We sat and waited for our food for 90 minutes with no communication from the waitresses regarding our order. I finally flagged them down to get an update on the status after waiting 75 minutes. While we were waiting for our food 3 tables were sat around us and they all got their appetizers and dinners before us. There were maybe 20 people in the restaurant so they couldn't even use being busy as an excuse. Once we the waitress brought our food on a serving tray I told her that we would need checks and to go containers because we are now on a time crunch to our next destination. She put the food on another table and walked away. I served our plates myself so we could finally start eating. All food came out except one meal which we were assured was coming. 15 minutes later that last entree finally arrived and it was no correct. At that point we just left. We were a table of 7- 4 adults and 3 kids. One of the kids meals was the one forgotten. In my experience the kids should be served first. Arrived around 5:40pm on a Saturday night. The place was busy. I was seated fairly quickly. I chose to sit at the bar. The bartender took my drink right off the bat and I was asked if i would like a menu. Yes, please. A few minutes later my drink was delivered and my order was taken. Not a very long wait at all. I didn't have to wait very long for my 10 piece Jamaican jerk bone-in wings. They were nice and crispy. Saucy as well. A little pricey at $1.50 a wing, but they were tasty! I would've given this place 4 stars if it wasn't for the smell from the bar drains. They smell like they need flushed on a regular basis. This past Wednesday, July 30, we tried a pick up order. It took 15 minutes to be acknowledged by any staff to bring our order to us. The staff seem to not care. I continue to be disappointed by this chain. I've been a loyal customer since the early 90s and all I can say it'll the corporate takeover of this once great restaurant is highly visible! Tonight while at the Coldwater Mi location I ordered 10 traditional wings, half hot and half medium. I also specified ALL DRUMS and extra Crispy. Then I ordered potato wedges loaded with melted, shredded cheese. I sat at the bar. The bartender, blonde haired girl was so non chalant. She delivered my food and never asked if everything was ok. I received all flats, not crispy. The wedges had some cheese but looked like they'd been under the warmer for an hour. It took awhile but I finally got her attention and shared the problem. She wasn't terribly concerned. I told her I didn't have time for the. To remake the wings, I still had 2 hours to drive to my destination. She took my wedges to have remade. By the time they came out, I was done with the wings. No apology and nothing take. Off the bill. Get your act together B-Dubs! I called this restaurant on a Saturday morning, before the UM v. MSU bball game and told them we had 21 people coming in 15 minutes. They were great! We showed up and they weren't exactly ready for us, but after a short wait, we were seated and I have never seen such efficiency from a restaurant for a group that large. Middle school basketball team and parents. Turned out to be 27 of us, but no problem. The servers had a game plan, took our orders, kept up with drink refills and every order was correct. Great job guys! the kids were happy and all watched the game. I held back 1 star for the food. We had our team dinner here after we competed at the Gina Relays this past weekend at Hillsdale College. Mostly ups and a few downs. First : Great service! The waitresses were outstanding. Even after one of my athletes mistakingly ordered the wrong food, they let him order the correct one free of charge. Second : Short wait. No problem. We just came at the right time. Third : Food was warm and my athletes loved it. However..... Our college team has a tax exempt form that needs to be taken at all restaurants. This is a rule for all of our collegiate sports teams at my school; however, this particular Bdubs did not have that option. Many colleges have to follow this rule as well. This Bdubs didn't have the tax exempt option on their cash register so instead they just discounted what the tax was suppose to be. I know my athletic director won't like this, but I promised my athletes who worked hard all weekend long. This particular Bdubs didn't have the Blazing Wing Challenge since it's a franchised restaurant. My athletes were upset that they couldn't see their coach destroy the Blazing Wing Challenge for the 18th time. Lol. So this is why they have 4 stars. Great place. They just need to get their tax exempt thing figured out since most college teams has to have this and they need the blazing wing challenge. read more

I like the sports atmosphere with a massive number of TV screens tuned into various sporting events, but the food is just so-so.
