Service was okay. As soon as we got into the building, we had to wait nearly 20 mins to be seated. The restaurant was basically empty and quiet.. There was nobody at the front seating. Walked to the back, had to get someone to seat us because they were talking and eating food. We got seated and they were nice. Server came out quick, took our order and we waited another 25 minutes for food. We saw people who came in after us get their food first. I have a 2 year old that was pretty cranky at the time waiting for food.. we got our food and the Mac and cheese was watery ... decided to not eat it. Don't order the nachos. The wings were served luke warm. Boneless wings were thin, not enough meat in my opinion. Bone in wings had more meat but still nothing special. The wings aren't tossed in sauce, it's poured on top of the wings which makes for a saucy soggy situation. Not my preference. Our bank statement said it went through and then was refunded. We tried to see if we could wait for the order to be made but then the workers disappeared into the back. I started coming here for the boneless wings, which are good, but I really like the chicken sandwiches. Earlier this week there was no beer on tap, but I am sure this was just a temporary issue...and they still had bottled beer! All the bartenders who work here are super friendly and there is always a game on to watch. I have sworn off Wings Etc many times. Again, after a couple year break, I tried again b/c they are open later for the game I want to see. Was reluctant but the atmosphere and bartender seemed good tonight. The beer came in good time so I ordered the minimum number of wings. That test failed. They came out and about 50% looked like they had touched a sauce. I asked for extra sauce before even touching one. The extra sauce came and I anxiously grabbed the top one in the basket - refrigerator cold. Dig deeper for a comparison... all cold like they just came out of the fridge. I piled up the dishes and waited. After a few minutes the bartender hollers from the middle of the bar - how's the food? The whole bar watched as I just shook my head and pointed at a pile of cold waste. You would think that a place with wings in the name could do better, or even get them HOT!?@&$/. My only regret is that I didn't get a picture of the half coated cold pathetic wings to post. The kitchen is going to be (already is) the death of this chain. It started off when the host rolled her eyes and rudely threw down our menus because we requested a tables vs the high top table she suggested (because we had a toddler requiring a booster seat). Next, we were brought bone-in wings when boneless had been ordered. The server quickly brought boneless wings that were overcooked, hard and small without the curly fries we had ordered. After waiting 15 minutes with no drink refills, we tracked down a manager ourselves and informed him of the problem. I was told to pick up in 10 minutes. I picked up and paid for my food 8 minutes later, drove back to my office 5 minutes away and was displeased to find the wings were cold. When my wife went to move the celery out of the way of her food (no complaint, she just had to move them to get to her wings), we found that her celery had already been in ranch dip!
