Caught me looking around and was at my side asking if she could help in an instant. She repeatedly checked up on me, despite my not being her table. This was completely unlike before - she wasn't working that night. She is exceptional! My server Sierra was leaps and bounds more attentive than prior experience. The wings were fantastic, very tasty and quick to the table. This experience was Apple's to oranges from the last. Neither Sierra nor Madison worked that night of horror. That tells me KEEP THEM!!! Far better experience. Far far far better. read more
