This a great BWW location! They have a variety of screen sizes for game watching and graciously put in a game for us at 10:30am. The waitstaff and management are very friendly and helpful. American Deluxe Cheeseburger and fries our go to. read more

Ordered a delivery via the app ... where do I begin? Burger: tasteless. No seasoning. Bland. The single leaf of lettuce, the two small slices of pickle, and slice of tomato tasted better than the burger. It was dripping with grease. A disgusting mess. Cheaper fast food burgers taste better. The potato wedges were soggy and whatever they sprinkled on them for "seasoning" didn't give them any flavor at all. I would say forget burgers and stick to wings, it's in the name. But the wings were unimpressive. They smelled better than they tasted. And they were overcooked. Dry. Any drier and they would have been dust. I can go to the grocery store and get a bag of frozen wings, stick them in the air fryer and they would (do) taste better. The best part of the meal were the veggies. The whole sum of five bite-sized carrots and two small sticks of celery. Can't mess that up too much. If only they gave you a veggie "boat" as they call it and there were more veggies given. Spent almost $50 all-in with fees, delivery charges and tips, and food cost. Wasn't worth $10. I definitely DO NOT recommend this restaurant. There are other options that are better. Went there for my besties birthday. took 25 mins just to get the menu. Dianna our server didn't gaf either. waited another 35 for our food n had to take it to go. Food was cold when we got it. Like it's been sitting out for about 20 minutes it was fr that cold. This location was excellent. The people were really fast with my to go order. I was able to use my birthday rewards for some wings and I tried a new spicy chile flavor. The person that brought me my order was so sweet and kind and told me happy birthday! I did use the bathroom while I was waiting and it was very clean and well taken care of. Then was directed to seat ourselves in the bar area, where all the tables were dirty and waited for 15 minutes before flagging down someone to clean our table and take our order. As we continued to watch the UFC fight, after we cashed out I couldn't even get our server to look at us to get a refill on waters. After we can shed out the service went down hill even more. I request to speak with the manager who never arrives. I literally should have taken my boys to McDonalds. At least we'd have known what to expect and probably had better service. & it's been 12 minutes since I've been waiting on a manager who finally arrived. She looked overwhelmed and confused but I've not seen her once in the restaurant so I'm sure she's working her butt off in the back while her staff just parlays in the server station I would recommend this place never. First of all, the server walked right past me and ignored me, didn't say I'll be right with you or greet me or nothing. I'm literally shaking I'm so upset. The girl finally mosies on over to me and gives me attitude immediately just because I want to sit in the booth (which were both dirty). Says it will take her a minute. I say that's fine. Doesn't offer me anything to drink, just walks off. Takes care of other customers, then finally comes back and cleans off the dishes. Says the one table is actually clean, I say it's not, there is actually gook on the table that still needs to be cleaned off. Then gives me attitude again. Cleans them off with a rag, and says I can't have my cup that I brought in to get some ice for my water. What!? I can't have my cup so I can get ice? Doesn't offer me anything to drink, just gives me attitude the second I walk in. I'm like I didn't do anything to you, lady, give me a break. Then she leaves. Again, not asking if there is anything I would like to drink. And so I go to the managers, who were nice, but she seems me talking to them and smirks at me like a you know what, and that's what really got under my skin. I'm sorry you're having a bad day, but maybe you need to take the day off and get rid of the attitude instead of taking it out on me. I have a feeling she's always like that. STRAIGHT TRASH. What the actual fuck. We ordered online and ended up waiting for an hour and a half for our food. Bc for some reason, the restaurant was prioritizing tables instead of going by order. There were lots of people in front of us asking for refunds and talking about just going to wing stop instead because at least they'd get their wings on time. They also ordered online. We should have done the same honestly. But they stopped taking refunds, bc . . . God knows why. What a mess. We eventually got our order after asking several times for it. And we left mad cause we wasted our time waiting for below average trash. Whoever was the manager for Oct 4, 5:30PM needs to be fired cause they bailed on the restaurant and just left. The place was fully staffed. We know because we asked. What a joke. The jerk chicken is just spiced cinnamon. The original hot wings aren't even sauced. And the bbq had decent sauce. This is a very disappointing experience. All I wanted was a drink and some wings and have a great time with a dear friend after a three day trek in the mountains. The bartender was unfriendly and definitely favored her male patrons over me. Her attitude was drastically different with me. I got an order of the wings. They were fine and nothing to complain about. Regular wings. My salt had pepper in it, which I thought was bizarre and they are obviously not keeping track of salt versus pepper container. My friend who I was with is allergic to pepper and he was the one that recognized it. I then saw her count bills and lots of change for 10 minutes while we waited for our bill. I then asked for a few more lemons and she went straight into the condiment tray with her fingers and gave them to me. I said, hey I'm sorry but I just saw you touch a ton of money and I'd prefer if you put on a glove or washed hands.. standard serving knowledge. This was first time ever trying BWW. Wingstop is closer to me, but my niece is Louisiana loves this place so I thought I would try them since I was close to the location. I see they have less than great reviews, but I wanted to try them. The Good: Easy Pickup I ordered through the app and I got a lunch combo for traditional wings. I arrived about 8 minutes earlier than the quoted time. I checked in and server said they were packing it up already. I was thinking great. He was friendly and smiling. He brought it out quick and I was on my way within 1-2 minutes of going in. The Bad: Wrong order With pickup orders they tape the bag and have the receipt/ticket on the outside. I checked the ticket and it was what I requested. Counted the boxes through the bag and seems I was good to go. Finally make it back to my side of town, unpack the boxes and the order is wrong. I ordered traditional wings and got boneless. Ugh! I also ordered medium flavor wings and got mild Parmesan Garlic. What?!?! The Very Bad: Can't get anyone on the phone to complain I tried to call the location because I'm not driving all the way back there. The automated system picks up and puts me on hold. After waiting and waiting the recorded operator comes on and basically says we're too busy to answer the phone call back later and then hangs up. I call back again, same thing happens. Wait 20 minutes and try again. Same thing happens. The Taste: Good The Asian Zing is listed as medium spice. It was a little spicier than I expected but not too hot. The zing lingers a bit, but it was good. I would try this flavor again IF I ever go back. The parmesan garlic is not what I wanted. It was ok, but again not what I wanted so I kinda ehhh about this flavor. read more

You can't miss any sports game in this place, LCDs everywhere. If you are obsessed with hot wings, just try it here as there is huge range of different sauces spice level. It's not just variation of spiciness but also variation of flavors. Our waiter was very nice and attentive and when we needed extra dipping sauce or condiments, he would just bring us a bunch right away. There is always a good promotion in the house especially half off traditional wings on Tuesdays. Place is little bit loud and dim but that's just the nature of any sports bar.
