My husband and I had dinner here last night and the place was filthy! We had to ask to have our table wiped down after we were seated and the floor was covered in straw wrappers and French fries. Restaurant was not overly crowded, but full of kids, and there seemed to be lots of staff walking around. We had no silverware and when my husband asked for some he was given a fork and knife, no napkin and no silverware for me! My salad was served without dressing. Had a "manager" dump the whole meal on me tonight.. i have manager in quotes cause this individual wasn't even wearing a Buffalo Wild Wings uniform and sure didn't act very "managerial".. the "manager" said he would pay for the meal and walked away and didn't even say he was sorry.. the other "manager" brought our food over and stated our meal was comp'd.. yet again not even a sorry.. we are here once a week and have been coming too this location for years and the service has gone from average too sub par(whether it includes asking the hostess to politely stop texting to seat us OR having too hear WAY too much personal information from the wait staff at the POS kiosk on the other side of the wall from where we are seated) The only sorry we got was from the waitress which said too forego talking too the "managers" on duty and recommended we talk too Randy the GM that is there during weekday mornings.. Based off the actions of the staff tonight I'm pretty certain this location is destined for failure unless they take an opportunity to hire or coach people too have somewhat decent customer service.. I like Bdubs, their food is consistently good and tasty. The issue I routinely have, however, is the poor service. I ate here last night and it was a somewhat busy night. The waiter was very short almost to a point of rudeness. He seemed annoyed when the person I was with had simple questions such as what came with the entree and such. We eventually received the wrong food, and were told ours would be out in "2 minutes or less" (after already waiting over 30 minutes) and then it took another 5-10 minutes to receive our food, which was delicious I do add. But the waiter never really came by again, despite asking for a refill of iced tea and another side of ranch that was never brought. It took quite a bit of time after eating to receive our check. Other waiters actually came by to clean up our table and make sure we were doing ok. I do love the food, and will return, it's just this experience concerning service is a consistent issue that I have at BW3! read more

Went here today just for lunch with my brother, place was packed since the world cup final was going on. Wasn't even greeted when we entered the restaurant, when we finally did get a table she threw our menus on the table and said here's your table table enjoy, no smile no nothing. The only good part of our visit was our server Justin, very good service routinely checked on us if everything was good, refilled our drinks so they were never empty, smiled throughout our stay the only saving grace on our visit. read more

Your standard suburban wing joint. They have a good beer selection (Got to love Stone IPA on tap) and the food is as good/bad as you would expect (what I am assuming is cooked from frozen). The Mrs. likes it because they offer boneless wings and she has a thing about bone-in chicken. That and she's a sucker for corn dog nuggets (you kids keep your innuendo to yourself). If you're in the area and have no problem with a chain sports bar atmosphere you could do worse. read more

I rarely have complaints about this restaurant. Wings are nearly perfect every time I'm here, and the servers are usually excellent. The host staff could use some work...the males need to smile a little more. I love the buffalo seasoning on my wings, it's an awesome change from the regular messy hot wings. Pretty bad experience. I ordered online, thinking I would save time - wrong. I walked through the door and gave them my name for to-go. My order never came through, even though I got the order confirmation. "Yeah, sometimes the orders don't go through". Okay, great. I replace my order and was told it would be a 15 minute wait for my food. Okay, not too bad. 30 minutes go by and I still haven't seen my food. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry or super grumpy, or I may have gone off. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I get it. But, it wasn't a busy night and all it would have taken is a simple "I'm sorry" or some sort of explanation as to why it was taking so long, and I wouldn't be writing this. My fiance and I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But when we moved and decided to eat out at this specific location, the experience was not what we expected. At first our server was everything we could hope for. But he shortly passed us on to someone else saying he was leaving for the night. Well he did not leave, he continued working on other things. Our second server was not exactly attentive and was awfully quiet. In a sports bar you have to be heard! Anyway his suggestions weren't the best and he was more into hanging out (with other servers) than his customers. On another occasion we though we would just get take out there. I do not suggest it. They are really good at mixing up orders and making the wrong thing. Besides it took way too long (no it was not a busy Saturday). My suggestion: go to another BWW! read more

Man my brothers and dad live there. After hockey they eat wings and my dad drinks beer. They have the best wings and chicken. Oh and the sauces are awesome and the appetizers. Wanted to try again....Took 5 Minutes before I had to ask for drink orders and it wasn ot busy, took another 5 minutes until we had a server...10 minutes just toget a server..and they were not that busy.Ordered...They forgot my salad again, same as before, the wings were wrong and the server did not clear the old drinks on a small table....Holy crap...these are all basic 101 server items...I will say the wings this time were 100% better, but I have talked with the manager more than the server from all the mistakes..... read more

What a let down. I've been to this one before but have always preferred the one on 80th. I think the layout of this one is odd, there's basically an open room where everyone is somewhat looking at everyone else. The bar is entirely in a different room wayyyy in the back from the entrance. Aside from the weird layout of the place the service let me down tonight. Now, I am an understanding person, yes people get busy, servers get overwhelmed but this is no excuse for not having more people on hand. The place was dirty-like they didnt vacuum or sweep the floors. Playoff games were on the big screen which was nice but it was SOOO loud! I had to shout across the table at my boyfriend. We ordered a good amount of wings with extra veggies and extra sauces. Again I ask what is with the people serving a half of stick of carrot and saying its ok?? I swear someone cut one skinny small carrot and continued to cut it down so they could serve it to multiple tables.. same thing with the celery. I just dont get it.. We ordered a basket of fries and it literally itsn't half full . We waited forever it seemed for refills. I drink a lot of water and I had to wait almost 5 mins before I even saw my waitress for a refill. Nothing beats waiting for water. Have been coming here for over 10 year. The service, politeness and general quality of the place has most certainly gone down hill. Showed up with family of four, took 15 minutes for anyone to come and wait on us. Placed our order, waited for over an hour for our food. Tried to ask our server for how much longer, he hemmed and hawed over and over again. Two more minutes, two more minutes. Finally after no food showed up an hour and 10 minutes later I left with the kids. My husband had to sit and wait for another 20 minutes for the manager to come over and say that the alcoholic drinks were on the house and it was the waiters fault for not putting in the over. I have been to bww many times. The food and service here is about up to par as any other visit. The purpose for this review is to highlight our experience this last time. One night we placed an order to go at this location. My wife showed up about 20 min later and the gal she spoke with over the phone hadn't placed the order. It had been a very long day, I was pretty sick and we had people waiting on this food.To say the least, I was not happy at all. Completing an order over the phone is something even the least competent person can do. I called the store and spoke with the manager Shane. He was awesome! He apologized on behalf of his staff and was very courteous to us. It was late that night and I'm sure he had already had a long day himself. In any event, he took care of us and made sure that our order was done right. I appreciate what he did for us and wanted to write this review to recognize him. We will definitely go back to this location because of him. read more
