My wife and I noticed a lot of traffic on Scottsville Rd so we got off at the mall and ate at BWW. Turned out to be a good meal experience. We love the queso dip/chips. No waiting and lots of TVs. Little Leaguers playing on 1 TV we enjoyed. Queso dip was excellent and I ordered a Chicken Philly Cheesesteak. The picture doesn't do it justice. We asked for it split to share and with an appetizer it was enough without being to much. They had Miller Lite 22oz drafts for $5 so a couple of those rounded out my lunch. We don't go to BWW that often but when we do it is usually a good experience. read more

If you had the heat on today, I would probably have given a 5 star. I came in for a late lunch and it was very cold in the bar area. I had the bone in Cajun Dry Rub Wings with carrots, celery and fries with ranch. I can't really go wrong with this order if their restaurants are consistent. Service was not terrible, but both bartenders were on their phones several times during my visit. read more

Food and environment is good I check KRS law and minors sitting at bar is illegal. Two minors sitting at bar. This is adults area. Made us feel uncomfortable. Also a lady is vaping at bar. Once again illegal. And being a non smoker not ok with this. Once again KRS says illegal. They need to get their act together before fines start coming from state. read more

Ordered a Grubhub order with boneless wings and they look like little pieces of breading with no chicken in it. Mac and cheese for my little boy looked like and tasted like it was several days old. Fries were old as well. You could tell because they were hard and chewy like they had been microwaved. What a poor excuse for a restaurant. Also have dined in several times in the last few months in hopes that management has maybe righted the ship but no. Still terrible service every time. Last time I will ever eat at or buy from Buffalo Wild Wings. Do better. read more

Just ordered through Grubhub a couple of items from here. One was Buffalo chicken salad loaded with bleu cheese, bacon, onion , etc. tell me why my salad literally just has chicken & lettuce. Bruh Also added in the noted for utensils because I'm staying @ a hotel nearby. Didn't receive those either. read more

When we walked in to be seated we waited for about 5 minutes, which isn't bad but they weren't busy and 2 were talking each other and definitely noticed we were waiting. Another girl walked past us didn't say a word. Finally a girl asked another girl if she would seat us. She wasn't nice at all "table or booth" all she said. That's fine. We ordered food and bottomless appetizers. After our food came out she asked if we wanted to go drinks and boxes. We literally just got our food and she had our ticket in her hand. My husband asked if we could get chips and queso as we were waiting one of the girls were on her phone and the other was hitting vape. When our waitress came back she had a small cup of queso and said "there you go". On the bright side our food was great but service was terrible. read more

One of my favorite stops when I'm back in the low carb game. Have been here twice in the past month and have had great service, great tasting wings with lots of low carb flavor options, AND they are open late (which doesn't happen like it did before the pandemic). Now, if they just carried diet ginger beer for a low carb Tito's Mule, I'd be set!! It has not been the best of clean, but I'm here late, like everywhere, they seem a bit short staffed, so I have to consider those factors. Tuesday night is BOGO 50% on traditional wings. read more

Got no problem with this place. The food is good. The beer is cheap. The wings are wild.

It's been years and I mean years since I've eaten at BW3. Now I really wonder why have I waited so long. The food here is good. It's fresh and has a lot of taste. I don't eat wings dripping in sauce as anyone can make plain wings and smother them in the flav-of-the-day. Not a good way to cook. This is not even close to that greasy mess. The wings are tender and plenty large enough to satisfy even with the 6 wing order. B-dubs offers many flavors to pick from and several options of sauce to dip them into. I picked the 6 boneless with Lemon Pepper and the Asian Zing just for a boost in spice. Wonderful. Get creative and mix and match. I've read reviews on the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger. Someone was buying my lunch and I didn't want to stick them with a 12.00 sandwich so... I'll be back. read more

The food is always delicious. It was also clean in here. This is why we come here but I didn't give it more stars because the service was not great. The servers were friendly but it was massively slow. We sat in the restaurant for 45 minutes before we got our food. And then it was missing our French fries. And one of our kids meals wasn't out on time. We had to rush through our food and couldn't finish before we had to leave to be at a meeting. Our poor kids left hungry because they didn't have enough time to finish their meal and didn't understand why we were boxing it up for them to eat in the car. There's no reason some wings should take over half an hour to make. The restaurant wasn't even full. read more

Terrible service! Bartender didn't want to be here and it shows. Never again! Love buffaloes but this may be my last time.

This is a newer location. Much more modern feel. TVs everywhere, as expected of a BWW location/sports bar. The noise is a little much if you're trying to have a conversation. The food I got was good, but the wings I got, which had a dry rub seasoning, had more seasoning on the plate that on the wings, which was disappointing. Food here, as at all BWW locations, is a little overpriced. But it was good, and I'm sure I'd come in again if I lived nearby. read more

From wings to salads, Buffalo Wild Wings brings a sigh of relief to a bleak area. Although the outside is not vibrant the feel of the inside is energizing. An appetizer of Everything Pretzel Knots felt fitting for a Segway into a non nutritious meal. To continue the diet destroyer I ordered 10 Traditional Wings with Honey BBQ sauce. The wings are very customizable and let the customer order from a variety of sauces or dry rubs. I was surprised to find that my plate consisted of only 4 wings and the rest drummets. This isn't a complaint but I think a balance of wings and drummets should be added to the menu as a short description. Moving on through the meal, an emergency call had to be answered by one of my colleagues which required me to order the food and then switch it to a take out order later on. Many, many other complications in the ordering process made it confusing and difficult for me and the waitress. I just have to say, this worker deserves a massive pay raise for how well she dealt with the series of inconveniences. Constant genuine apologies and well crafted suggestions made this chronicle better for the both of us. This is easily a 5-star restaurant with the food and customer service. Continuing into the decorations and amenities for another 5 star. A quick look into the restaurant or a stop in the restroom yields a clean, modern feeling that opposes that of the surrounding institutions. I even saw a Chuck E. Cheese nearby. I didn't even know those existed anymore. Now for the overall grading. Obviously this is a 5 star restaurant. Perfect for a mid drive pit stop for lunch. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area and because it's a chain. Anyone near any Buffalo Wild Wings. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal and hope to eat here again. :) read more

Holy Crap! 30- something minutes and counting, waiting on wings...on wing night. One person (me), not a large group. W.T.F

My last visit to the Bowling Green BBWs was the night before the COVID-19 lockdown. What a trip. We had a nice relaxing time. The last time before that, at BBWs, was the Miracle Mile Mall Las Vegas Blvd for a Super Bowl Sunday party. Both visits were GREAT particularly looking back in the rear view pre-pandemic mirror. Can't wait to go back. The 4 star -vs- 5 star is due to how long we waited to get our food even though it wasn't busy. Still, can't wait to come back! read more

I'll start this off with usually I love the food. However, I went yesterday to pick up a meal for my birthday. I got a free 6 wing coupon which I used and I also ordered the wrap. I arrived early to pick up my order and was surprised it was already ready...The fries were soggy and ice cold. I threw them away. I only got 4 wings in a container marked 5 (should have been 6) and the wrap had lettuce that was limp and slimy. I've never experienced anything that bad here till now. I usually get the bufflitos and I wont be straying from that again. The service was great for pick up, very fast and friendly. The only upside to a birthday meal that I ended up having to throw out most of it. read more

I was contacted today by what I assume was the manager of the establishment. She basically mumbled through a statement that was almost word for word similar to the form email sent to me from Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate. After she spewed the statement into the phone, she hung up without waiting for a response from me. I wish this establishment all the future success they deserve based on the total absence of customer service. read more

Always known for good wings. But this review is not even about wings at b dubs, or even chicken for that matter! BWW now has killer burgers. I've seen the commercials for their new line of burgers and ignored them like most people. You go to BWW for wings right? Haha. Not anymore. These are the smashed style burger patties with the crispy edges, that remind you of a 50's style car hop burger joint. I ordered the cheese curd bacon burger. A must if you love cheese curds. Its topped with real Wisconsin cheese curds and is delicious! double patty / hand-smashed / Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds / American cheese / bacon / shredded iceberg / tomato / onion / pickles / cool heat sauce / challah bun. Who wouldn't want that? This is the only one I've tried so far because its so good I cant turn away from it to try another. Haha! But other burger options are the all american cheeseburger, the buffalo bleu burger (which sounds delicious), and the southwestern black bean burger. Oh yea, and they have good wings and beer options here too. Haha! read more

First visit in new location..... so not impressed. Sitting on top each other and cramped booths. less space more seating... ok so what they have great food and sports tvs..... tv yes food.... I LOVE BW3 Wings .. swing and a miss. it was very over cooked boneless, took 48 minutes to get just two orders of wings and it was dry.. lack of sauce it looked dizzled not shaken. Summary less space more people food degrade I not surer with other wing spots this will survive, it wont on my dime. read more

They are doing way better since they moved on the service aspect. Love the food and have kept going through their dine out during corona time...orders come out as fast as Taco Bell. read more

First time here. We were visiting from out of town. Our group of six got seated quickly, but service was slow. The chicken, burgers and bar food all arrived room temp. Almost no follow up service. Out of water, out of beer. Friday night appeared normal busy but not enough to cause our bad experience. Food was good other than being cold. Not sure what went wrong. read more

Super fast service even though it was college football night. Waitress was attentive and friendly . Food was great . Wings had the perfect amount of sauce and celery was crisp and fresh. Basket of chips and cheese was also delicious. read more

Waiter was socially awkward, food was cold as ice in Antarctica, and overall just tasted like shit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

We had great expectations for the new location, but quickly saw the move was not an improvement. The entire place could fit in half of the old one and they have a lot of wasted space. We have a large group when we come but I guess we will have to find a new place to eat now. Food is the same, service still okay not great...we just had high hopes. read more

They never fail to ruin every order. Every time I go here they mess something up. I ordered delivery, it was completely wrong, and the girl on the phone tried telling me I ordered the wrong thing. I WAS READING THE RECEIPT TO HER. do not go here unless you want to wait forever for the wrong thing. read more

Do not waste your money, or time new location was absolutely horrible. Bad service and definitely bad food. Order cheeseburger and wedges. Hamburger was burnt to a crisp. Which made it tough. Hamburger bun was black. My experience need to go back to old location better service and food. read more

This is by-far the worst B-Dubs I've ever been to. The wings served to us had barely any sauce, the quesadilla had hardly any cheese - they are skimpy with their ingredients!!! This is not a one-time thing, either. We have been to this location 3 times and all experiences have been the same. Will not be back. read more

It's a nice little change and more modern feel from the old location. The staff seems to be on it as far as I can tell. Good service, good food, didn't have to wait too long for my food to come out. Over all it was a good experience. Don't listen to the bad reviews. Some people are just afraid of change haha. read more

Terrible! 12 seats max at the bar and it's a lot smaller than the original one down the road. There's always a wait because it's so small. The old one was a lot better and more customer friendly. Bad place to watch a game with a group of people too. If I could give it less than a one star I would. Go Double Dogs just a few mins down the road instead! read more

The new location is terrible. B-Dubs used to be one of my favorite places to eat at in Bowling Green. The new location is very cramped. They've tried to fit more people in a much smaller building. The old location was much more comfortable and service seemed better also. Their food is great as always and I will continue to be loyal to BWWs. Unfortunately it'll be To-Go only for me now at the Bowling Green location. I'll be headed to other sports bars in town to watch a game. read more

This was one of the best Buffalo wild I've been to. The waiter was really nice. The food came out in a very short time. When we ask for the apps in 10 mins it only took us 20 mins to get our food and the place was really nice and clean. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! Tonight was my son's 11th birthday and he wanted to go here. They told us the wait was 30-40 minutes. We waited 50 minutes, only to then be asked to go to our car to wait longer! When we told them we had already waited longer than we were told, the rude hostess basically said too bad. I will never be back here. That is completely unacceptable! Don't waste your time here!! read more

So slow. I thought with new set up for take out it would be faster however very unorganized, waited over 30 mins for a plain traditional snack size wing basket. What?? Ridiculous. And the hostess complains loudly about customers calling in about their order being wrong. read more

I eat at Buffalo Wild Wings all over the country and this is one of the nicest and cleanest I've been in. Service was great as well.

30 min to be seated. 12 min for anyone to take our order. It's been 40 min and no food. Way less room than the old location although it's nice to have TVs in the waiting area and the food is more nicely presented but not any better tasting. read more

New location layout is terrible. Orders wrong on multiple visits and take out orders. This should be an established business, no patience for working the kinks out. read more

Service is decent but the food sucks. The new location is to crowded and seams small. What's with the "stadium seating"?

The food is good but ever since they moved locations the service has gotten worse. I was there tonight and the server I had only stopped by my table maybe a couple times. After being initially seated asked if I knew what I wanted to order before I even looked at the menu. Told her I needed a couple minutes. Ten minutes later she finally showed up to take my order. Meanwhile during that time I witnessed her care for her other tables multiple times. After the food was dropped off I didn't see her again until it was time for me to get my check. read more
