My wife had the wings and she said they were better than expected, not too heavy on the sauces. I had chicken tenders which were very fresh. First off, it was not a busy night in the dining area. However I took almost 30 minutes for my food to arrive and then it was barely warm. The waitress was very nice and attentive but the wait time for my food was ridiculous. I would have completely understood had it been a busy night but that was not the case. Disappointing Experience Tonight, my family and I decided to stop on, hoping the service would be better than when we were here for a football team dinner. We were seated promptly, but after that, things went downhill quickly. Our waitress took over 7 minutes to come to our table, even though the restaurant wasn't full. When she finally did, she took our drink order. My kids (almost 10 and 12) asked for water, and I ordered a house margarita. When I was asked for my ID, I explained that I didn't have it on me since I wasn't driving. My husband, who was with me didn't get carded when he ordered an IPA - we're both in our 40s. The waitress kept insisting it was policy to card everyone, even going on about it for several minutes, and offered to get the manager. I didn't argue, so she brought the 20-something manager over, who immediately echoed the same "policy" line. At that point, my husband decided we should just leave. I'm all for following rules, but this felt like an overzealous interpretation of policy. We ended up at another restaurant, where I ordered a margarita without being carded. I've been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings forever! I've seen it go from great service to not so great to great again! I absolutely love the new changes they've made with the decor, it definitely feels more roomy with the new stools and longer tables. China is one of my favorite servers, she's simple awesome & always pleasant and attentive! Donna is pleasant as well and there are two other servers whose names I can't recall right now. Food good atmosphere good and employees are friendly. But they keep the place freezing and so cold that your food gets cold before you can eat. Shouldn't have to wear a big coat to pay to eat at a restaurant. They would have more business if it was a comfortable temperature. read more

Wanted some buffalo wings for lunch. Got bone in and boneless. Mild sauce and spicy garlic. Mild was ok. Spicy garlic was lacking a garlic taste to me. Fries were ok. Swiss burger wasn't bad. The cheese curds were the worst my wife has had but still edible. Wish they had a jerk dry rub. The jerk sauce they have tasted like bad BBQ with a slight hint of spice. Our waitress was very good. I know it's a franchise and not a big deal to write a review. I am more focused on service and cleanliness when it comes to these establishments. The bathrooms well, listen to your mother and never use public restrooms. Tables weee cleaned, bar countertop clean, just the restrooms need some TLC which NO ONE likes to give. The service is awesome. The gals at the bar are great! Although, I am not supporting local and small business, I am supporting the staff which are local and employed by these large franchises. This is my second visit at this particular BWW, which prompts my review. I tend to at least visit a franchise twice before I feel it's worthy of my opinion. read more

My last visit was not as good as it used to be. We ordered chicken wings, onion rings, drinks. The wings came out without any celeries or carrots. We couldn't locate our server so we asked a girl who worked there for celery and carrots. She walked out with a celery without any sauce. She had attitude as I can tell. I had to wait for the guy who took care of our table to appear to ask him for carrots. He didn't seem happy when we asked for celery and carrot. Does chicken wings suppose to come with those? This place was pretty good. We've gone here several times already and the staff is consistently pretty good if you're at the booth area. However I would caution if you sit ast the bar area it is hit or miss on if you get an attentive waiter or waitress, regardless of how busy or not busy it may be. However, if they get a mistake on an order or their food is undercooked they'll take it off your bill, bring you a replacement order and go on continuing being professional as expected.
