Very unprofessional take-out workers. I always order when I get home from work and receive incorrect items. I have never received everything i paid for on an order a single time on DoorDash and most recently they told my dasher that they could not complete my order because "take-out closes at 11:30". I placed the order at 10:48 so they had plenty of time to read the order on the tablet and make it before the dasher arrived. I understand that it's frustrating to give take out orders after 11:30 but you are still serving food in the building, the ovens are still on, and people are still working. Don't be a dick because someone's hungry and you think you're a victim for having to make some fucking wings at 11 o clock that you're already gonna make anyways. read more

Wow what a rude staff!! This place used to be so fun and inviting. Went there last night around 5pm with 8 coworkers. One of our coworkers was leaving to start basic training for the military and we were wanting to celebrate him. We called earlier to try to make a reservation, and was told they don't take reservations. 7 of us arrived at the same time but the hostess sat us in 2 different booths. I assumed it was Covid related but looking around there restaurant there was another table that had 8 people at it. We were all kinda taken back that we couldn't sit together. So I went to ask the hostess if we could move two smaller tables together so we can sit together. And she abruptly said "no". And I said is it Covid related and she said "no". And I said well that other table has 8 people sitting at it so why can't we all sit together. And she looked at them and said "they are a family". Now now I'm annoyed. And I said what does that have to do with it? Let me speak to a manager.. she rolled her eyes and walked away So now I'm wondering what the heck is going on cause none of this makes any sense. About that moment a woman with long red braids comes out and put her hands on her hip and just stares at me. I assume she's the manager but she never introduces herself to me or introduced herself as the manager or even asked how she could help. So I politely said told her we would like a table for 8 so we can all sit together and she said they don't accommodate groups that large. So I look at the other table that has 8 people at it and I said oh really... cause that's a table of 8. Then I said. I don't know why we can't just move these 2 tables together. She said. Oh we don't move tables. I said we will be happy to move them. She said no....we don't move tables because each table is assigned a waiter and if we move two tables together then our party will have two waiters... and I just looked dumbfounded. I said that's ok I guess. As long as we can sit together.. she said no it's not ok. Then she said what you can do is come back to the hostess area and wait for a table large enough to support our group to become available. Keep in mind the place is practically empty. I was so confused. At that moment. I wanted to just tell everyone we will go somewhere else. But it wasn't my party and I didn't want to spoil the evening so I just smiled and said wow. I didn't really know it was going to be such a big deal. So then the manager rolled her eyes and told the hostess to accommodate us by moving the two tables together. So as I walked back to my table our waitress was taking drink orders and I looked at her and said ii really didn't think it was gonna be this big of a deal to get this much attitude about it. She seemed as shocked as I did. She said it shouldn't be but I'm new here. And with that we moved to our table to be able to sit together and had a great time and our waitress was great. But clearly this place has some personnel issues that need sorted out before you loose more money. Cause you almost lost 50$ from 8 people. That waitress saved the evening. read more

I don't know the severs name who took care of us, mainly because I wasn't given a name when we were greeted. But, the food was delivered and there were clearly refills needed, and things that we asked for upon ordering never came. Being a server, I could understand if the restaurant was busy. However, we were one of like 10 tables in the entire place that had guests seated.
