The second you walk in this store, you get a nose full of all the various smelling salts (and…read morelotions, and body sprays). New seasonal wares are in the front as you enter and anything else on sale or clearance is through out the store. Most of the items have testers, so you're able to sniff, not scratch, the bottle. Only problem: sometimes the tester is out. Pros: *Tables are spaced out enough in the store to welcome free range walking (no bumping in to anything). * Seasonal items completely in stock (see Cons note about other items). * New gift ideas always coming in (the holders for their version of Purell are cool. They're rubber animal key ring holders that slip on to the bottle). Cons: * Some items they used to carry in the store, they no longer. Website claims it's in stock, but when prompted, associate states that some products don't sell well in store. Or, the website can carry a greater amount of the product. However, there's a store - unrelated to B&B W that sells the product... or something highly similar. * I feel you can't really test anything with out getting a "can I help you?" death stare from an associate. What's the point of being able to 'try it before you buy it', if you are made to feel like it's a no-no? Explain you wanted to try it and they will leave you alone... until you walk to the next batch of tester tables. I always find myself going back. I may not buy anything, but it's nice to be able to browse. Hopefully the gift ideas stay in stock for the holidays, so then a few things can be bought!

I've always gone to random places for whoever is available, and I've always done acrylics. I first saw Don in January, I read some amazing reviews about him on Google saying he was a nail doctor/guru etc and really wanted to try him out. I went in intending to only get my nails done that one time as a sort of special occasion thing. When I was getting my nails done, he recommended I go with the European gel and use a product that he created that bonds to my natural nail and helps it grow. He promised me that if I kept coming back to him he would get my natural nails to grow. I kind of didn't believe him but he seemed very confident, so I figured I would probably be back another time or two. My nails had always broken/become damaged whether I've put gel on my natural nail, done dip powder, or gotten acrylics.. so I was skeptical. Well fast forward 5 months later and I'm still seeing Don for my nails! They are so beautiful and I cannot believe they are my natural nails. I've never had nails like this in my entire life!! (Or had a nail tech actually care about the health of my nails before.) Thank you Don :)

I scheduled an appointment with them an hour and a half later, as they assured me they had the time available. Upon my arrival at the Nail Spa, I was told by the receptionist a young lady was to do my manicure ie dipping. I was left with the impression she was going to complete the manicure. She walked away after she applied the Aston on my fingernails, her replacement was a guy. I was at first very confused for I expected the young lady to complete the manicure. To say the least I was very uncomfortable with the male.. I felt as I was toss from one person to the other. I was very unhappy of the way I was handled and even his unprofessional handling ofmy hands. It's been eight days since I had the powder dipping manicure done (only 8 days later) as you can see in the photographs these are the results as of today. First my middle finger's nail broke and today my small fingers nail broke. Look at my ring finger and you can see the dipping has begun to fall apart at the cuticle area. Very unprofessional looking manicure after only 8 days. That has never happened before as long as I have been using powdered dipping that normally lasts up to a month. If I could give zero star for performance and experience I would. This is not a professional spa at least not for powder dipping! I will never step a foot in this Nails Spa!
