Cold fries, cold overcooked wedges, unsauced wings were overcooked and had an odd plastic taste to them, Hatch chili burger was literally flavorless. We would not have come here if we had just gone by its reviews. Two stars is usually a no no, but someone at Morryde told us about it so we came anyway. I had called ahead to see if we could get outside seating because we have our labradoodle with us and it's 95 degrees in Elkhart, IN. They said they do but no servers. He said we could bring her in if she's well behaved. She is an Emotionally Support animal, and is very docile. My husband had the patty melt and I had the classic burger. Our waitress, Crystal, was a great waitress. She smiles, is friendly and was always checking to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything. I won't say that the food I ate tasted terrible...but when I pointed out the hair in my fries and said I had lost my appetite nobody from management came to apologize and ensure I was okay. There is a reason for the low rating here. Trust the rating and save yourself the money, time, and tastebuds. This is one of the lower ends of a BWW I have ever been to. The wait staff are uninterested in their jobs, the kitchen staff is uninterested in their jobs, and in general, the place is lacking as a food environment. If you are happy finding a bar with the sports channels on, then this is your hang, but you may want to eat your lunch or dinner before you come here or else get so completely drunk that you are not aware of the SLOP that they are serving here as food, because if you take the chance and show up hungry or with any thought of an expectation about food quality in your head, you are in for a rude surprise. I'm definitely not saying that all BWW's are this poor quality, but this one has let me down the three times I have been there and I say that I will not go there again!!! I don't care how hungry I am, this place really gets a negative rating in my book, but you can go and be your own judge. read more

Went today for lunch and had the nachos. They were absolutely LOADED! It was just a single waitress and the bar tender for the entire restaurant and she said it's their norm for Mondays. We've haven't had such excellent customer service in a long time. Our drinks and food came quickly. We never had to ask for refills. She sent us home with to go cups. We usually love our visits here! We have been ordering from local restaurants, 1 per day for over a month. Trying to support local restaurant folks! My husband picked up our order tonight. Order #10046. When he got home, all he had was 2 orders of wings. We were missing a order of carrots, a celery & carrot order, blue cheese dressing and our piece of chocolate fudge cake. Very sad! There is a first and last time for everything.. tonight was the first night I've ever ordered carryout from BWW, and I promise it will be the LAST! It should be noted I've dined in before and had decent service, but my experience tonight makes me never want to return. While the food was decent the last time, I didn't care for the fried pickles. I ordered to-go this evening for a set time of 6:40pm. My order consisted of a split 12pc. boneless (half teriyaki, half buffalo), a snack size 8pc. boneless sweet bbq, an order of fries, and an appetizer of pretzel & queso cheese. Upon my arrival at 6:40, I was greeted by a girl at the takeout counter who stated my order wasn't ready just yet. I had ordered nearly 40 minutes in advance, so I found this to be slightly ridiculous. Fast forward five minutes, I'm being helped by another who got my food out of the case, and stated it "didn't look like it had been packaged properly". The food had LITERALLY been thrown into the bag with NO sort of organization or care. As he was pulling it out to show it to me, half of the boxes were COVERED in the queso cheese from my pretzel, that had been put into a container with NO lid! I pointed out that it should have a lid, he agreed, and went to get one from the kitchen. Thinking he would refill the cheese, replace the saturated boxes & bag, I left satisfied enough. When I got home.. he had not replaced ANY of the packaging, did not wipe off ANY of the containers, and most insulting he didn't refill my queso cheese. The food was disastrous. The fries tasted hard with no salt content, my medium wings weren't sauced enough to my liking, the teriyaki tasted off, lastly the pretzel was (obviously) soggy & what was left of the cheese tasted almost freezer burnt. I am so beyond disappointed. I paid over $30 to walk away so unhappy & unsatisfied. Half of the food is inedible & will be going into the trash. I feel like I could've got a better experience for less than half the price down the way at McDonalds. I will never again order carryout from here, and I will probably never patronize this location again. I called and spoke to the manager (Sasha I believe) and she was kind enough to offer to comp me for a pretzel & queso. I told her politely that that was unnecessary & to just please reprimand the kitchen staff to "tighten it up". She indicated to me that it wasn't the first time today they failed to put a lid on queso, resulting in a similar situation earlier. Wow. Sadly, I will never go back. read more

Was traveling on a sister's trip and stayed at an Air B&B in Bristol. After an exhausting day, we came here for dinner. Our waitress seemed large and in charge and was surly the whole time. She acted exasperated when we asked for simple things such as mustard. We were actually so uncomfortable that at one point we nervously asked for boxes so we could take our entire meal back with us to eat. We ate a couple things and finished the food later. When "tip time" got closer she warmed up a bit . The food was delicious--even reheated. I will not go back the next time in town--there are too many kind Amish places To go. We ate here the other day as we were staying next door at the hotel. We received the absolute WORST service of our life at this restaurant. We placed our order and waited at least 20-30 minutes with no appetizer and no one in sight to check in with about it, when we got the opportunity to to ask about it, the waitress response when bringing it to the table was "I have no idea what happened back there". No big deal, we ate and wait for the rest of our food. We waited on that food for almost 40-45 minutes. We were here for over an hour and half waiting on food. We then had to wait on refills, which no waitress ever showed up to offer to get for us. We did not see our waitress but 2-3 times the whole meal that including taking our order at the beginning. My husband actually got up and refilled our waters for us himself bc we had waited for so long for a refill. Then we had to ask for a Togo box and our check. By the time the check and box showed up we were so frustrated we just left the food bc we decided it wasn't worth any more. We left the exact amount for the meal in cash and walked out. Asked about it and was told the management had told them they were giving out too many fries, so this was normal now. An absolute joke for $3.99... Then we got charged for $1.50 for a small cup of blue cheese with $20 of tiny wings. Extremely bad service. We got seated down, the restaurant was pretty dead. Maybe 2 or 3 other tables seated throughout the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for a server before we just got up and left. We go every Tuesday and we usually experience slow service even when the restaurant is dead so today was pretty much the last straw. The one off of 33 is a lot better with their service so we'll just start going to that one even if it's a farther drive for us. read more

We've been to this BDubs many times without incident, and that's exactly why I feel like our most recent visit deserves a 1-star review - because we spend so much money there! I always got my boyfriend the medium wings and he kept saying get him hot, so this time I did... or so I thought. The menu - listed under HOT - said Original Buffalo with "hot, sauce" underneath it. When you think of original Buffalo, you think Buffalo sauce right? Wrong. These Wings looked and tasted like they had absolutely nothing on them. I called the restaurant and began explaining the situation when the hostess cut me off and said "You ordered the original Buffalo." I agreed with her and said again that there was no buffalo sauce on these wings. She then explains to me that original Buffalo is not a sauce. She says it is an oil-based coating that is basically tasteless. So I asked her why it was listed as a hot sauce if it was a tasteless oil? She just kept repeating that I had ordered it. Just about to the point of hanging up on the snooty brat, I handed the phone to my boyfriend so that she could explain it to him. He asked her again why it was listed as a hot sauce if it was a tasteless oil and she again avoided answering the question. She did tell him that this happens all the time. He then asked her why they didn't do something to alter the menu if people mistake that for something else all the time. She didn't have an answer for that either. He's then asked her if there was some way that we could be compensated for receiving oily, tasteless wings, when what we thought we were ordering was buffalo sauce. She said there was not. I, personally, wanted to drive the 35 minutes to take the wings back to the store and get my money back, but my boyfriend decided to keep them and put a different sauce on them. Sat at the bar, enjoying our wings and beer when the gentlemen next to us struck up a conversation. Had a pleasant time, he bought My husband a shot and me a grasshopper. When it was time to pay, the bartender told us it was taken care of by the gentlemen. It goes to show us this world still has kind people. Next time we are out, we will have to pay it forward. The reviews were not great here but this is my second time and it is great! You need to ask for Blanca. She is a fantastic server! Had breaded tenders with Caribbean jerk and fries. Both were piping hot and delicious! Celery and carrots fresh with ample ranch dressing for dipping . I honestly couldn't finish everything but take home sounds good also! Tip... reheat on stoneware and it is just like here. Beverage was great also. They didn't have every thing on the menu, but Blanca let me know what they had and I had no problem getting a great drink. Not sure how this meal could have been better unless it was free! If I could leave a zero star rating, I would gladly do so. Out of our five dishes, only one was somewhat correct. Both burgers came without any of the toppings specifically asked for and the fries were ice cold. The macaroni with buffalo chicken was also cold and the bread was rock solid. The first drink orders were not correct and neither were the replacements and we never received the final drinks before leaving. Our waitress, April, was new and was doing a wonderful job. They were short staffed due to management sending employees home early before a concert with 85,000+ people let out just prior. We asked to speak with Paul, the manager who avoided our table until we had to repeatedly flag him down and then he became rude and defensive about our issues. He claimed to be giving us a large discount due to every order being incorrect but somehow our bill was insanely high still. We finally just were so upset that we paid and left and plan to never return... as was also stated by many others who ate there tonight and had very similar issues. Up until now, have found the new Buffalo Wild Wings to be a great addition to Elkhart. Have eaten there for girls night out, with my kids...clean and bright, decent food, safe, not bad prices, and we have had a lucky abundance of fun and attentive servers. That is, until last evening. It is unfortunate how one server can change the whole tone of a place. 6 adults arrived for a girls night out to have dinner and chat at 6. Our first server, Libby, could not have been nicer! We ate in the patio and she made sure that food was prompt, water was filled, and drinks were checked. After we had finished eating, many of us realized that the section was likely closed except for our group. As almost all of our group have been servers at one point or another, we inquired and learned that Libby was done except for us. We informed her that we were happy to cash her out and move inside when she completed her work. She moved us inside, checked on what everyone needed, and started a new tab with another server before leaving. Again, all with a smile and a friendly attitude. The new waitress, perhaps Elisha? finally greeted us after 30 minutes or so and lead with waters and a bit of inference about how much we had been drinking. One of our ladies only had 3 beers the entire time. 3 had designated drivers. She could have checked on that in a friendly way, but did not. She could have checked on us regularly, (especially if she was concerned). She did not and practically ran away after a few brief stops. When more food was requested, she was nearly too far away to hear it. When the night was nearly over, she mentioned, and we agreed, that she would get our checks. 25 minutes later we had to send someone to the bar to get them. Lastly, at some point, she sent someone over (at least that is our assumption ) to check on our experience. We made it clear that our first waitress was excellent. The 2 stars are due to the other great experiences we have had. Last night, upon leaving, I truly wanted to give 1. Moms can generally feed themselves. Heading out to a restaurant is a treat and a break from husbands, jobs, kids. Attitude in service makes or breaks customer relations. read more

If I could give this location no stars, I would. April, our server was awesome and tried to fix the many issues we had during our experience. Everything from drinks to entrees we're not acceptable. Drinks made wrong, cold food, missing food items, etc. We asked to see the manager, even watched our waitress go over to get him, then also sat for over 15 minutes while he avoided all eye contact with our table. When we finally got a chance to speak to the manager, Paul, he was combative and rude, still forcing us to pay over $50 for food that was disgusting and drinks we never received. My family and I visited BWW on Saturday night July 23rd around 1130pm. That late at night it wasn't very busy. Matter of fact it was slow. It was 7 of us and we ordered our food. It took so long (about an hour) to get our food that we just asked our server to box up our food, so that we can leave. I swear they were killing the chicken in the back that's why it took so long. The food was good to me, but my husband said his was stale. All in all my family and I didn't appreciate the service especially since a couple who came in way after us got there food right away. The sad part about it was that they were white and we were African American. I love everyone and it was sad to see this actually happen. I live in California and I've never experienced that at all.
