Worst lunch ever. Ordered there chicken dippers and asked for regular. They came out completely flattened and just a bunch of hard coating. The chicken was as thin as a 1/4 inch inside so all you tasted was this coating. Thought they gave me the spicy version due to the reddish color and after burn on the flavor but they said it wasn't. Server was awful, didn't seem to give a hoot about us and did nothing to make lunch a good experience. Had to ask another server twice to help us since ours was MIA for the most part. Place was nearly empty for a Saturday and now I see why. Too many other places to go so will never go back. Been to way better stores so something is wrong with this one in particular. read more

Decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Browns/Cowboys game. Turns out they have a Browns Backers room which we joined. Our server took our drink order, I ordered a strawberry margarita and my husband ordered a classic margarita. She brought them right out then took our appetizer order, fried pickles. The fried pickles were very good. We then ordered 20 wings half with chipotle rub the other half in medium sauce with celery sticks and ranch and blue cheese dressing. The wings were very good. The room was very nice with all the Browns decor and TVs views in every direction even though the Browns lost. read more

OK, so we went for lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings on ISB and I feel like they have definitely stepped up their game. We tried their new Maple Chipotle, regular bone-in wings and they were absolutely phenomenal. also, the fries were very fresh and crispy with the perfect seasoning. I couldn't even put ketchup on them. They were so delicious by themselves. Beyonce was our waitress, and she was super-friendly and attentive. Also, the manager came by our table and checked on us a couple of times as well and he was very friendly. It's just a totally different and better vibe than any other time we've ever been there. Horrible experience! We went there to celebrate my son's birthday tonight. Very slow. And finally had to ask three different employees if our food was done after 40 minutes. The food came out. ICE COLD. The waiter could literally care less. We had to track down three different people to get napkins and silverware. And finally only got them when we stood up by the employee door. Zero refills on any drinks. The manager tried to discount the bill by $10 which was a joke. appetizer came out after our frozen food. This is the lowest rating i have given anybody. I always give the restaurant a chance but this was a huge miss. My take out order was simple. 10 Boneless and 10 regular bone in wings. Buffalo sauce on the regular wings and mild on the boneless. I got home and guess what. The order was backwards. Neither my wife nor i were happy. The wings were tasteless and were naked. Nothing. No sauce at all. The boneless looked like they were sitting all day and just heated up. They were smothered in Buffalo. Luck for us, we ordered the beer battered onion rings. Will NOT be going back‼‼ Usually, we go in and sit at the bar, but this time we had friends with us that we had picked up at the airport so we sat at a table in the bar area. It was about 8:45 PM on a Thursday night so it was not busy, lots of open tables everywhere. We sat there for a few minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge us or walk up to our table which never happened. My boyfriend walked over to the bartender who was on her phone and apparently did not like being interrupted. She was very rude‼‼‼ By the time he came back and sat down someone eventually came over and gave us menus. This waitress was very nice. We all ordered and ordered our drinks. When my boyfriend ordered another beer, they sent over this big guy to let him know, he was refused service because apparently the bartender that did not want to be interrupted decided she smelled alcohol on his breath and would not serve him anything else. He had not had anything else to drink except the one beer at this establishment. What's so funny is that we can go in there and sit at the bar and have 4 top shelf margaritas and never refused service? We will never visit this place again not to mention that none of us liked our food. I ordered nachos with extra chili and they had maybe 3 tablespoons of chili on them, they were terrible. Very, very disappointed in a place that we visited on a regular basis and we got that type of treatment bye-bye Buffalo wild wings. NEVER AGAIN. If I could give a -5, I would definitely do it. I'm not sure I've ever had such a bad experience at a wing place! Service is ridiculously slow, food is terrible, it's crazy loud and dirty, and seemingly have no interest in improving! I urge you to go ANYWHERE else for a meal but here, including going to the dollar store to pick up cup ramen to make at home! Caribbean Jerk sauce was so nasty it took me about 20 minutes and 2 drinks just to purge the taste from my mouth. I went to try their new All You Can Eat boneless wings promotion and it's such a scam. As mentioned before, the food is terrible and unless you're eating 25+ wings it's cheaper to buy the wings on their own as you want them and likely faster. The servers seem to be trying but have such large sections that they can't be expected to give any meaningful amount of attention to any of their tables. Not only that but they have gone the way of McDonalds with making you scan a QR code if you plan to pay by card rather than getting a physical receipt and paying normally. It seems very short staffed and the food can take upwards of 45 minutes to make it to the outside bar area.. We sat outside and I enjoyed an hibiscus margarita which Alexis said was an excellent choice. She was correct, the hibiscus was very refreshing. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and RJ had a grilled chicken wrap. My sandwich was very juicy and very hot, my lips were burning! But it was a good burn. RJ enjoyed his wrap, he had Asian zing sauce which had quite a bit of zing. Now we are awake for our 18 hours of driving. If I could leave a negative number, it would be -10! Our server who was, on her second day with no trainer to be seen, did a great job however, the food was disgusting. I asked if the GM was in, but unfortunately, he wasn't. The manager on duty, Christina, came over, and I told her we had a great experience with our server. I then told her that our food was cold and that she may have an issue in the kitchen. Our fries, sampler, and tots came out ICE COLD. Our server got us fresh hot fires and tots, which were decent. We sent back the sampler we ordered as an appetizer because it arrived with our meal and was cold. (If it were hot, we would have kept it.) The boneless wings were dry, crunchy, and hard. Some wings had little meat on them, and one was way undercooked. She got very defensive and argumentative with me and said it was our server's fault because she left our food sitting in the window to get cold. She made it clear three times by telling me she had the 3 BEST COOKS in her kitchen. When I asked if she saw our food sitting in the window, why didn't she have someone else or herself run it to our table? She said the other server was on break, but that was the end of the answer. She offered to give us a discount on the meal. When the bill came, it was a whopping 10% off. We paid $80.67 for partially inedible food. We watched a guy in a brown BWW shirt and a young lady with long dark brown hair run food to the other server's table. We also watched the manager, Christina, running food to tables. It seemed that maybe the "newbie" was almost being hazed since not one of the staff ran food to her tables, but they managed to assist the server with dirty blonde hair and glasses. We also noticed that when she would ask the other server for help, she rolled her eyes and made a face at her. I called the corporate office and asked for the district manager to call me. The group I came with and I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings in many different places, this was our first time at this location. The first thing we noticed is how small it is compared to others, with even the bar being very small. It was bogo Thursday, so 2 of us ordered boneless wings, the other ordered traditional and I ordered the cauliflower wings and cheese curds. The food took forever to come out. About an hour. When it did get to us, the boneless wings were hard as a rock. So hard, the plastic forks they gave us were breaking. Still, we all ate our food, except for the cheese curds which nobody cared for. The worst part of this whole thing was 3/4 of us were bedridden and in and out of the bathroom the next day sick from those wings. I was the only one not sick because I ordered the cauliflower wings. My roommates, other friends, and I used to go every Tuesday for months for the BOGO wings, then they started serving wings that were similar to the frozen great value wings while also getting rid of BOGO, changed it to Buy one get one 50% off, raised the prices, and we stopped going. Recently we heard that the quality was better and BOGO was back so we went back and while the prices were still higher we were happy with the better quality and that the special deal for BOGO was back. Then today we tried to order through the app and it told us that it was back to BOGO50 but we couldn't order online, we still tried to order by calling the store only to be told that we couldn't order 30 wings at BOGO50 we would have to get 2 orders of 15 which is significantly more expensive than just ordering 30. TLDR: Raising prices and taking away the good deals makes us unhappy read more

I don't really come here for the wings though my favorite menu item is definitely the Buffalitos doused in the Mango Habernaro Sauce second on the list would be the boneless wings same sauce. I've only been to this locations a few times the service has always been okay and the place was clean and neat. It was rather loud my last visit between the games, the crowd and the music it was dizzy. This brands offers a consistence safe menu that you don't need to study very long to make a decision.
