Great place for a good sports outing. Wonderful place. Clean, great food selection and wonderful service. I truly enjoyed the outing.

OMG went to this place have been here before and hate to say this but each time got worse than the time before. This time was horrible and the last time ever. The food was horrible besides all wrong, overcooked just outright nasty nasty nasty. Walked in and the first thing was the horrible smell the a/c they said was down on the one side so had to sit on only one side. The smell of wet, mold, mildew, wet dog was throughout the place. My husband still wanted to sit down, my daughter was hungry as well. From there it got worse from the food being overcooked, wrong, just nasty, to the service the waitress was too busy on her phone to pay attention to any of her customers it was outright a horrible meal. Never ever will we go back here again, no wonder some of these places are closing down this one should be on the top of the list to close down read more

I've been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings for 2 years. I would order food on the app and eat it at the bar. Well, apparently they told me that I could not do that. Today I told them that nobody has ever said anything to me before. And that they told me that I had been told, which never happened, I was just warned today, so I told them. I would rather never come back. And give my business to winghouse, it's very odd to me that I cannot order food off their app and then watch TV at the bar and enjoy the food which I just purchased. So instead, I will never be a customer, a Buffalo Wild Wings again. Good riddance read more

The servers were plenty nice but that was the highlight of the meal. The seating options are poor if you have more than four people and it was incredibly loud. The kids' food came out 15-20 minutes before the other meals and the other meals were kind of lukewarm. The boneless wings were good but a little too crispy but had lots of sauce. The fried pickles were crisp and the potato wedges were very good. They had a lot of good deals, so it's worth a trip but not if you're looking for an amazing meal. read more

Morons. Showed up to pick up a to go order. Counter person acted brain dead and said they had a power outage and it would b "a little bit". I asked how long is "a lil bit". She said 10 or 15 minutes. After 30 minutes she asks the name for the order again. Then she tells me they don't have the order in their system Don't waste ur time or money. Read the health inspector reports. read more

Worst lunch ever. Ordered there chicken dippers and asked for regular. They came out completely flattened and just a bunch of hard coating. The chicken was as thin as a 1/4 inch inside so all you tasted was this coating. Thought they gave me the spicy version due to the reddish color and after burn on the flavor but they said it wasn't. Server was awful, didn't seem to give a hoot about us and did nothing to make lunch a good experience. Had to ask another server twice to help us since ours was MIA for the most part. Place was nearly empty for a Saturday and now I see why. Too many other places to go so will never go back. Been to way better stores so something is wrong with this one in particular. read more

December cool day outside but inside 60 degrees ac blasting. The service was fine but very uncomfortably cold. I asked server to adjust and she agreed it was cold but she had no control. Manager non available in grill. This chain will be next on bankruptcy. We could not go on patio unavailable no service. Bye bye hate app never works. If you go wear a jacket and mittens! read more

Service was awful and took forever to get our meal and then when it came the order was wrong and tried to tell them it was wrong but the lady that brought it was very disinterested in correcting it. I won't be back read more

Decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Browns/Cowboys game. Turns out they have a Browns Backers room which we joined. Our server took our drink order, I ordered a strawberry margarita and my husband ordered a classic margarita. She brought them right out then took our appetizer order, fried pickles. The fried pickles were very good. We then ordered 20 wings half with chipotle rub the other half in medium sauce with celery sticks and ranch and blue cheese dressing. The wings were very good. The room was very nice with all the Browns decor and TVs views in every direction even though the Browns lost. read more

I tried Buffalo Wild Wings again this time. Excellent service. I was able to use my points. The food was cooked fast. I haven't started eating it yet, but it looked amazing. And it usually is all the sauces. Were there very pleased and looking forward to eating this twenty piece boneless meal read more

Quick service! I ordered ahead of time and it was ready. I ordered 6 boneless wings but one of my wings was TiNY. Like shriveled up and smaller than my finger but the same width. I would hope they look at the wings before they send them out. And I added the new sauce by sauce Gardner and I did not get that. They game me Asian zing instead. read more

OK, so we went for lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings on ISB and I feel like they have definitely stepped up their game. We tried their new Maple Chipotle, regular bone-in wings and they were absolutely phenomenal. also, the fries were very fresh and crispy with the perfect seasoning. I couldn't even put ketchup on them. They were so delicious by themselves. Beyonce was our waitress, and she was super-friendly and attentive. Also, the manager came by our table and checked on us a couple of times as well and he was very friendly. It's just a totally different and better vibe than any other time we've ever been there. If it's been a while, you should go check it out. It was awesome!! read more

Horrible experience! We went there to celebrate my son's birthday tonight. Very slow. And finally had to ask three different employees if our food was done after 40 minutes. The food came out. ICE COLD. The waiter could literally care less. We had to track down three different people to get napkins and silverware. And finally only got them when we stood up by the employee door. Zero refills on any drinks. The manager tried to discount the bill by $10 which was a joke. appetizer came out after our frozen food. Hands-down, the worst service we've ever experienced in any restaurant. Will never be going back again and highly recommend everybody else steer clear of this disaster. read more

Order was suppose to be ready at 7:30, they cooked a 160 wing takeout order prior to my 10 piece meal. It was ready at 8:05, my dog in the car, no remorse from them. My girls chicken tenders were overcooked asf, they combined my 2 wing sauces, when they filled my drink there was dr pepper ALL over the lid that I HAD TO CLEAN OFF. Dude watched me do it. Never going here again. Pieces of shit. MULTIPLE people came in, ordered and left before i did. The sitdown area had 3 tables MAX. Fuck them. read more

This is the lowest rating i have given anybody. I always give the restaurant a chance but this was a huge miss. My take out order was simple. 10 Boneless and 10 regular bone in wings. Buffalo sauce on the regular wings and mild on the boneless. I got home and guess what. The order was backwards. Neither my wife nor i were happy. The wings were tasteless and were naked. Nothing. No sauce at all. The boneless looked like they were sitting all day and just heated up. They were smothered in Buffalo. Luck for us, we ordered the beer battered onion rings. That was the best part of the entire meal. Everything went in the garbage except the onion rings. The commercial lied. Nothing looked like the commercial. That was $30 wasted. I do not recommend the take out. They screwed up a simple order. It's chicken or chicken. Common! I will not be going here again. read more

We stopped in for lunch and although our server was handling multiple tables, she did a good job. We had a variety of boneless wings and they were all good although the orange chicken was a lot spicier than I anticipated. The fries were hot and crisp and the celery and carrots were very fresh. The lunch specials are a good deal. read more

Will NOT be going back‼‼ Usually, we go in and sit at the bar, but this time we had friends with us that we had picked up at the airport so we sat at a table in the bar area. It was about 8:45 PM on a Thursday night so it was not busy, lots of open tables everywhere. We sat there for a few minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge us or walk up to our table which never happened. My boyfriend walked over to the bartender who was on her phone and apparently did not like being interrupted. She was very rude‼‼‼ By the time he came back and sat down someone eventually came over and gave us menus. This waitress was very nice. We all ordered and ordered our drinks. When my boyfriend ordered another beer, they sent over this big guy to let him know, he was refused service because apparently the bartender that did not want to be interrupted decided she smelled alcohol on his breath and would not serve him anything else. He had not had anything else to drink except the one beer at this establishment. What's so funny is that we can go in there and sit at the bar and have 4 top shelf margaritas and never refused service? We will never visit this place again not to mention that none of us liked our food. I ordered nachos with extra chili and they had maybe 3 tablespoons of chili on them, they were terrible. Very, very disappointed in a place that we visited on a regular basis and we got that type of treatment bye-bye Buffalo wild wings. NEVER AGAIN. If I could give a -5, I would definitely do it. Customer service was terrible and it's a shame that service workers these days do not know how to treat their patrons. Do not go here. read more

I'm not sure I've ever had such a bad experience at a wing place! Service is ridiculously slow, food is terrible, it's crazy loud and dirty, and seemingly have no interest in improving! I urge you to go ANYWHERE else for a meal but here, including going to the dollar store to pick up cup ramen to make at home! Caribbean Jerk sauce was so nasty it took me about 20 minutes and 2 drinks just to purge the taste from my mouth. I went to try their new All You Can Eat boneless wings promotion and it's such a scam. As mentioned before, the food is terrible and unless you're eating 25+ wings it's cheaper to buy the wings on their own as you want them and likely faster. The servers seem to be trying but have such large sections that they can't be expected to give any meaningful amount of attention to any of their tables. Not only that but they have gone the way of McDonalds with making you scan a QR code if you plan to pay by card rather than getting a physical receipt and paying normally. I will never come here again and suggest everyone else avoid it too. read more

This place has a lot of issues food staff and upgrade the outside area with overhead heaters. It seems very short staffed and the food can take upwards of 45 minutes to make it to the outside bar area.. The bartenders seem very lazy considering it's never busy outside even on football Sundays??? The place can do better it has tons of potential.. read more

Yeah so I've been around the country for my job and during the NFL szn I'd go to bdubs everywhere. I can say for certain this is the best Buffalo Wild Wings in the country. Jay G is full of himself, Kimberly B doesn't need to come back here, and Aden isn't someone I'd trust behind a motor vehicle. Seriously, I've been from Memphis to Minneapolis to Cinci to Daytona, these people shouldn't be at a Bdubs, and the Daytona Bdubs is the best in the country. read more

We needed a quick lunch on our drive home so stopped in at BWW. Alexis our server was friendly and did a great job. We sat outside and I enjoyed an hibiscus margarita which Alexis said was an excellent choice. She was correct, the hibiscus was very refreshing. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and RJ had a grilled chicken wrap. My sandwich was very juicy and very hot, my lips were burning! But it was a good burn. RJ enjoyed his wrap, he had Asian zing sauce which had quite a bit of zing. Now we are awake for our 18 hours of driving. Fun fact, as we left we realized we were right next to Daytona Speedway. read more

An absolute soup sandwich of a place. The manager needs to be better of having enough personnel the establishment. We were seated this evening and greeted by a server who had an entire section to include a large party. She told us she would be with us shortly. Fifteen minutes later she returned and waited on another table that was seated after us. Wow!!!! Never will I ever re-visit this location. Not to mention it looked very dirty and unwelcoming. The worst! And dear manager get off your butt and help your people!!!! DO NOT ViSIT!!!!!! read more

If I could leave a negative number, it would be -10! Our server who was, on her second day with no trainer to be seen, did a great job however, the food was disgusting. I asked if the GM was in, but unfortunately, he wasn't. The manager on duty, Christina, came over, and I told her we had a great experience with our server. I then told her that our food was cold and that she may have an issue in the kitchen. Our fries, sampler, and tots came out ICE COLD. Our server got us fresh hot fires and tots, which were decent. We sent back the sampler we ordered as an appetizer because it arrived with our meal and was cold. (If it were hot, we would have kept it.) The boneless wings were dry, crunchy, and hard. Some wings had little meat on them, and one was way undercooked. She got very defensive and argumentative with me and said it was our server's fault because she left our food sitting in the window to get cold. She made it clear three times by telling me she had the 3 BEST COOKS in her kitchen. When I asked if she saw our food sitting in the window, why didn't she have someone else or herself run it to our table? She said the other server was on break, but that was the end of the answer. She offered to give us a discount on the meal. When the bill came, it was a whopping 10% off. We paid $80.67 for partially inedible food. We watched a guy in a brown BWW shirt and a young lady with long dark brown hair run food to the other server's table. We also watched the manager, Christina, running food to tables. It seemed that maybe the "newbie" was almost being hazed since not one of the staff ran food to her tables, but they managed to assist the server with dirty blonde hair and glasses. We also noticed that when she would ask the other server for help, she rolled her eyes and made a face at her. I called the corporate office and asked for the district manager to call me. I will be calling the restaurant's GM on Monday as well. I will never step foot back in this location. read more

Loved the traditional wings (extra crispy) with the sweet bbq sauce! Couldn't beat the best seat in the house near the extra large screen with Lightning/Panthers game on. Over 2 dozen beers on tap, too! Our server was great. The loaded wedge fries were delicious, also. read more

The group I came with and I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings in many different places, this was our first time at this location. The first thing we noticed is how small it is compared to others, with even the bar being very small. It was bogo Thursday, so 2 of us ordered boneless wings, the other ordered traditional and I ordered the cauliflower wings and cheese curds. The food took forever to come out. About an hour. When it did get to us, the boneless wings were hard as a rock. So hard, the plastic forks they gave us were breaking. Still, we all ate our food, except for the cheese curds which nobody cared for. The worst part of this whole thing was 3/4 of us were bedridden and in and out of the bathroom the next day sick from those wings. I was the only one not sick because I ordered the cauliflower wings. Not worth the risk to come back read more

We waited 10 minutes before someone came over, when they did they told us it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. The restaurant wasn't busy we saw at least 10 open tables inside and even more outside. This is a poorly ran restaurant. Save your self and go to houligans. read more

Poor excuse for a sports bar. Service sucked. No reason for such bad service. No one in the place. Our waiter was not interested in service but had plenty of time to shoot the bull with off duty employees. Extreme nachos were not extreme by any means. More like nachos on a diet. Silver ware was so bent up it couldn't be used. We will not be back. Place used to be so much better! read more

My roommates, other friends, and I used to go every Tuesday for months for the BOGO wings, then they started serving wings that were similar to the frozen great value wings while also getting rid of BOGO, changed it to Buy one get one 50% off, raised the prices, and we stopped going. Recently we heard that the quality was better and BOGO was back so we went back and while the prices were still higher we were happy with the better quality and that the special deal for BOGO was back. Then today we tried to order through the app and it told us that it was back to BOGO50 but we couldn't order online, we still tried to order by calling the store only to be told that we couldn't order 30 wings at BOGO50 we would have to get 2 orders of 15 which is significantly more expensive than just ordering 30. TLDR: Raising prices and taking away the good deals makes us unhappy read more

This in my opinion in the best brand wing place on the planet if you include some of the outstanding bars and restaurants that serve their own version of wings then I have a different opinion. I don't really come here for the wings though my favorite menu item is definitely the Buffalitos doused in the Mango Habernaro Sauce second on the list would be the boneless wings same sauce. I've only been to this locations a few times the service has always been okay and the place was clean and neat. It was rather loud my last visit between the games, the crowd and the music it was dizzy. This brands offers a consistence safe menu that you don't need to study very long to make a decision. This location would rate in the top 10% of all the ones I've eaten in. read more
