When she said she would prefer to wait to eat with everyone he said he could put it under the heat lamp... The heat lamp did not work. Her dinner was cold by the time we all received our meals. The server also failed to return to check on us, refill our drinks or acknowledge us in any way. He failed to honor the discount offered by the hotel that we were staying at and covered that up by not giving us a receipt... And he was nowhere to be found after he received payment. To top that off, the food was passable at best... Except for my wife whose dinner was cold because the server didn't care enough to do his job. One last, probably minor but still annoying, detail... I hate restaurants that only give you a tiny cup of ketchup for a burger and fries... And make you beg if you want more. Bar Louie failed it every level. Never again!
