Let's start with the service. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated right away with no wait time, which was a nice bonus.
For my meal, I ordered the barbacoa de chivo. The meat had great flavor, and most of it was tender and juicy. My only complaint was that a few pieces were a little tough to chew, but overall it was very enjoyable. It came with rice, beans, and handmade tortillas. The rice and beans were delicious, and I absolutely loved the handmade tortillas.
As for the drinks, I ordered the agua fresca de melón, which was refreshing and really hit the spot. We also tried the horchata, and it was excellent--not overly sweet, just the right balance of flavor.
Overall, the food was tasty, the drinks were great, and the service was excellent. This is definitely a spot worth checking out, and I would gladly come back again.
