This place is a waste of time. I waited over 25 minutes and had to ask for a waiter to come to even get a drink. There have been people who came in here after me and they got waited on 10-15 minutes before me. The service is the slowest I've seen considering how many people are working. It seems like the waiters don't give af about attending to customers. This isn't the first time it's happened either. Multiple times I've waited over 20 minutes just for a waiter to arrive even when the place is less than half empty. This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings with bad service I've been to. Mmmm I'm not a fan of BWW at all. I literally never come. Their chicken doesn't impress me and the wings are in the name. The bartenders name was Amanda, she was okay. It wasn't too busy and the bar top and tables around it that she was serving were and still are a bit dirty. I'm a server that goes above and beyond and I work smarter not harder but she just walked around, picked up her tips and didn't really leave the area clear. Ehhh... This place is ehh... You walk in and there's kind of a musty, unclean small that lingers throughout the restaurant. A lot of the booths have huge tears in them which makes them uncomfortable to sit in. The food tastes microwaved. The only good thing about this location was our waitress. On our way home to Florida and needed a quick food fuel stop and thought this would fit the bill. Unfortunately we were wrong on several counts. We ordered wings, fries, and chips with chili cheese sauce. Our food took over an hour to arrive. Our server came by the table several times to apologize and say it shouldn't be much longer, but that didn't seem to speed up our food. Once we did get our food, the chili cheese sauce was room temp and just not that good. The fries were hot at least, and the chicken as well. Chicken was hot, but just not that good. We had chosen Asian Spciy and BBQ along with a dry rub. If you had to identify either of the sauces I would have been hard pressed to identify either one as they tasted the same and neither tasted like their names. Horrible- when we first got there, no one seated us and then then the waitress Lindsey starts complaint about how she tried to tell her manager she needed 3 days off and she still has to work. Took forever for our food to come. The waitress Lindsey then makes a racist joke to us about coke products and how she isn't drinking coke anymore. Then she asks us if we have reward points and we said we didn't. When she comes back we ask her how to sign up she tells us but then says she has so many points because she gets them from customers instead of a tip. I go to sign up and then scan my receipt and my points have been taken. Called the restaurant and spoke with Ashley who said she will get my points put back on in 10 minutes and 30 minutes no points. I've been to this location once before a couple years back and we happened to be spending the night and wanted to stop by and grab some wings and beers and play some ntn trivia. Breaks my heart to not give a great review. Wasn't near as busy as the last time which I was happy about but I guess I should have known there might be a reason. We walked in and stood at the host desk for about 3 minutes before we were approached and asked where we wanted to sit. We asked to be on the bar side and were escorted over and sat . Table was sticky. Had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. I ordered what was on the "seasonal menu" as the drink the Hendrick Sling. The server came back about 3 minutes later to tell me they didn't have everything to make it. No apology. I opened the drink menu again and ordered the "black cherry mojito". She left and came back 3 more minutes later and told me that wasn't available either. Again no apology and now I was annoyed. Ordered the country club cooler and she came back a few minutes later and said it was available. Now all this time my friend ordered a yuengling and it's now been about 15 min and his drink hasn't come. Finally she brings both our drinks and takes our order. We ordered a large wing order of ghost pepper ( my friend was feeling brave), teriyaki and sweet bbq. Asked to be extra crispy. And an order of fries. Not too many locals playing trivia but a lot playing poker. Took the opportunity to try that out and was pretty fun. My drink was heavy on sour and light on alcohol. His beer wasn't very cold either. About 15 min go by and another server brings the wings and fries. No trays for empty wings, not a single napkin on the table either or silverware. Normally the trays and napkins are brought prior. We had to wait 10 min for her to finally come back by to ask for these before we could eat, and my friend had an empty beer for at least 7-10 min. Before she checked on us. Finally we were eating and the wings were luke warm at this point. Ghost pepper wings were very spicy as promised. The teriyaki just tasted like ginger but the bbq was delicious. Just cold. Unfortunately this trend continued we stayed for some trivia and would have empty beer for 5-10 min every time. Very very disappointing service. Probably the worst in recent experience. Once done eating they had wet naps on the table my friends was completely dry. Second was wet though. Left a 20% tip as I'm just unable to tip bad but this was my worst bw3 experience in probably 20 bw3 stores I've been in. Would not go back. -- Update 9/28 -- Manager invited me back again, because he contacted me after I filled out their survey. I had a different server and it was a bit better. I think his name was James. The food was still on par, but it's hard to find a good sauce for the wings. The wings are very well done and the street tacos were still good this week. I suppose the biggest thing I can say is that if you come for the food you likely won't be disappointed here, but I can't say the service has improved, because this time I did not really have an anonymous nature. I'll likely give this place a shot again after they've forgotten me. It's not me; it's you. The service is just bad here and there are some shady things going on here. Allow me to start with the positive, though. I came here with my family and a friend. My wife and two young boys were with me, and that always makes for an interesting night out. The food was really pretty good. The fries are the one downside. They were cold and obviously not freshly cooked. If you plaster them with enough ketchup I suppose you can mask the cold potato. The wings were delicious. It was 1/2-price Tuesday and I got a large order to share with my boys. I had half buffalo and half garlic parmesan with ranch on the side. The buffalo is strange because it's a fried wing with just a powder on it. I was expecting a sauce to be completely honest, but it was still okay. The powder didn't stay on the wings very well and it was all over the bottom of the basket. Speaking of baskets; the waitress took my basket. I had an order of street tacos to share with the kids, because they were out of loaded potatoes (she forgot) and I was thinking, "Man, this would be a great receptacle to put my wings and bones in." No, she took it and said she was going to bring some things to use with the wings. She brings these tiny, little baskets in its place. It was like going from a dump truck to a Mini-cooper. The street tacos were quite good, though. The chipotle sauce really had a great flavor. My wife had a burger and she said it was very good and my friend had a taco-like concoction and I can't remember the fancy name they gave it at the moment. So, the food was decent, but let's get back to the waitress. My drink sat empty for long periods of time. I'm not sure if she was off gallivanting in the kitchen or what, but we barely saw her after we ordered. Even the check took several minutes to get squared away. She didn't refill my drink with the correct drink, but it was empty by the time she returned anyway. The final -- and slightly funny -- straw was when she brought the ticket and it had a survey. I thought to myself, "Hmm, I've seen servers just not return this." I decided to take a picture of it. Sure enough she did not return my survey, but I had the code anyway and I made sure to submit that survey and indicate that she (Madison) was doing this. One of the managers did stop by to check and make sure everything was alright, but I do not like to address things like that on the spot. That makes for an awkward meal at that point. I just wanted to give that manager credit for at least checking on us. All-in-all we were there probably an hour and a half, which is way longer than I expected to be there, but it was in large part due to the bad service. read more

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings. Half of our food took 2 hours to come out while the other half took 2.5 hours. Our waitress was not accommodating at all. She refused to take back my margarita that was essentially minute made juice and also causes a problem when I asked for it to be taken off the bill. We were there for 2.5 hrs to watch game, but didn't spend much because our server kept disappearing. Tables were not getting cleared, and service was weak. Highly disappointed in this local restaurant and would not recommend. 1st disappointment was when we visited with around 12 in our group, we waited on a table for a while and when they finally said they had us a table ready, a server gave it to a group that came in after us . Then went around 8:30 pm one evening with a party of 8 and when we walked in we weren't greeted and was told right away they had a 30 minute wait, and they were gonna stop serving food at 9:30 so if we waited we weren't gonaa guarantee is that we were gonna be able to order.
