He failed to honor the discount offered by the hotel that we were staying at and covered that up by not giving us a receipt... And he was nowhere to be found after he received payment. To top that off, the food was passable at best... Except for my wife whose dinner was cold because the server didn't care enough to do his job. One last, probably minor but still annoying, detail...
