This is one food chain my husband will go to on his travels because we know we can rely on consistency and a great selection of wing sauces and rubs! It's a nice surprise to find BWW in such a small town with very few good restaurants. Good waiter, too. My husband left his expensive sunglasses on the table but the waiter remembered us and held them aside until we could pick them up the next day. read more

We sat and waited for our food for 90 minutes with no communication from the waitresses regarding our order. I finally flagged them down to get an update on the status after waiting 75 minutes. While we were waiting for our food 3 tables were sat around us and they all got their appetizers and dinners before us. There were maybe 20 people in the restaurant so they couldn't even use being busy as an excuse. Once we the waitress brought our food on a serving tray I told her that we would need checks and to go containers because we are now on a time crunch to our next destination. She put the food on another table and walked away. I served our plates myself so we could finally start eating. All food came out except one meal which we were assured was coming. 15 minutes later that last entree finally arrived and it was no correct. At that point we just left. We were a table of 7- 4 adults and 3 kids. One of the kids meals was the one forgotten. In my experience the kids should be served first. The manager came over and gave us $9 off our bill of $80 which I think is pathetic for now having to eat our food at home cold and reheated. read more

Arrived around 5:40pm on a Saturday night. The place was busy. I was seated fairly quickly. I chose to sit at the bar. The bartender took my drink right off the bat and I was asked if i would like a menu. Yes, please. A few minutes later my drink was delivered and my order was taken. Not a very long wait at all. I didn't have to wait very long for my 10 piece Jamaican jerk bone-in wings. They were nice and crispy. Saucy as well. A little pricey at $1.50 a wing, but they were tasty! I would've given this place 4 stars if it wasn't for the smell from the bar drains. They smell like they need flushed on a regular basis. With 30 beers on tap, I'm sure those drains are full of slime. YUCK! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - 10 piece bone-in wings - American Near Me - Coldwater, Michigan

We stopped visiting this location a couple years ago due to cold food and horrible server attitudes. In that time, though, we have tried pick up orders. This past Wednesday, July 30, we tried a pick up order. It took 15 minutes to be acknowledged by any staff to bring our order to us. The staff seem to not care. We've talked to the manager but nothing changes. We won't be back here again and we recommend you go elsewhere. You won't be happy. read more

I continue to be disappointed by this chain. I've been a loyal customer since the early 90s and all I can say it'll the corporate takeover of this once great restaurant is highly visible! Tonight while at the Coldwater Mi location I ordered 10 traditional wings, half hot and half medium. I also specified ALL DRUMS and extra Crispy. Then I ordered potato wedges loaded with melted, shredded cheese. I sat at the bar. The bartender, blonde haired girl was so non chalant. She delivered my food and never asked if everything was ok. I received all flats, not crispy. The wedges had some cheese but looked like they'd been under the warmer for an hour. It took awhile but I finally got her attention and shared the problem. She wasn't terribly concerned. I told her I didn't have time for the. To remake the wings, I still had 2 hours to drive to my destination. She took my wedges to have remade. By the time they came out, I was done with the wings. No apology and nothing take. Off the bill. Get your act together B-Dubs! My experience prior to this at the bridge water falls Ohio location was even worse than this but I didn't have the time to write about it! Your prices go up and your service/ quality goes DOWN! A once loyal customer but no more! read more

I've been to a lot of BW3. These are the best wings I've had by far at at any BW3. Bridjit gave great service at the bar.

We visited the Coldwater location yesterday for my daughter's 20th birthday lunch. It was Memorial Day and not very busy, but the service and food were excellent! I can't remember our server's name but it was about 12 pm. Thank you! read more

The service was so bad we didn't even get drinks until 30 minutes here. Ordered an appitizer it took almost 30 minutes to get and it wasn't even hot it was luke warm. Then we had to wait 50 minutes after we ate our appetizer to get our food. read more

It was a pretty good experience overall. I like that they had some Amber beers to choose from. The chicken street tacos were really good. They had iTunes through the mobile app but the songs we're not playing in the restaurant. So I wasted credits. That is kind of annoying. Service was pretty good. The bathroom was pretty gross. They did put the game I requested for on immediately and that is why I always go back to Buffalo wild wings wherever I may be. read more

Sat down for 15 minutes prior to a server coming to our table. Absolutely ridiculous. Left without even being seen.

The boneless wings were hockey pucks the bourbon sauce tasted like vinegar. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very busy talking to several other customers about her fussy child rather than taking care of customers that were ordering food. When we told her about the problems with the food she offered to have the the cook drop a few and taste them himself. A lot of good that did us!! A WING PLACE THAT SERVES HOCKEY PUCKS...YUCK! read more

I called this restaurant on a Saturday morning, before the UM v. MSU bball game and told them we had 21 people coming in 15 minutes. They were great! We showed up and they weren't exactly ready for us, but after a short wait, we were seated and I have never seen such efficiency from a restaurant for a group that large. Middle school basketball team and parents. Turned out to be 27 of us, but no problem. The servers had a game plan, took our orders, kept up with drink refills and every order was correct. Great job guys! the kids were happy and all watched the game. I held back 1 star for the food. Though it was cooked properly, came out hot and great, it is not a choice place for women who like a balanced meal that isn't fried or would like a veggie other than iceburg lettuce. read more

We had our team dinner here after we competed at the Gina Relays this past weekend at Hillsdale College. Mostly ups and a few downs. First : Great service! The waitresses were outstanding. Even after one of my athletes mistakingly ordered the wrong food, they let him order the correct one free of charge. Second : Short wait. No problem. We just came at the right time. Third : Food was warm and my athletes loved it. However..... Our college team has a tax exempt form that needs to be taken at all restaurants. This is a rule for all of our collegiate sports teams at my school; however, this particular Bdubs did not have that option. Many colleges have to follow this rule as well. This Bdubs didn't have the tax exempt option on their cash register so instead they just discounted what the tax was suppose to be. I know my athletic director won't like this, but I promised my athletes who worked hard all weekend long. This particular Bdubs didn't have the Blazing Wing Challenge since it's a franchised restaurant. My athletes were upset that they couldn't see their coach destroy the Blazing Wing Challenge for the 18th time. Lol. So this is why they have 4 stars. Great place. They just need to get their tax exempt thing figured out since most college teams has to have this and they need the blazing wing challenge. read more

Fast and great service. Food was good. Always a good go to on my work trips. Would recommend as a good sports bar

every single time i've gotten takeout from this buffalo wild wings the order is messed up. every. single. time. do yourself a favor, if your in the mood for the food, which is good, just go eat inside the restaurant and spare yourself the frustration of driving 20 minutes home and finding out entire items missing, sauces missing, etc. again, it's not the quality of the food, because that's good, it's the lack of making sure the to-go department is operating normally and all items go out with the customer. read more

Good place to eat and watch sporting events but when they mess up your order they don't make it right. They are just like sorry we are training new people. Still better wings than ETC read more

Thursday Night Football. Boneless night at BWs. Tried the side Caesar salad, 6 boneless Desert Heat and 6 Hot BBQ. The Desert Heat were quite good. The Hot BBQ, slightly overdone, tough. Salad was ok, not as fresh as it could be. Ate at the bar. The barkeep, Kirah was attentive and did a great job. Crowd was average capacity. Would come back again. read more

Started good, we were seated right away. Then we met Kenzie our server... she seemed in a rush which made us feel rushed. We were talking about apps and she started tapping/ bouncing her food so we just got drinks and our food then we waited 20 minutes to get our food. This is the second part....in the first 20 minutes we could see her flirting with a group of boys and playing on her phone across the room. Then she looked over at our table and you could see the realization on her face. She took off to the kitchen. Then 5 minutes later she returned with our food. The plates were warm food was not the warmest...they microwaved our food to warm it up because it sat so long! She did refill my husbands drink once so good on that part but seriously! We waited a few minutes for her to return to see how it was but she never returned till she brought us the bill. I usually don't tip less than 30% but I tipped 10% on this one... read more

Stay away!!!! Crappy service. Sat there for 45 minutes. Never got our food. Finally just left. Shame on you BW3

Well not much else I can say besides: Good beer. Good wings. Good service. I was just passing through town, and it was the perfect place to stop and burn some hours before leaving the next day. Had about 20 (Hot BBQ flavored) wings, and 8 beers. read more

Food is B dubs and you get what you would expect. The problem with this location is service and management. Sunday NFL football game and they have an accommodate first come first serve policy....so even though they have 60 customers wearing jerseys from 2 teams playing each other, they accommodate 1 person who asked first. Not smart as customers left to go to Wings etc 1 block away. Don't come here for the game, only for the food!? Wait, don't bother coming for the food either, it's B dubs! read more

Not a good place to go for food, bad service always at this location. I would avoid it like the the plague.

I like the sports atmosphere with a massive number of TV screens tuned into various sporting events, but the food is just so-so.
